Chicken Confidential was stop #2 on our great Priority Pass food tour of Sydney Airport. As we had just devoured some amazing food at Mach2 just minutes before, we didn't come close to meeting our $36 allowance here. They did have some beer and wine options, though they were out of their one craft pale ale and we were left to choose between three generic lagers. Sissy and I split the chili and herb chicken roll, which came on fantastic crusty bread. The chili herb chicken was really well seasoned though a little on the dry side, though the coleslaw and kimchi mayo definitely helped with that. We both felt that they definitely skimped on the chicken, in relation to the other components of the sandwich. I think this is the first time I've ever had pickled jalapeños, and they were absolutely amazing! The pesto pasta salad was just that - cold pesto and pasta. There were some microscopic chunks of feta and tomato hidden somewhere in there, but not nearly enough to balance it out. Overall we weren't super impressed, but maybe they had some better offerings on their lunch and dinner menus. read more
