was discriminated against for my dog who was more than 250 feet away from her inside my car with the window cracked and she immediately before I can't even say hi said I'm allergic to dogs. I can't take you and rushed away from my vehicle and then once I got my food why they wouldn't let me do two separate transactions, all my fries were crumbs literally. I've enjoyed plenty of chick fila locations but unfortunately this one disappointed me... while the food was good, I normally like to rave about how family friendly chick fila is. Not the case here. The play area was busy, and filled with children - many over the age of 3, although the signage specifically says "toddler play zone, 3 and under". My 18 month old loves to normally go up and down the slide a few times, but this time it was nearly impossible. And it ended with him being knocked to the ground by a blatant 5+ yr old... at other locations I've seen managers monitor this and encourage older children to at least act appropriately especially when there are small children present. While this may fall on the parents it also falls on chick fila for not enforcing their "rules". End of story, we won't be back and I wouldn't encourage others to present to this chick fila. read more

I always have a positive experience at this chick-fil-a. Except when the order-taker corrects me when I ask for "cheese fries." They don't have cheese fries, they have fries and sides of cheese ok!! Anywho, my husband and I usually hit the drive thru, but we dined in for the first time recently. I love that the high chairs include disposable placemats for kids! I forgot to pack one for my son but chick-fil-a had it handled. Our food was fresh and delicious as always. Stopped in a for breakfast biscuit and I was so surprised that the filet was less than half the size and thickness it was that I've ever seen! Went through the drive through. When you pull up and see the long line you at first want to turn around and go somewhere else. What I like is the portillos concept they do now with having people Take your order outside. Speeds up the process. My girlfriend and me go the spicy chicken sandwich meals and the frozen lemonades. Needed a little nosh while running errands. Was hoping it was peach milkshake season but it was not. They have a watermelon mint drink in milkshake form but I tried it in a drink and didn't enjoy it. Dined inside as I enjoy refills. The restaurant feels small inside but I think it's because I was eating during the lunch rush. One of the teammates was super helpful and anticipated my drink was low and offered to refill it for me. I just don't get it and my review is to reflect Chic-fil-A in general. I mean c'mon it's just a chicken sandwich. I really can't tell the difference from one processed chicken patty to another. Chic-fil-A is doing something right though because they just seem to have a cult like following. We stopped here before hitting a Brewers game. There was about 10 cars waiting in the drive thru and only 2 occupied tables inside so we went in. A relatively clean fast food restaurant. My 14 yoa son would say 5 stars all the way, but I just can't do it for processed chicken. I do like the waffle style fries. Unbelievable guy at window says 14 dollars i was like i ordered on the app and then he preceded to hand me a bag and on that bag said my name and order so i drove off then i get home to find 3 fries in my bag and just sauce no chicken sandwiches that i ordered and the kicker is i used some of my chick fil A points to get some food. While stopping at Khols I saw the drive through was nothin like the Brookfield location with a double line of cars backed up to the entrance of the lot that I drove past a couple hours earlier so I stopped. I don't eat chicken sandwiches that much because I find them kind of boring and right up there with chicken strips, the last things on a menu that I would order but Chick fil a has a nice offering. I like the spicy chicken deluxe version which is probably going to be the only chicken sandwich that I order. The sandwich itself is fairly simple with a spicy breaded chicken breast, toasted buttered bun, leaf lettuce and not that iceberg crap, tomatoes, pickles and pepper jack cheese. The spicy chicken breast is always cooked perfect, tender/juicy with a nice little heat finish which is mild for my taste and I would like to see an atomic version for those of us who like heat. The bun is one of those lighter ones and not the dense kind that I hate. The toppings are always fresh with the green leaf lettuce that is the perfect sandwich lettuce for me. I'm a little slow because everyone keeps telling me to get the Chick fil a sauce and I keep forgetting because I'm not dipper or extra sauce eater to start with but today I remember just before I drove off, 60 cents for three. The sauce is tricky because it starts with a smokey BBQ flavor and finishes with a sweet tang that fools your taste buds because it doesn't develop into a full BBQ flavor but rather a tasty mayo thing, this was so strange because at the first nano second of taste you thought you were heading into BBQ sauce land and you end up on the other side of the world. I guess it's a style of BBQ sauce that's not native to this area and probably from where the franchise originated from, you know my theory on BBQ sauces, they are like a-holes and everyone has one. It's funny that no one ever said that it's Bbq sauce so I expected the complete opposite, what's wrong with people, it's not magical, it's BBQ sauce. Overall I'm not a fan of the breakfast menu but I do like the chicken sandwich options as a nice change and the sauce was interesting but since I'm not a sauce/dipper I will probably not order it again. When I'm in the mood for a chicken sandwich this is probably going to be my go to place because it's always moist/tender with simple toppings. read more

I wasn't always a chick-fil-a guy; I just never got what all the excitement was about. I had tried a chicken sandwich, and I thought it was just another chicken sandwich. Then I tried the spicy deluxe, and boy was it good! My theory is every person has a sauce for them at chick-fil-a, and until you find that sauce, you'll never fully appreciate the place. The big one for a lot of people is the chick-fil-a sauce, and while I liked it, I wasn't in love. Then I had the Polynesian sauce, and at that moment, chick-fil-a had another fanatic. This location was nice, but the business model behind chick-fil-a ensures that every location is nothing but a great experience. An incident occurred that appalled me. A customer started cursing at me and my kids with in appropriate slurs and asked me to leave the store Scaring my kids. One of my kids Diagnosed with autism. She yelled and scared them without a justifiable reason other than she felt I don't belong here. Furthermore, management did nothing and pretended they are not aware of it, then claimed nothing happened. I find it disturbing that a business will support such behavior. I extend my thanks to witnesses that were around and came for support and the West Allis police that were nice to me and comforted my kids fears. read more

Incompetent staff. Ordered takeout and got home and they messed up the order and forgot a complete meal..... My wife has celiac so she informed them she has an allergy. We got home and they gave her fried chicken not grilled. The red flag sticker (for an allergy) was on my sandwich, which was not GF. They also completely forgot a wrap that we ordered as well. My wife had to drive all the way back there and they acted like it was a simple mistake. Not taking an allergy serious is NOT a simple mistake! Clean, quick, and responsive. My husband and I live close to this location, so we grab a to-go order just about once a week. I have been continuously impressed with the quick, consistent service. Even during a busy lunch rush the drive thru moves fast. The inside of the store is very clean. The staff, including management, regularly walks the floor to ensure all the floors and tables are spotless and the condiments are well stocked. And when the off-moment happens and something is less than perfect, management is quick to step in and make it right. Impressive for a fast food chain, to say the least. Today I ate at the Chick-Fil-A West Allis Center for the first time. The restaurant was clean, the associates were friendly, and the service at the counter I received was prompt. That said, despite being very friendly ,the service counter, was extremely disorganized. My receipt says 11:42 and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a strawberry lemonade shake to go. There were four other people waiting on to go orders. At 11:51a, my order was given to another patron who was confused as they received the wrong sandwich. At 11:53a, while the other customers were waiting in line to talk to an associate, I asked them what was in the bag they had. The five of us at the Pick-Up counter sorted out that they were given my order, which they gave me so I could leave. While we were sorting out who the bag belonged to, a woman who went through the drive through said she was missing three salads and a couple of large french fries from her order. The other four patrons, plus the woman in the drive thru, were there before I was and I have no idea how long they waited for their order, but I know that the length of time that I waited is unacceptable for the simplicity of the order and the few diners in the restaurant and the drive-thru corral. I'm glad that the other patrons were honest and checked their order so I could leave and go back to work, but this desperately needs to be worked out in the name of a consistent, reliable, customer experience. The atmosphere in this establishment was quite delightful! The workers were diligent in taking orders and the delivery and order of food items. The cashier was very friendly and called me and my date cute #hoco2019. The number 2 meal was quite scrumptious and made my taste buds tingle. The number 2 meal (as mentioned above) was a Spicy Deluxe™. The flavors of this food collided perfectly in line with each other. The perfectly crisped exterior and deliciously moist interior combined into the perfect sandwich. The fries were truly exquisite and perfectly crisp. I have been to this location ten times so far and each time she has greeted me. Always smiling, never gives me any problem when I pick up ice for my wife who is always chewing ice. She has suggested a meal. On more than one occasion for us to try, each time it is absolutely amazing.
