Similar to Cane's in style--from the chicken and fries to the signature sauce. Solid flavor overall with no real complaints. The restaurant itself was pretty bare, but the employees were super patient and friendly, and the food came out quickly. If you're looking for quick and simple chicken tenders, this is the spot.

The workers are unprofessional and talked to the car in front of us. They took forever to even take our order. They were laughing and looking at us while not doing their job. I have never had a bad experience with this place until today.

I kept hearing about this place so dropped in one day when I was in the area. Chicken tenders had good seasoning and were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Crinkle fries with seasoning were hot and fresh. They're made to order. Also comes with a side of buttery, toasted Texas style bread. The drive thru lane was out into the street ... so it MUST be awesome, right?! I'd say it's definitely a notch above Zaxby's!

The chicken fingers were excellent and so awesome. They reminded me of Chick Fil A's chicken and the sauce was very impressive. The sauce had reminded me of Zaxby's. The toast and fries with the meal were great as well and so was the service. I nearly passed by the place on my way back through Evans and I'm truly glad to have tried this place out. Give Chicken Fingers a try if you've haven't yet. You won't be disappointed. :)

Chicken was really really small, hardly counts as 4 pieces.

Very small pieces of chicken, hardly counts as 4 pieces. Disappointing, we are typically repeat customers... however the price for hardly any chicken and fries is getting a bit much.

Chicken Fingers is one of the best places in the area to get fresh Chicken Tenders. The Chicken Tenders have almost a sweet flavor to them that I cannot put my finger on. The sauce tastes like a sweet version of Zaxby's signature sauce. The fries are pretty good, but I prefer mine crispier and more seasoned. The texas toast is good too. I've had their Fried Chicken Salads before as well, and they use quality ingredients.

Bad experience. Really long wait Gave me none of their famously good sauce. Not on the sandwich or on the side. Check out the picture of the lettuce! Who thought it was a good idea to serve this? If I wasn't in a hurry and very hungry I would have returned it but I was afraid it might take another 30 mins. They need to FIGURE IT OUT!

This use to be my favorite chicken place. But it seems to have gone hill. The workers are nice but the food wasn't the best. I'm really sad about it.

6 piece chicken fingers, fries, exchanged my coleslaw for an extra Texas toast, and 3 sauces.

This place is actually really good. I was considering going to raising canes. Once I realized this place was closer. I decided to give it a shot. There was no disappointment from me. Sizes and taste were great.

Quickest service around and great fingers and fries. If only they had grilled chicken it would be perfect.

I feel like this location has done a great job in terms of delivering a quality product at a reasonable price. I typically order on the app and dine in. Going through this method I've never had an issue. All of my food has shown up quickly, been correct and been delicious. The inside of the restaurant is kept spick and span and is a pleasure to visit. Drive-thru lines appear to get long but that is par for the course at a CFA. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. But I've enjoyed each of my visits to this location and will continue to come back. I'd suggest checking it out if you're in the area.

Minus 3 stars because I had redeemed my free birthday treat in the order and didn't realize til I was down the road that they'd forgotten to include it. I called the restaurant later that same day to ask if they could just reinstate the reward on my account and they said yes, but as of a few days later, the reward hasn't come back. I may call again but it seems silly for a little reward. But hey, it was my birthday treat and I was having a bad week made worse by them forgetting it. Just double check your order is all I can really say.

One of the most touching elements is the strong veteran presence throughout the restaurant. The walls are lined with photos of soldiers, service patches, and memorabilia -- a heartfelt tribute that immediately shows how deeply they honor those who served. They're Veteran-run, too, and the Table for the Fallen Heroes is a powerful reminder of sacrifice and respect. The vibe is lively, warm, and inviting -- helped by the fact that they even feature live entertainment, which brings so much energy to the space without overwhelming conversation. The burger and fries were excellent -- high-quality beef, perfectly seasoned, and crispy, flavorful potatoes. Their craft cocktails and solid beer selection were another highlight. We visited on trivia night -- Beatles Night -- and we even won second place! The evening felt fun, community-driven, and full of personality. The location is also a win, with an arcade just a few doors down, perfect for a lighthearted outing after dinner. I loved this place enough to go twice in two weeks while visiting the area. Great food, great people, heartfelt values, and a lively atmosphere that keeps you coming back.

Even from our few visits, we could tell that that's where they severely lacked. Location-wise, this place was tucked into a little stripmall-ish type area with plenty of parking. The restaurant itself was decently roomy. On all three of our visits, the food took forever to come out. Twice the servers came out to apologize for the length in time. The third time, the owner had invited and catered an elephant politician in the next room leading to the backup of food for the PAYING CUSTOMERS in his own restaurant. The owner seemed super giddy and privileged to have that politician in his restaurant even at the expense of his (again for the folks in the back) PAYING CUSTOMERS. The restaurant was rather full too so we all had to wait with our growling stomachs while the owner was fawning at the "celebrity" next door. Truly warped priorities as a business owner. So when they decided to close their doors after (supposedly) sinking every dime that they had into the restaurant, they also stiffed their employees who they asked to work until the very last day while they still owed them all back pay. True leaders would go down with the ship. Instead, these folks took a vacation to see their child graduate out of state while the employees were asked to volunteer their time to keep their restaurant open. The most ironic thing about it all is that they most likely voted in the very person who sunk the economy so bad that they could no longer stay afloat. But of course I'm sure they're still team, "Let's go Brandon." Sad.

Within less than a minute, despite there being no vehicles behind us, three different employees came over the speaker and repeatedly pressured us to order. We were interrupted multiple times and were not given adequate time to review the menu. As we began placing our order, staff members continued to rush us and frequently interrupted before we could finish communicating our meal selections, sides, and drinks. At one point, we were cut off entirely and told to wait while still attempting to place our order. I also inquired about the current Superwoman promotion. Rather than providing details about the meal or answering my question, the employee abruptly stated that it "comes as is" and offered no further explanation. The experience worsened when I received my food and discovered that items were missing from my order. Because I am very late in my pregnancy, I specifically chose the drive-thru to avoid having to enter the restaurant. Unfortunately, I had to go inside to retrieve the missing items. When I entered, the same employee who had been rude throughout the interaction stared at me and told me that I should have gone through the drive-thru to receive my missing items. At no point during this visit did I feel valued as a customer. The staff's behavior was dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional from start to finish. While mistakes with orders can happen, the lack of courtesy, communication, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe customers should be treated with respect and patience, especially when simply taking a moment to place an order. I hope this complaint will be reviewed and addressed so that future customers do not have a similar experience.

When we walked in, it was fairly busy but the rush seemed to have passed--no line and most people already had their food. We chose to order to-go, but ended up waiting about 20 minutes. While waiting, another guest mentioned he had waited 45 minutes for his food. When we got home, I tried the PB&J (a recommendation from the owner on a past visit). It was okay, but I've liked other bagels more. My husband ordered the Nachos Maximus, (his usual) but unfortunately the sandwich was incorrect and came with an egg on top. He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. Everyone has off days, and we'll continue to support them. Keeping my 5-star rating because this place truly deserves it.
