Quick lunch stop on our drive from ATL to TPA. We arrived at 12:30 on the Saturday of MKLjr weekend. The parking lot has an excessive amount of cones to direct traffic for drive-thru and for parking. We were able to order easily and our food arrived to the table quickly. I used the app to earn rewards. Beverages were offered to be refilled. The restroom was clean and very shortly after I came out, my order was ready for pickup. I ordered a grilled chicken nuggets meal. The nuggets were fresh and full of flavor. They were also really big. The fries were good and my drink was made without ice as I requested it. The employees were friendly and efficient and we were on our way quickly. Tried to order meals for myself and 4 kids. Ordered through the app so everything was easy to read and simple to do. Missed two of my drinks and a sandwich entree. I recommend you check your meal before you leave. This was the first time the attendant asked to see my receipt for my missing items. Not a huge deal but when I ask for the missing drinks, while I'm dealing with an overpacked bag that has split in half, now I have to find the ticket, then while he's gone I find out the sandwich is missing. Great chik fil a! Its super busy but they never cease to amaze me getting food out to everyone in such a timely manner! Even with special requests for allergies or picky eaters, theyve only made a mistake once and it wasn't life threatening so it was all good. Staff is friendly and there's an older lady there who just loves to chat with everyone and make you feel like youre in your aunt's kitchen. The tables always manage to be clean or mostly clean and I consider that a success with such high turnover in there. read more

This was a drive-thru visit. The line was a bit long when we arrived but to be expected for a Saturday night but the line moved swiftly. My husband placed his order. We arrived at the window and the young lady was very pleasant. Something he ordered wasn't ready so they asked us to pull forward. Went through drive-thru about a week ago. Lines wrapped around the building so was worried that we had picked the wrong place for lunch. However, lines moved so quickly - an impressive operation with staff taking orders from multiple car windows simultaneously, delivering food to vehicles and directing traffic. Why does chic fil a have a mobile App and suggest ordering ahead to beat the rush, if they are going to pull you up and have you wait like McDonalds. I've have always loved this location however my last 3 experiences have not been well. I ordered 15 mins before I arrived at the restaurant. Then waited patiently in the long line. I'm not walking back in to get sauce. Monday morning the north Valdosta location burnt by bagel to a crisp and I didn't realize it until I was on the interstate headed to work. My problem is that we eat chic fil a several times a week. My lesson is that I need to start grocery shopping and cooking at home morning. And then today. Week number 3 in a row. This was a fantastic spot to stop at on the way down to FL during our Christmas vacation. Sure, it's the same old Chick-Fil-A you can have anywhere else in the south, but these folks were nice. Another absolutely SLAMMED Chick fil A on a Saturday for lunch. Wall to wall people, lines for the bathroom and people waiting to snatch any open table is what we found one Saturday. The staff and food, as with any Chick fil A, is always good. However, it is not a relaxing experience dining here! We chose this restaurant on our road trip because it is close to the interstate and had an INDOOR playground. I love that employees come by to check on you and refill drinks. The playground was not as nice as the one in Lake City, FL, btw. This one was quite a bit more cramped. Because I have a small toddler who I have to follow through those tubes this is important! Multiple people with order taking tablets standing around but only two were actually taking orders -- maybe in peach shake coma. After the long wait, pull up to the smiling attendant to order the peach milkshake I've been imagining over the last 10 minutes. But in the cruelness of fate: "our ice cream machine is broken". In my sadness, I'm now relegated to being trapped in a cone cage drive thru fail. Are you sure this isn't McDonalds?
