Not my fave place but no complaints at all. I had the veggie plate since today is actually Wednesday. I had tuna yesterday thinking it was Wednesday. Stay focused. I was super happy with the huge glop of guac since it's a 2.95 upcharge. The fountain drinks were down so my options were bottled. 3.45 for the Izzy. Dang. lol. I enjoyed it. Everything was fresh. Health score of 96. Parking great. Lots of seating. I don't like taking pics of people so I couldn't really get the dining room but the ceiling aesthetics was super cool anyway. So you're welcome . Come here a fair bit. Most of the time the team is friendly and do a good job. Tonight it was as if I owed the young lady making the burritos some money and she was taking it out on the portions on the food. She ran out of sour cream for the quesadilla so I guess that was all they had. Half portion full payment. I was surprised by the vibe, but looking at the other reviews I was possibly just lucking out most of the time. It was disappointing and I hope to see them back to their normal level of friendliness and service next time. read more

This place needs a complete overhaul from corporate. The only way this place is so terrible has to be from horrific management. They do not care about the customer or the food they make. They never have the ingredients stocked fully. They are always out of one or two meats. On our last visit on a Tuesday night at 8pm - they were out of cheese! They make no apologies . I kept trying this location but I am consistently disappointed. They skimp you on portions, the dining area is always dirty, the food is sooo over salted, the workers are rude. This time I went I ordered the chicken quesadilla. They never want to give you the 3 sides with the quesadilla- you have to ask or they don't give it to you. My quesadilla was good but I ordered 3 sides of white rice with it. I think this is the 3rd time I have ordered white rice here that has been so salty I could not eat it. I took a bite from each of the sections, hoping maybe just part of it wasn't mixed, but it was all wayyy too salty. It literally tasted like I ate a tablespoon of salt, there was so much I couldn't taste the rice at all. I took it back and they gave me a small bowl of brown rice to compensate. While I appreciated the gesture, the amount of brown rice they gave me to make up for my white rice was probably 1/3 of what I should've received. When I went to sit down to eat in the dining area, everything was nasty. The tables were all dirty, the floors were dirty, the drink/silverware station was dirty and not stocked. I had to clean off my own table. The trash was overflowing to the point where we couldn't place it in the trash cans. I'm not sure what is going on but it was not a good experience. read more

I would give a zero if it were possible. This place is always a wreck. I ordered on the app for a pickup at the window. I tried a chip before driving away and to no shock it was stale per usual at this location. I asked the girl if I could get a new bag that was possibly made more recent, she said they make them fresh every day. This chip was staler than a cracker from 1999. She said no. Well that just upset me- I am the customer. Get to my destination and my tacos are staller than the chips, guess that was from 1990. Tried to talk to pepper on the app, she said sorry to hear and she would report back to the location. NO REFUND for anything. Tried calling the location.... guess what there was a recording, not a human, the recording said to talk to pepper on the app. WELL PEPPER IS USELESS YALL! GOSH I hope corporate sees all the terrible reviews on this location & get rid of pepper. Sadly, until ppl boycott this place and they are still making money they wont look into why this location is so bad. Also, my food was so cold-hope I dont get food poisioning. read more

Workers are lazy, items are never stocked, scoops are small. (Specially if you're a W) place is usually a mess. Food is genuinely worse than the Chipotle right down the road on 92. If you're craving Chipotle do yourself a favor and make the drive to the other one down the road read more

At this chipotle I ordered chips and guacamole and I did not get it. Also on the bag it says I should have gotten napkin and utensils, which I did not get any. Also in the quesadilla I ordered there is rice and queso, which was not supposed to be in it. Overall disappointed in chipotle tonight read more

Horrible customer service. The one guy on the line tonight barely gave any scoops for meat and was very rude. He used the same gloves to scoop lettuce then open the fridge and come back to continue serving food. Horrible experience. read more

Consistently gets online orders incorrect. ( missing items in bowls, missing chips, missing guac) They will not give you double protein when you order it online. If you want proper portion sizes, make sure you go in and watch them. I've eaten here many times, and the issues are so constant that it has gotten to the point I have to write a review. read more

I've come to this location numerous times but my visit today was of extreme disappointment. The last 2 times I was here I was greeted by a very sincere and nice gentleman, I believe his name was Alonzo. Give that man a raise. However,on this day, immediately after he finished scooping the rice and chicken, the horizontally challenged behemoth of a manager with glasses, who I will not name, proceeded to glance at my bowl and claim it contained double chicken, even though it clearly didn't. Not only did this creature overcharge me for my bowl, but she did not greet me or treat me with sincerity or the proper customer service that is REQUIRED at every other establishment. IT shouldn't even be a manager. I had only asked for a regular serving of chicken and the audacity to claim it was double sized solely based on a 1 second glance was not only infuriating but to overcharge someone like this is an outright scam. The other location on Highway 92 doesn't do this though. I understand you're running a business but if you're going to work in customer service and actually want your business to last, be a little more courteous and stop scamming your customers, or just don't work in customer service at all. But I do understand it is very hard to find a job when you only have a high school diploma and no legitimate experience that would actually benefit you or an employer in an actual career. read more

Everytime I come in, I am "greeted" with extremely rude works. I walk in and the one on grill, and the one on the line look at me, then look at each other, and then look at me again just to ignore me. Finally the guy on the online orders tells them they have a customer and was very nice, but again they ignore him and finally come to take my order with a very rude attitude. It was 8:45 and they don't close until 11, so not sure why I was being ignored? Chipotle needs to check their workers if this is a problem every time I walk in. read more
