We've been here 3 times now and each time our order was wrong. We were shorted items, sandwiches were wrong and today we received a milkshake instead of a Coke. We eat here very often. This Chick-fil-A was designed well with plenty of parking unlike others we have been to and they also have a lot of seating options here. Service has always been quick and friendly here as well. After ordering they bring your food to you to your table, and on this trip that was not long after we had sat down. Orders are usually always correct, but we always check to make sure. The only time it ever hasn't been (once) is when I add pickles to things that don't come with it, and I just go back and ask for them. Especially going through a drive thru people are human so we double check to make sure we have our sauces etc. before pulling out (like we do at every drive thru). We ate inside this trip and everything was clean, while eating there are always people cleaning floors/tables etc and asking if you need anything or they will refill your drinks so that you don't have to get up. I always order the same thing (Grilled chicken sandwich) and it's always hot and tastes wonderful. And they always give me whatever amount of sauce I need with no issue (some places like to charge if you ask for more than they give). They also have a playground here as well. I don't have kids so I cant speak on that, but it is an option here. We have always experienced friendly service here and excellent food and will continue to return. I love this Chick Fil A. Everyone is always super nice and they really lift your mood. They go above and beyond with customer service. Also they are always super fast, have never messed up my order and the food is always excellent! Definitely the best fast food restaurant around here. read more

Stopped here twice in two days. First on our way up to hike the Appalachian on Friday around 2:30pm, they weren't quite that busy but it took forever to get our food. As I stood waiting on an order of fries that we placed after our initial order I watched what looked to be a manager put the fries in a bag and sat them aside and they just sat there. I thought well maybe those aren't mine but then I realized there was no one else waiting on anything and sure enough after I stood there for a few more minutes and ask about my fries she said oh these must be yours. Hello they had to be somebody's! Today we stopped here again after a night on the trails. It was around the same time 2:45pm. They weren't that busy when we first went in but things started to pick up. My brother in law went up to order a milkshake before we headed out and he had to wait 15 minutes! What the heck has happened to the service! My brother in law asked several times about the shake and they just kept saying they were really busy. But during that time we watched two employees check out and tell the manager goodbye. It's sad this Chick-Fil-A doesn't live up to the customer service that we are accustomed to. He only got his shake when he said he had to go and wanted his money back. I wouldn't have posted a bad review had I not had a bad experience 2 Days in a row! What a shame! read more

I just came through the drive-thru where I was asked to pull over because my filet's weren't done. It's Chick-fil-A, how can you pull over a car because the filet's arent done? Won't the cars behind you have to wait? I went ahead and pulled around to the front... where I had been told to wait. I waited for almost 15 minutes. I assumed they forgot about me. I called the store and the manager, Mike, answered. I told him I was out front and I had been pulled over from the drive-thru. He asked my name and the color of my car, then he hung up on me. He gave no explanation, no apology nor did he let me know if someone was actually coming or how long it would be till I got my order. I was there to pick up a replacement order for a past mistake in the drive-thru as well as to place a new order. So my last two trips were riddled with error and a lack of courtesy and professionalism. I won't be back. I've ordered party trays and I've spent a lot of $$ here. If my family and I want Chick-fil-A, we'll just wait until we're in Asheville. The newness has definitely rubbed off of this store. The older gentleman who brought me my food told me he had been calling my name for a while. So they were inside calling the name of a drive-thru customer . I would have found this laughable if I hadn't been so incredibly exhausted from working at a hospital for close to 26 hours straight where my professionalism never faded. It's too bad I couldn't get the same professional behavior in return when I'm a customer. My advice if you choose to eat here: DO NOT LET THE DRIVE-THRU PULL YOU OVER...SAY "NO, I'LL WAIT HERE"! This location definitely needs some organization and management skills. It was not busy when I came in and ordered a simple Grilled chicken sandwich to go. I waited 10 minutes and watched my sandwich sit on the counter until a nice young man asked if he could help me. I explained that I've been waiting for my carry out order and he went to look for it. He came back with the bag that had been sitting there and I told him that I'm sure it was cold by now. He had no problem throwing it away and going to get me another one. While I waiting the manager walked by and I mentioned my problem to him. He said he would check on it and he came back and said they were working on it. He offered me a free milkshake which I declined. He did not make an offer of anything else such as refunding my money for the sandwich. When my second sandwich finally arrived I left a very dissatisfied customer. Did Chick-fil-A discontinue free senior drinks or is it just this location? I understand mistakes can happen however I did not feel that it was dealt with in a very professional manner. Also as I waited for my sandwich I watched employees standing right next to me talking socially and not acting in a totally professional manner as you would usually expect from a Chick-fil-A. read more
