    Milk shake

I've been to this location for a year. Yesterday we ordered on app and waited 40 mins in drive thru. The burger was good but cold the onion rings were very good!! my vanilla milk shake was awesome! But why did we wait 40 mins in line? The first time ive been and got bad service. All other times the food was hot and great tastes. But I think a lot of fast food burgers are not great now.

We were on our way to Burger King -- what can I say, I like Whoppers! -- when I remembered that Whataburger opened on Hwy 92 to hoopla and fanfare. So we changed course. Hmmm.... ### I'm generally not a fan of banana products other than actual bananas, but their banana pudding shake is great! Strawberry, not so much. I don't think it's sweet enough. ### The regular burger is nothing to write home about. T gave it 3 out of 5. If you don't like mustard on your burger -- I hate it! -- remember to tell them, otherwise they'll slather it on. ### My patty melt was great. Tasted homemade. Thick -- I think it's two patties melded together with cheese -- and juicy. No unrequested dollop of mustard on this baby! ### I don't understand the appeal of skinny MacDonalds-type fries. That's what they have here. Eh. In conclusion, I think this place is okay. Clean, pleasant staff. Taking all into account, 3.5 stars. Compared to Burger King? I prefer grilled burgers. Whataburger's are not, though I suspect they're made to order. In my estimation, Burger King wins by a hair.

I'm so happy to finally be able to give 5-stars to this location! My last two pickups from here were excellent and I do believe in giving people positive reinforcement. The time before last was a curbside mobile order. The team member who brought my order to the numbered spot apologized for the delay. (I had been so engrossed in reading email messages, I honestly didn't notice any delay at all.). The team member told me they had included a medium fries and a chocolate chip cookie for free because of the delay. How nice! The last order was a mobile order through the drive thru. I was the second vehicle in line. They got my order quickly and it was accurate including a couple napkins. The team member at the pickup window was friendly and their uniform was flawless. I complimented them on such a professional appearance. I think this Whataburger is turning around. I want to thank the whole team on their dedication to improve the guest experience. It's nice to see they're finally on the right path living up to a terrific reputation the chain has earned over the years.

We finally had the opportunity to check out what the hype and long lines were about. I ordered the patty melt and of course the Dr. Pepper shake. Both didn't disappoint! Chicken strips were a little tough and were more batter than chicken. But then again, this is a burger place. Next go around I'll have to try the triple stack whataburger!

This is a brand new location that drew quite a crowd. The employees were very kind. The location was very tidy and the employees did a good job cleaning the tables between guests. My food was so tasty. The spicy ketchup was really good. The Dr pepper shake was delicious. My burger and fries were good as well. The next time I am in the area, I will return.

We got in line at 10:55 am on Sunday morning and did not get our food until 11:50am. So the line took almost an hour Only the drive through is open right now. There are two lines. The one we picked was a disaster. Ours was at least 2x slower. Also, they gave our food to the wrong person. When that woman came back to complain, they had her correct food ready to go and then had to completely remake ours. They should be double checking names to avoid situations like this. The food was good. We got a #4 (jalapeño cheese burger), a patty melt, #1 (regular one patty burger), and an order of onion rings. We liked everything but have two complaints: (1) the patty melt was undercooked - my dad ordered it and then wouldn't eat it because it was pink; and (2) the mustard on the burgers was overpowering.

I never like to go to hard on new restaurants, because I understand it can take some time to get the kinks ironed out & I'll have to say Whataburger is doing a great job! There is a bit of a wait, which is expected, but the line was moving nonetheless! It's pretty cool they're open 24 hours too, the laterrrrrr you go, the shorter the line! I ordered 3 chicken tenders with the honey butter sauce, the patty melt & added lettuce & tomato & a side of fries. The tenders were fresh and crispy & reminded me of the tenders we ate in high school with the fries, lol. They were good tho! The patty melt was DENSE, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't outstanding (to ME!). I think if I were to get the melt again, I'd get it without the sauce and onions, that was a bit overwhelming, yet underwhelming at the same time. The fries, thumbs down! BIG THUMBS DOWN!! No seasoning, hell, no salt and they were hard. :/ I would give them one more shot, but I can't promise anything. Lol. Again, its not bad, but for the price, a BIG MEH. The service was fast considering it's a new location & they just opened, the food was hot & fresh, the flavor was just mediocre.

The drive-thru was full as was the parking lot, but I saw patrons leaving the dining room and attempted to wait for their spot. My efforts were thwarted as a SUV came from behind and cut in front of me to steal spot. I saw another patron leaving and was able to use their spot without conflict. During my visit I continued to hear honking from angry drivers in this crowded and tiny parking lot. The interior was equally crowded, but the lines were not long. The tables were dirty and no employee was working to clean them until about the time I exited. A seat came free at the central communal table seating and I was able to dine inside although there is also a covered patio with additional seating. Despite placing a "for here" my order was served in a bagged to-go container. It had been served quickly and the chicken appeared fresh. The crinkle fries weren't crispy but were decent enough. The chicken fingers were plump and quality, but the coating was pedestrian and not crispy. A 2 or 3 ounce cup of coleslaw was nicely flavored. The Texas toast was adequately toasted and buttered on one side, but a bit stodgy and was the least fresh item in the meal. The sauce and seasonings used were ordinary and could easily be found at a competitor's. Thus the mystery remained unsolved about this establishment's popularity, and I won't be braving the hostile parking lot again for very ordinary food and service.

But...tonight Took the Cake! We ordered All NEW menu items, and they were ALL terrible! The entire food order was old, cold,& rubbery! Literally, 1/2 had a small amount of chicken, the other side was just cheese! The Cantina chicken crispy taco was so old that the cheese was solid and the tacos shell was literally disintegrating and falling apart!! This experience was not only unacceptable but totally ridiculous! The manager on duty, Steven, was annoyed with my call and dismissive! When I called, the manager on duty, Steven, said we could come back and bring it in, or he could refund. I mentioned that I got the taco free being a new Taco Bell app member, and he then said I'd have to go online, and that he couldn't do anything!! This is after I already told him I ordered it on the app and he asked me "what would you like me to do about it?" I'd literally just downloaded the app for the first time to use it for this order, and THIS was the food quality and horrendous service I received?!??!! So if I were to drive back, during Rush-hour, with my toddler, then the Manager Steven may be able to remake it......but Probably not (per him), since I purchased it on the app?? I'm LIVID!! Smash. Burger. Overpriced…read more On my recent visit to Canyons in downtown Woodstock, I got the signature smash burger. I appreciate that it wasn't overloaded with burger fixin's... just the necessities. The smash burger sauce was unique and made the burger feel a little more special. It was really juicy, and it had a good meat-bread ratio. Unfortunately, what makes this burger a little lackluster is the lack of texture. It's almost too greasy, and (especially from a smash style burger) I expect some gristle. The regular crinkle fries were pretty standard- well salted though. The sweet potato fries were actually pretty good as far as the sides. This is the kind of restaurant where the sides are priced separately from already $12 burgers. So, it's impossible to get a basic burger meal for less than $16-$20 depending on your side and drink. The highlight of the night was the chicken tenders actually. It's just really good fried chicken- especially paired with the Canyons Sauce. Additionally, the milkshakes were pretty great actually. The vanilla and chocolate shakes are... yum! These were super thick (but drinkable through a straw) milkshakes. Service was a quick order taking process, but a pretty slow delivery. The food is fine, and a little pricy. Given it is in a main downtown area with high foot traffic, I'd say it's worth a try if you are looking for something specific in the area. In downtown Woodstock, it's hard to find much cheaper, but there is definitely better food at other places in the strip.

I ordered a 8pc 1/2 & 1/2, Cajun Rice and a Sweet Tea. Came out to $28 and some change. First off, the young man at the window was great, great attitude and outstanding customer service. But it was pretty much down hill after I got home and started eating. To say I was disappointed would be an over stretch. Let me just simply ask a question. So did fast food establishments just stop trying? The chicken was mildly ok and had I just ordered that, l could've gotten by. The Cajun rice was dry and had zero spice to it. Bland in color as if it was sitting there for a while and the biscuit was hard. Could've used it as a stone and skipped it across Lake Allatoona. Don't get me wrong, l get it, at the end of the day It's all about the all mighty dollar and the quicker you make a buck and generate a profit the better. But when you just stop caring about the consumer and what they are putting in their stomach, the quicker you'll find you're out of business. If it wasn't for the customer service of the young man at the window, I would've given 0 stars if that was possible, the 2 stars were for his effort, so good on him. Not sure what this post will even do... Just take pride and give a damn. Because it's obvious the ball was dropped. This order wasn't worth $28, $10 at best. And with gas prices being at $2.71 a gallon, that was at least 10 gallons of gas I could've put in my car and picked up a couple slices of Pizza from QT and filled the void of hunger.
