My pizza was under cooked. It was cold as well cause it was not fully cooked Just. Was not good at all

The service is great. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. But the pizza just doesn't hold up like it did when I worked there as a manager in SC. I'd seriously rather have Little Cesar's Pizza. It just doesn't taste like Pizza Hut anymore. Like it doesn't matter that it was fresh and hot outta the oven. It just tastes like average pizza at best. I think I'm officially done with the once known pizza that was so incredibly good that will never be replaced with something else again. The manager even told me how busy they used to be!!! Well.. when you change everything about what used to make you great,then you can't expect to have the same results. We made our dough from scratch. We used fresh pizza sauce and had an abundance of fresh veggies and meats. It's not the same. So where is your source of inspiration. There is none. So disappointing. The last time I ordered my daughter pasta it literally looked like someone spooned half of it out. How could someone look at it and remotely think it was okay to give to a customer. The guy I spoke with said "I'm sorry, they come to use pre-packaged" But someone DOES see it as they pull it from oven and put into box. They did replace it but we wont be ordering from this store again. Also They often make mistakes on orders but never this drastic. Haven't had any problems here. Orders are made accurately and always taste good. Prep time is about what you'd expect, on busier night I sometimes have to wait maybe 5 minutes past what the app tells me. Service is always prompt and friendly. read more

If I could rate this less than "1 Star" I would... Hate to be harsh but I don't like bad service. Our order was messed up completely despite us being very clear when ordering. We asked for a pepperoni lovers and got a ham pizza... Um ok... Asked for a cheese pizza with white sauce and got a regular cheese pizza with marinara sauce topped with bacon and chicken. When we told our waitress about the mix up, we overheard the people in the kitchen say "so what!? They want another pizza?" Well, considering that my whole order was wrong... I would expect so. So then the rude manager walked over to our table and tried to convince us that the ham was pepperoni!!! Seriously!? Worst ever. Oh and on top of that... Their drinks tasted watered down... So I just asked for plain water instead. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS THERE IS A ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE AND YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED THIS FOOD TO SURVIVE. I happen to have had great customer service at this Pizza Hut. The manager Ashley is doing her best to run a very busy place. She trys her best to take care of any problem that is brought to her attention. If you have bad service and don't say anything then it can't be fixed. I would rather eat at pizza hut than domino's. read more
