What stood out most was that she seemed perfectly fine with other tables -- the dismissive behavior was only directed at us, which made things uncomfortable. She never checked on us once. When I tried to stop her in passing to ask for extra ranch, she half turned around, gave me a look like I was bothering her, and kept walking as if I hadn't said anything. She never came back to our table after that. We eventually had to get the manager involved, who ended up taking over and cashing us out. The manager was helpful and professional, but it shouldn't have come to that. It's a shame, because the food alone would've had us coming back. Unfortunately, between the cold service and whatever personal issue she seemed to be projecting, this place just isn't somewhere we'll return to.

Since opening, I've been here several times, and the service has been great. The prices are fair, and they seem to be doing well so far. As for sides, the waffle fries are tasty and I love the broccoli; excellent seasoning for that vegetable. The Mac and cheese is basically elbow noodles tossed in a lacking velvetta cheese sauce; you're better off with other sides instead of that one. There's a sports bar atmosphere at the location with plenty of tvs and a bar area. I usually get my eats to go and eat them at my hotel but may consider getting my drink/eats on here during football season.
