I tried their new Jalapeño chicken sandwich with the jalapeño ranch and it...was...DELICIOUS! Not too hot with the jalapeño (which is how I like it) but the great flavor of it. The bacon on it was crispy and tasty. And the hibiscus strawberry tea?! Mmmm yes please. I want more. I think next time I will get half-and-half tea with it. Quick drive through experience. Tonight I went through to pick up my chocolate fudge brownie that was complimentary for my birthday reward. Ordering through the app and applying the reward was very easy. The app knew I was on the way and when I got to the drive through. Following the apps instructions, I drove around to the pickup drive through windows without speaking to anyone. However, when I got to the windows, the cashier was confused for a bit. They found my order within about a minute and all was good. It would've been better if it auto checked me in before directing me straight to a window. My hubby and son enjoyed my birthday brownie. I order online and do curbside pick up. Their app is awesome and we receive rewards quite often including complimentary tickets to go to visit the home office in Atlanta. Even with large or complicated orders the food is brought out quickly and we've only encountered a few mistakes which were corrected upon reaching out to the restaurant. read more

I'm not sure why this particular Chick-fil-A got bad reviews. I have always had good experiences here. It is extremely busy because it's right next to the Winter Garden Village, so be prepared to wait, but I will say the waiting goes quickly, the line is constantly moving, and the employees are efficient and nice. I always order the Spicy Southwest Salad with the Avocado Ranch. The dressing alone I could drink. For a fast food salad, it is surprisingly delicious and fresh. And it may look small but it is very filling. I'm docking it a star because there has been a few times that my order was missing my extra bag of pepitas, but since that's not a necessity and an extra that I didn't have to pay for, I was still able to enjoy my salad with the one bag they gave me. I really don't understand why this Chick-fil-A has such a low star score, I almost feel like I'm writing this in their defense-- haha! I've been to this location more times than I'd like to admit, but I have to say they've always been consistent in service and food quality. I wish they had a bigger parking lot as it can get chaotic when its lunch or dinner time, but they really know how to efficiently manage the volume. As busy as it is, I've never waited a long time for my food. Love using the app to order curbside and earn points. I've also used their delivery service thru the app and have had my orders delivered within 20 minutes and still fresh and warm! They do have some inconsistent hours for delivery, but I guess that depends if they have a team member to do it available. Thinking back, during the height of the pandemic in 2020, when we were all locked down this was the only place that had an efficient and well built contact-less curbside delivery program. This Chick-fil-A has been a huge success since the first day that they opened their doors. They have expanded in an attempt to keep up with the amount of cars that pass through their drive through. They now have two lanes and employees that stand outside taking orders during their most busy times of the day. Their food product is average for Chick-fil-A. It's boggles the mind that with the amount of business they have I still regularly get lukewarm food. I don't complain because it's for my grandson and he doesn't complain but I stopped buying their food for myself some time ago. It started when they dropped some of my favorites off of the menu. My lack of enthusiasm for their products deepened when I learned that they don't refund money for items that they forget in the drive thru unless you drive back to the restaurant. You are forced to return and wait in line to request a refund for a product that you were charged for but did not receive. Somehow they do not have the technology to make refunds over the phone. read more

I decided to order online (also first time) to pick up as I was working at the hospital behind here. I walked to chick fil a and once I got there I told them 'I was here' from my phone and they started to prepare my order. I waited a few minutes, still quicker than drive thru I think. Got everything I ordered - kids meal with two sauces , Mac and cheese and half sweet tea half lemonade. Being the only fast food I eat, chick fil a is ALWAYS consistent. This is the 2nd time we've not received quality service at this location. I ordered a large milk shake and they gave me a cup with a hole in the bottom. The shake leaked all over my clothing while I was driving. I almost had an accident. The fries are often under cooked or too salty to eat. Although I am saddened to say this ChickFilA will no longer be on my stop on the way back home. The service is always great, but when I asked the cashier about a First Responder discount, she went to the manager (Brittany) and said they only do law enforcement. I told her that I have always received a first responder discount but there was nothing done to correct the issue. I come from a long history of working in hospitality and in F&B. It's an easy hit to take especially to show appreciation for those who work as first responders. My scramble bowl wasn't even half filled, I thought the hash browns were on the side but they weren't, they were inside the bowl and very few of them, and not much chicken, or eggs. After being a loyal customer of Chick-fil-A and spending thousands of dollars at this location alone only to be told by the OWNER Adam not to come back because apparently it is my fault they cannot consistently provide fresh food that looks like the pictures on the screen. This owner has clearly checked out and is no longer about the customer or the experience that Chick-fil-A is about. From employees not caring to take care of you with any up best attitude to no longer offering curbside. This is not how you want to run a business in the times we are in. Would appreciate for this owner to put some time back into the business or give this location back to Chick-fil-A as currently doesn't seem to be run by anyone with any real business sense. I think that corporate should take their logo back. Something is very, very wrong at this location. You would never guess that it's a CFA. It used to very busy but in a normal busy CFA way. Then suddenly the ability to order ahead went away for a month or two...perhaps new management? We honestly didn't visit in that time, which is a shame for us and them because we're a family with two elementary aged kids and CFA used to be a part of our regular life. I can't deal with not ordering ahead though, so we took a break. It was so sad because it's the only one anywhere near us and I have relied on CFA as our go-to to-go place for years. Finally after checking the app occasionally, I saw that I could order ahead again! So we placed an order. Rejoicing ensued from my family! Then I went to pick it up. The parking lot was eerily empty at lunch time. So odd! So very odd. And yet I still waited what felt an eternity for my curbside order. There appeared to be one older lady working that day. There was only a few curbside cars there and she was trying her best, but the zippy staff I associate with all CFA locations seems to be missing. Finally, we got our food. I shook it off and decide to give them a few more weeks to get it together. Today I just stopped by for an early lunch pickup and we are just done with this location and never going to return. There appeared to be two ladies working curbside service today but oh man, it is slow. Just too slow. I waited over 15 minutes for my 3 items. There were maybe 5 other cars waiting for curbside and the drive-thru was mostly empty with an occasional customer. In hindsight I should have ordered drive-thru but I had already placed my order for curbside pickup in advance, and typically at CFA I wouldn't want to get trapped in a drive-thru line. Not a problem here. We clearly aren't the only customers they've scared off with their poor service. To add insult to injury, the medium fruit cup I ordered came in a small clear plastic clamshell, and was only half full. It was a huge rip-off and again not what I expect. Our nuggets were cold. Stone cold. And half of them were tiny little scrap pieces, not actual nuggets. The long wait, the poor service, the poor product...none of this is what I expect or get from any other CFA and it's not worth my time to return here anymore. What a shame! read more

The food was fine but service is always slow at this Chick-fil-A and I am getting fed up. The teenagers are always in the back corner in an area my wife and I call the cast break room. Today the teenagers were loud and complaining about their wages, talking about making more at Starbucks. Meanwhile my toddler is waiting 10 minutes for an ice cream cone. The food is always ok here, not as good as other Chick-fil-A locations like black lake. My son also just wants the playroom to open but that must be too much additional work.
