Forgot my cousins chicken sandwich and put the wrong cheese on it after that! Why do places always do it to me? Happened on 8/12/25

Always great service and smiles all around! We went through the drive thru and moved quickly and recieved our great food! They made sure we had enough sauce and napkins. Great, quick breakfast

I just don't get it and my review is to reflect Chic-fil-A in general. I mean c'mon it's just a chicken sandwich. I really can't tell the difference from one processed chicken patty to another. Chic-fil-A is doing something right though because they just seem to have a cult like following. We stopped here before hitting a Brewers game. There was about 10 cars waiting in the drive thru and only 2 occupied tables inside so we went in. A relatively clean fast food restaurant. My 14 yoa son would say 5 stars all the way, but I just can't do it for processed chicken. I do like the waffle style fries. My son also liked the eco friendly garbage cans that automatically compact the trash put in them. Keep doing what you're doing Chic-fil-A because it seems to be working for you.

This location didn't greet you like the other locations that I've patronized plus the counter service was very slow for being the only customer in the lobby. Food portions for the Greek parfait was larger than other locations which is a plus. Employees didn't seem as friendly

Unbelievable guy at window says 14 dollars i was like i ordered on the app and then he preceded to hand me a bag and on that bag said my name and order so i drove off then i get home to find 3 fries in my bag and just sauce no chicken sandwiches that i ordered and the kicker is i used some of my chick fil A points to get some food. So not only did they f my order up but they took my reward points. Like its fast food people it isnt hard to check the bag and order before you hand it off.

Super clean restaurant. They have a play area for kids. When was the last time that you saw that in a restaurant? The staff were fast and efficient. I was surprised to see that that there was no one inside buying food. The food was consistent and on point. We had a big order and it still came out quickly. Well done.

While stopping at Khols I saw the drive through was nothin like the Brookfield location with a double line of cars backed up to the entrance of the lot that I drove past a couple hours earlier so I stopped. I don't eat chicken sandwiches that much because I find them kind of boring and right up there with chicken strips, the last things on a menu that I would order but Chick fil a has a nice offering. I like the spicy chicken deluxe version which is probably going to be the only chicken sandwich that I order. The sandwich itself is fairly simple with a spicy breaded chicken breast, toasted buttered bun, leaf lettuce and not that iceberg crap, tomatoes, pickles and pepper jack cheese. The spicy chicken breast is always cooked perfect, tender/juicy with a nice little heat finish which is mild for my taste and I would like to see an atomic version for those of us who like heat. The bun is one of those lighter ones and not the dense kind that I hate. The toppings are always fresh with the green leaf lettuce that is the perfect sandwich lettuce for me. I'm a little slow because everyone keeps telling me to get the Chick fil a sauce and I keep forgetting because I'm not dipper or extra sauce eater to start with but today I remember just before I drove off, 60 cents for three. The sauce is tricky because it starts with a smokey BBQ flavor and finishes with a sweet tang that fools your taste buds because it doesn't develop into a full BBQ flavor but rather a tasty mayo thing, this was so strange because at the first nano second of taste you thought you were heading into BBQ sauce land and you end up on the other side of the world. I guess it's a style of BBQ sauce that's not native to this area and probably from where the franchise originated from, you know my theory on BBQ sauces, they are like a-holes and everyone has one. It's funny that no one ever said that it's Bbq sauce so I expected the complete opposite, what's wrong with people, it's not magical, it's BBQ sauce. Overall I'm not a fan of the breakfast menu but I do like the chicken sandwich options as a nice change and the sauce was interesting but since I'm not a sauce/dipper I will probably not order it again. When I'm in the mood for a chicken sandwich this is probably going to be my go to place because it's always moist/tender with simple toppings.

I didn't know it was called smash browns cause I got a brick of smashed hash browns ice cold

Food is good as all C-F-As are. The service and speed of the drive through is way too slow. The employees are friendly.

But it's pretty minimal inside and it's a place that you would get stuff to go. The guy at the counter was very nice and extremely helpful. I made a couple modifications and he was so kind about it even though I know I was being kind of annoying and apologized for it. He was so nice and did not make me feel bad. The service is great. I did notice that he both works the counter and cooks the food in the back, so he's clearly very hard-working. The fries were great crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The chicken sandwich was made well, but the chicken was a little bit dry, which is why I gave four stars instead of five. I added some extra sauce I had at home and it was perfect. I would maybe recommend asking for extra sauce if you plan on eating it there. Overall good food and great service. Will definitely be back if we need something quick to go.

They're cash-only, but there's an ATM inside, so come prepared. Ordering is straightforward: walk in, order at the counter, and food is ready in about 10 minutes. We got the gyro dinner plate, which came out hot with a generous portion of meat, tomatoes, and onions. Fries were hot and crispy! The cucumber sauce (tatzaki) was extremely thick, which wasn't our favorite. Drinks come with refills, which is a nice touch. The real surprise? The vanilla frozen custard; thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious. I might even start picking this over Kopp's!

It's a little stand-alone spot, cash only (which we knew ahead of time). The staff seemed a bit rushed, but not rude or anything. We ordered the gyro dinner and couldn't pass up the tiramisu frozen custard since it's one of my favorite desserts. Food came out pretty quick, and everything was nice and hot. The gyro and fries were actually really good! The tzatziki wasn't my favorite though -- super thick and kind of plain, more like Greek yogurt with cucumbers bits. The frozen custard was a nice surprise -- firmer than what I'm used to at Kopps but really tasty. I might even change my go-to! We'd definitely come back... just don't forget to bring cash.

In front is a sunken tree garden that must be a neat place to enjoy your food when the weather is nice. It's very shaded and has nice benches and a relaxing vibe to it. It's also the only place that I saw to sit down and enjoy your food. Inside the building is quite large but only has about 4 tables to stand next to without any seats. I think most people either go eat the food in their car or take it home. I ordered 2 scoops of their frozen soft serve custard. The flavored scoops were vanilla and turtle pecan. It cost $5 and change which was a real value too. I stood in a short line and had my dessert in less than 5 minutes. They have several lines to stand in to serve the many customers who come here. The vanilla scoop was rich and delicious. The turtle pecan scoop rocked my world! It had many half pecans in it and the custard was perfect in a buttery like taste that made me what to order another serving but in the interest of my waistline I decided not to. This custard impressed me. They also serve burgers, hot dogs, etc. too and I am sure it's all good here. This is a big operation that serves many people. I counted somewhere between 15-20 people working there all dressed in their white uniforms behind the counter. I wish we had a Kopp's where I live!

I would habe given 5 stars if it were for custards only, but burger and fries were quite poor…read more Reading thru a lot of old and new reviews, both from Yelp and internet in general, I got the sense that burgers used to be a lot better in the old days. Having tried them for the first time, I have to say, I can completely understand why they would say that, even without prior knowledge. I could definitely see the potential from the first bite of the burger. Patties were cooked right and gave me pleasant feeling of decent bite, except for being a bit bland. Buns definitely did not add anything to the totality of the burger, staying consistent with what everyone says. Made me wonder what kind of buns they used to use that made it better. Did not care for the soggy, green leafy part of lettuce they shoved into it. Like a normal person, I prefer a bit of crunch in my burger lettuce, but it did nothing but take away from the experience. I was sold on the idea of fried onions, but my onions didn't look or feel fried. Maybe my expectations were different on what fried onions meant? I was imagining deep fried battered onions, but maybe what I got was non-battered fried onions. Either way, it didn't leave any impression. I think I also made the mistake of asking for ketchup and mustard without specifically asking just how much. My burger ended up being too sour due to too much of both. I think I read on their website somewhere that I was supposed to be able to taste the specialness of their Wisconsin cheese, but everything else about the burger was so overpowering that I barely could tell if there was any cheese at all. Fries were SUPER soggy from the get go. I *only* brought the bad outside to open it immediately after grabbing them, so it wasn't like they stayed in the bag long enough to get soggy. Now.. having said all that. Custards were amazing! Definitely at the top of my list of frozen custards I've had thus far. The girl at the counter had me try both the daily specials and both were super good. So good that I'll probably drive my girls an hour out here just to buy them custards, especially as it gets warmer. If it were just for burgers and fries, I might have given them two stars. But since the name of the institution is Kopp's Frozen Custard, I'm more inclined to be a bit forgiving.. I had them at 3 stars originally, but I think I'll bump it up to 4, landing them personally at 3.5.
