The menu is centered around lobster in just about every form imaginable, from rolls and bisque to tacos and grilled cheese, making it a convenient option when the truck happens to be nearby. We ordered the lobster roll and clam chowder. The lobster roll was good overall, though it came out a little smaller than expected given the price. The lobster itself leaned more toward claw meat rather than the larger tail pieces some people associate with a traditional New England lobster roll. The flavor was still solid, with fresh tasting lobster throughout, but the roll came with less butter than we anticipated, resulting in a lighter and less rich presentation than we were hoping for. The clam chowder ended up being the stronger of the two items. It was creamy without being overly heavy, with a good balance of clams and potatoes, and worked especially well alongside the lobster roll. Together they made for a satisfying meal that delivered the classic seafood combination most people are looking for from a lobster focused stop. And the desserts! Whoa. Chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick, anyone? How about chocolate mousse cups? Chocolate chip cookies? Yes, please. Walter was great to deal with throughout the process and I can't begin to describe how impressed I was at how Michelle and Walter paid attention to every detail I described for the big day. I had spent nearly 16 months preparing every detail and to leave it in someone else's hands for my wedding day was a difficult task. The reception hall, tables, candy bar etc. looked exactly like how I envisioned and I couldn't have been happier. They did an absolutely fantastic job. They also did a great job in dealing with a couple of wedding related hiccups, including our earlier than expected arrival to the wedding reception and the thunderstorms during our outdoor cocktail hour. The transition and how they dealt with everything was smooth and professional. EVERYTHING was taken care of. Fiona did a great job with the cake design and from going off just a few internet pictures of what I desired she hit the spot! The cake flavors were delicious and the design beautiful. In terms of cost, I met with 3 other caterers in the Boston and metro-west area and all were very similar in pricing, rental costs, etc. There wasn't anything that seemed out of line and they were very willing to work with me on the budget and food items were requested. Of course no good caterer is cheap and Chez Vous was a hit to the pocketbook, but it was expected and a very worthwhile expense. Our team has not stopped raving about the food! I heard comments like "so fresh," "incredibly flavorful," "fun and unique," and "what is this delicious concoction?!" It really brought a smile to everyone's face. They were also wonderfully professional with our employees throughout the event. The small box has ten and the large 15 -- which is Chicken Overload. I usually go to the Burlington and Bedford sites. The tenders are large, meaty, fresh-tasting, well-cooked, and very crunchy on the outside. There's rarely any gristle. It would be insulting to compare them to mediocre Tyson nuggets. They have a large variety of dipping sauces to go with the nuggets. The Chipotle Mayo is fantastic -- one of the best sauces I've ever had, very spicy with good mayo. The Gold sauce is excellent too, a mixture of BBQ sauce and a lighter sauce. Rich and very flavorful. The BBQ sauce is pretty good, typical of good ketchup-based sauces. The Honey Mustard is a little weaker, too loose and liquid-y for me. Sometimes I get the Fries also. They're good, thin, and crunchy and are very well-spiced. I've also tried their mozzarella sticks, which are solid, but not exciting. They also have a number of chicken subs and salads, which look good, but I like the tenders too much to try any of them. Dan and Silvia were amazing to work with, I remember them very fondly, just really really awesome people. Their serving staff was great as well. They worked with our budget and created an amazing array of hors d'oeuvres, dishes, and a pasta bar. I liked that we were able to try the menu well before the wedding. We had a fall wedding and the ingredients they used reflected this which I liked. I just can not say enough how amazing the food was. I remember my friends joking that the food changed their life. Sorry my review is so late, but hopefully it just goes to show how amazing this company is!!

The folks running the truck used to own the late lamented Southeast Asia Restaurant in Lowell. We recently hired them to cater a party for us, and we wanted to order all of our favorite dishes from the restaurant. I was wondering if they could replicate everything while cooking from the truck, but we were very happy with the results. Phad Nuer Gratium, Phat Phrik Bai Kaphrao Kai, Nom Prik Oong, and Phad King Gai were all as delicious and blazing hot as we remembered from the old SE Asia days. The rates are reasonable, and we had a ton of food. The guests were very pleased to be taking home leftovers. I can highly recommend the catering services.

The crab rangoons were the smallest thing I have ever seen (and at .75 cents a pop). Not even lukewarm. They were cold. Flavorless. All cream cheese. This is a poor excuse for food. Have some pride in your work.
