I love how you can see the kitchen but at the same time it's separated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We told them it was our first time and they helped us make our choices, by informing us of their items. I got the ghost pepper cheese burger with a side of cheese curds and my wife got the classic cheese burger with fries. It took less than 10 minutes to receive our food after we ordered. Everything was fresh, even the fries so it was all very hot, nothing that had been precooked sitting under a heat lamp. The ghost pepper cheese burger was phenomenal! It was the perfect amount of spicy. Just enough that you were able to eat without discomfort but by the end, you had a little sweat on your head . The cheese curds were very good too and I felt the size I got (regular) was the perfect size. My wife ordered the classic cheese burger. She said hers was good, but not 5 star good. Her only complaint was that the meat did not have enough seasoning. She said a little more salt would have made it a 5 ‍. Overall, I loved this place and can't wait to go back for more. It's located right in the heart of all the shopping in Texarkana, so after you get your shopping done, swing by and grab a fantastic burger!

I see they have Chicken Livers and I am a fan going way back to my first enjoyed at The Hilltop Inn in Evansville, IN. The Fish and Chips were good, maybe a little dry but nothing some Tartar Sauce won't fix. Ooops, they forgot to put it in the bag. It would have been nice but so would some Malt Vinegar and Salt. I had neither but it worked out. Hush puppies were good and the fries were even better. I really enjoyed the fries. As for the Chicken Livers, I wasn't a huge fan. I just love what they did with the former Genghis Grill location. It is really amazing to be able to see your food being cooked for all to see. Nothing to hide here! I ordered the lamb curry, my husband ordered the butter chicken and we split the garlic naan and the vegetable biryani. Everything was served piping hot and the food was exceptional. I really could go on and on. I guess that is our job as Yelpers, right! The restaurant had a very nice ambiance. The owners take your order, cook and serve your food. It appears they have another cook who works in the kitchen along with one of the owners. There is also a bar with bar stools to enjoy adult beverages and a stage that is used for receptions and events. I took some pictures of a very beautiful wooden cabinet full of hammered brass and silver serving pieces. I was told by the owner that the hammered brass bowls are used to serve their curries. You can see the vessels in the photographs as well filled with delcious curries. Please note: naan is served with many, if not all of the entrees. I did not realize that (probably because I did not read the menu closely) and I ordered garlic naan separately and we ended up with a lot of food leftover.
