Every time…read moreI've gone inside I've had to wait for around 5mins before being acknowledged while clearly watching the workers stand talking in the back. Today I could clearly hear the works cussing and talking crap about someone at the intercom deciding what to order. Once one of them came up and talked to me they were nice but it was already after everything I listened to. Today our mac and cheese had multiple green beans in it and had to remove 2 very burnt chunks. KFC also still has the potato poppers available on the app with no way to refund. Instead we were given mashed potatoes that no one at home will eat. I also paid for sauce that was not in the bag and I sadly did not notice till I was home. Again It is not just todays workers that had been disappointing this unfortunately happens very often and I do not have this experience at any other fast food places in Troy. Though the other places make mistakes at least they can do things to fix the issues and the people acknowledge your existence in a timely manner.

Our boys' ice cream was accidentally made without the Oreos, and while mistakes happen, what impressed us most was how Tiffany handled it. She was walking around checking on guests, asked how everything was, and immediately made it right with a smile and a genuinely positive attitude. She also mentioned how hard the team works to keep the restaurant clean, especially the restrooms, and I have to agree the bathrooms were spotless and very well maintained. Tiffany was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. It's employees like her who make people want to come back. Great food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant. Tonight, as is often the case, the side salad was in the bag on top of the hot food. If it had stayed there for the twenty minute ride home, it would have been well and truly wilted. I removed it but it was late, and dark, and I didn't see that the salad was also not fresh: some of the lettuce had black slimy bits. The raspberry topping was missing from the order. When I went inside the store to get the raspberry topping, the kid who was helping me tried to give me a packet of raspberry salad dressing. At least when I did get the actual topping there was a solid lid on the container rather than the dome lid with the large hole on top that seems to be Culver's default when it is ordered to-go (this makes NO sense to me when you're filling to-go orders: people need to get their food home without spilling it. Those dome lids are the next best thing to handing customers cups of topping without any lid at all). Just a little common sense and attention to detail would make me a happy customer. Sad to say, at the Troy Culver's I can't remember the last time all the items ordered were in the bag, or that there wasn't something wrong with the food itself. This all really makes me think I'd rather skip Culver's and just go somewhere else.
