Horrible experience. It took 15 minutes to place my order because the manager didn't know what he was doing. Then it took 20 MORE minutes to even get my food when I was the only customer in the restaurant. I ordered nuggets, chili, potato. Everything was luke warm, bordering on cold. We had to clean our own table in the dining room since every table was dirty. Additionally, I witnessed an employee use the restroom then immediately come back to handle food without washing his hands or using gloves. Disgusting and makes me not want to come back. read more

If you're going through the drive thru at any fast food restaurant always best to check your order first before you drive off! This Wendy's is off of Town Lake PArkway tucked in a small shopping center on the otherwise of the Kroger's. I've been here many times and never had a problem. On my most recent visit I order a taco salad but got another salad instead. Luckily I checked my bag before I went to far. The manager was super cool and immediately apologize and fix my problem, even gave me the other salad for free...sweet. Waited in a very long line at the drive-through, and asked at the ordering kiosk, if they had baked potatoes today, and I was told yes that they did. So I ordered one, drove around, paid, only to find out when I got to the final window that they actually did not have any baked potatoes today. Management, you are apparently not doing anything about the reviews for the last few months because nothing is changing. The Towne Lake Location is in need of someone to manage this location, the service is very poor, very slow. No one is at the front so people just wait for someone to take your order. Today one person was working front and drive thru. So we waited 10 Min for someone to appear. Waiting 10 more minutes or longer to get our food. When we were leaving there was at least 10 cars in the drive thru. If you want to keep this location open you need to take note of these reviews. I went at 7:15 on Saturday night 10/2. Received amazing customer service from both the gentlemen at the 1st window, and the gentlemen giving me my food at the 2nd window. I've gone here several times due to the close proximity to the house. Recently the service has gone down about as low as it can go. People at the drive through don't talk or respond to you. Don't tell you your total just take your card hand it back and close the window. No greeting, no thank you, no response. The order is always wrong and now I'm finding molded and rotten food. I've complained several times in private but have gotten zero response. The owner/management obviously don't care. Serving molded food to a child is ridiculous. You've lost our business. read more

This location has fallen far from their former performance levels. I know it's fast food but Wendy's typically has a pretty darn good burger. No longer is that the case at this location. I'm not sure if there are new owners or management or both. However, 3/3 last visits resulted in paying for food and not receiving it. An example, ordered doubles and received singles. Asked for apples, received fries. Total loss to the customer, approximately 10% each trip. Throw in the fact that the food and service are way below par... I won't be going back unless there's a "under new ownership" sign on the facade. I haven't written many bad reviews in my life, but this Wendy's doesn't seem to care and is apparently not working to fix any of these issues. We're done with Town Lake Parkway Wendy's. read more

Absolutely awful. They had a massive line in the drive though so I went inside like another lady did. The cashier had no issue taking her order but then I when I go up to order just a frosty for my child the first thing he does if huff at me and go the dining room is closed. He acted like he didn't even want to be there and hell my order was to go but he wouldn't even take it. But he had no problem taking the lady before me long order. The manager named EMANI is unprofessional, have bad customer service, rude, has a bad attitude, and never get my orders correct. Today was the second time that I've come to this location, and she deliberately rung up my order incorrectly. She will argue with customers, and act ill-mannered towards customers when she is the one that are messing up orders. On today, I went through the drive thru to order a number#5 with no eggs, and a bacon/cheese biscuit by itself. A young man at the window rung up my order, and told me to pull up since I asked for my order to be cooked fresh. I noticed on my receipt that of my order was wrong so, I drove back around to the drive thru window. EMANI was at the window and I told her that my order was incorrect. I asked her was she the one that rung up my order, and she say yeh with an attitude. She said "I can just refund you for the sandwich". I told her I don't want a refund, I want my order made correctly. She said well "I'm just going to refund the order". I then stated "we had this same issue last time". She said "what?" Like she couldn't hear me so, I repeated myself. She then acted like she couldn't hear me again and put her head out of the window. That is when I seen that she had on a headset and (A EAR POD) which mean she was on her phone. I repeated myself again and I told her to just give me a full refund since shes acting like she couldn't hear me. She processed my refund and I said "you told me you're the manager the last time this happened". She said (what)? with a attitude again. She stuck her head out of the window again and took her headset off. I said "aren't you the manager)? She said "yeh", and I told her that I would be calling corporate on her. She said "yeh ok" "yes mam" being sarcastic and I drove off. A few weeks ago the EXACT same thing happened and she had my ENTIRE ORDER INCORRECT. Wow- I don't expect much from a fast food drive thru but this has got to be one of the worst. I do however expect to get what I order- this is the 3rd time I've pulled away without my whole order- wth. If you order several things off the kids menu and maybe something else for your wife and yourself etc.... the workers say nothing as they start passing things out of the window and give no indication that they've finished or that there is still more to come. Management at this location needs to take note. Like previous reviewers, I too experienced slowness in picking up a mobile order via the drive through. I was only the third car in line and during the 30 minutes of waiting for picking up my mobile order, I observed 5 workers coming out the back to just hang out or stand around. Finally got to the window and the food was cold and had to insist on them redoing the order and they had me pull to the waiting space. A few minutes later a worker came out and was completely rude when I asked if my order was done fresh and he gave me a response of "do you want these or not?" This ticked me off royally as we really like Wendy's and this is our local one literally just around the corner from us. Other times they typically leave things off that are specified in the order like extra lettuce (usually still getting only one piece) or being shorted on bacon on the Baconator, which advertises 6 full pieces of bacon, where I've only gotten a fraction as crumbles of old bacon on a few orders. Now I always feel compelled to state I expect the full amount of bacon every time I pick up an order from this location or I can expect to be shorted. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER! read more

What's there to say? It's a Wendy's... They serve decent food at every location I've been to. So the only thing I have to comment on is their service. Everyone was very friendly, but it seemed liked a couple of the kitchen staff were new and a bit flustered, lol. Which was both funny and agonizing to watch. Terrible manger -Richard Rodriguez Got all the food wrong and needed all of the food back before he would replace it - wouldn't fix the food until I took the food away from my tired and hungry 3 kids. Lied about his name when I said I wanted to report him. (Said his name was Bob Tom) Very disappointing person. They usually get my order right, although half the time they forget the receipt so I can't take the survey and leave 5 stars on their survey. The girl with glasses at the drive through is always smiling and pretty much knows me rather well at this point. All in all, best fast food joint on the strip. I get a grilled chicken wrap, which is probably microwaved to my order, but I'm a realist and former restaurant worker. The sauce is good and the service is good, too. No complaints from me.
