I have to stop when ever I see a BBQ place that I have not tried before. I would try the brisket sandwiches and greens for $9 which is probably one of the most expensive plates at this Farmers market but very reasonable for a BBQ brisket sandwich so I was not expecting a whole lot. The first opening of the box was Fu%k it's not sliced brisket but that lousy pulled pork style which I despise, if your going to put the hours in to a brisket give it a nice presentation with slices. The bun looked like commercial grocery store cheap burger buns. The greens on the other hand looked fresh, I heard them say they get them from a vender in the Farmers Market. They pushed the sauce on me and I told them I wanted a naked tasting to get an idea of the BBQ. The greens were ok and needed a little seasoning but a good start. The naked brisket had a smokey flavor and pulled style which is least liked by me, slices with that little fat ring left on for flavor is how I like it but it has potential. (While I was waiting for my order, another vendor from the farmers market came by and told the operators that the stew was the best thing he had every eaten at the farmer's market.)
