Reviews are a little rough at this location at the time of this writing (2.5/5 stars). But I have been coming here semi-regularly and I've quite enjoyed it. I feel like this location has done a great job in terms of delivering a quality product at a reasonable price. I typically order on the app and dine in. Going through this method I've never had an issue. All of my food has shown up quickly, been correct and been delicious. The inside of the restaurant is kept spick and span and is a pleasure to visit. Drive-thru lines appear to get long but that is par for the course at a CFA. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. But I've enjoyed each of my visits to this location and will continue to come back. I'd suggest checking it out if you're in the area. read more

I try to keep my chain restaurant reviews short because not a lot varies food-wise. Two stars for the quick mobile thru order, I barely had to wait in line at all! Service was friendly. Minus 3 stars because I had redeemed my free birthday treat in the order and didn't realize til I was down the road that they'd forgotten to include it. I called the restaurant later that same day to ask if they could just reinstate the reward on my account and they said yes, but as of a few days later, the reward hasn't come back. I may call again but it seems silly for a little reward. But hey, it was my birthday treat and I was having a bad week made worse by them forgetting it. Currently, this CFA is a reliable location with friendly employees who seem to be trying their best to serve your meal accurately. The restaurant is clean, food comes out hot and as ordered. I've never had a bad experience here, other than wanting a chicken sandwich on a Sunday. This place is 5 min from my house so I tend to come here more than I should. My go to is the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and of course the waffle fries. The line usually moVe fast and I haven't had any issues with my orders. If you change one thing on an item... it will be wrong here. The employees are very kind and service is fast.. but the fast may be to a fault. Ordered a spicy grilled deluxe sandwich with colby jack cheese in the drive thru. Only thing I requested different from the online entree was a 'regular bun instead of Multigrain'. The outside lady at my car repeated it back, I know she had it right. Unfortunately got home, had a spicy grilled sandwich With Multigrain bun, No cheese, and no sauce. This store consistently leaves items out of the order. Last two visits a 12 count nugget was left out. They hand you one bag stuffed to the brim, making it hard to check the order. I guess if I ever choose to return here I'll just sit in the already absurdly long line and check the whole order. Wow, bad service at a chick fil a? I'm shocked. Chick fil a @ mullins crossing is a weekly treat after my daughters swim class. We love chick fil a. However, I think we've grown tired of this specific location and having our order messed up almost every week after sitting in the gigantic lines even if you order online ahead of time. The kicker today though that tipped me over the edge of patience and being upset was them completely forgetting the entire kids meal ordered and the follow up of bad customer service. I didn't notice because the items are very small and usually at the bottom of the bag. Because my kid was sad I decided to call them and drive back across town to pick it up. When someone picked up, I told them what had happened and my name so that she could verify I wasn't someone random just claiming to have not gotten my food, completely logical right? Instead of choosing to say something like "my apologies, I am not able to look up the order" Instead she says "sir we have like 200 people ordering and I can't memorize everyones order" Then she proceeds to tell me that I can pull in a pick up location or wait in line, again, and call once I'm there to get my order fixed... Sorry but I'm not waiting in that awful long line again wasting my gas and more time because of bad customer service, so I told her the items that were forgotten and that id rather have them ready ahead of time so as to not waste more time than I already have. The kicker was I got home thinking "at least we're home.and we have everything now...nope, missing a salad too! Hahahaha. If not for the bad service I probably could deal. But now my patience is done with this location. We go to the swim academy every week across the street so this location was close but the constantly missing items, long lines, and now surprisingly bad customer service, it defeats the whole point of this location being convenient. Chick-fil-A is a southern staple, often referred to as Jesus's chicken. Certainly, it is the best place to get chicken strips and sandwiches and waffle fries; the sweet tea is awesome, too. I only have two complaints. The first is regarding the drivethru lines (there are 3 going at all times) that are always full and backed up to the road entrance. The company would do well to open another location in the area. My second complaint is the menu marquee that is located at the merge point, way past the place where the employees on foot take your order. Unless you have memorized the entire menu or you intend to order the same thing every time, you have to plan ahead and look at the menu online before you go because there is so much pressure to order before you get to the marquee. They should post the menu at the start of the line or have paper ones the employees can show you when taking your order. read more

First of all, absolutely horrible service, normally chick-fil-a's are top teir in the fast food industry for their service and it took 10 minutes for a milkshake and a frozen lemonade. They didn't put whipped cream or a cherry on when I specifically asked for it. As well as the frozen lemonade had lemon CHUNKS in it. Both were extremely watery and I expected so much better from this company. All of the employees seemed to be in a horrible mood and overall I do not think this chick-fil-a should still be in business. I see no positive reviews and my personal experience was awful. This is the worse CFA in the CSRA. Always leaving out items and necessary things like a fork, napkins, sauces, etc. there's more times where I'm missing things than not. Food is always good BUT if you think going in will save you time when the line is long.. or if the line is short and you just want to go in, you're wrong. Three times I've given them the benefit of the doubt and every time I go inside I end up waiting for so long for my food and watch the cars that I would have been behind and the cars that were behind me leave. I was in Evans this morning and stopped in for a quick breakfast and was most unimpressed with the overall operation. I went inside and waited for someone to take my order, which is a rarity at a CFA. I ordered a chicken biscuit and an egg biscuit. The egg sandwich was fine, but the chicken biscuit (@ $3.49) was terrible. The biscuit was crumbling apart, and the piece of chicken was so small and thin you could hardly taste it. It is so disappointing to get home with a bag of food and my food never make it home with me. We live too far away to go back for the missed items. At least the mouthy girl at the window is gone !! You're all lucky this was a classy lady who didn't put up a fight because I dare someone to illegally tell me to "cover up" or "let it go." Worst chick-til-a in the area. They're always super slow and the employees are so so rude. Any of the locals will tell you to choose a different location. They are so slow in the drive through and they usually have very few people on the indoor registers. I hate this location and refuse to go unless need be. One even cut in line to order, and spent 5 minutes flirting with the guy taking her order. It was obvious that she wasn't on break because she later handed me my food. What can I say? When I sleep in till 10:00 a.m., I sometimes forgo the teeth brushing so I can rush out the door for some drive through chicken biscuits. I don't know what it is about Chick-Fil-A that DOES that to me. The chicken is always tender, the sauces are aflowin' and the lemonade balances it all out wonderfully. I think the best part about Chick-FIl-A is the people. I know they drink the religious Kool-Aid and all but it's working for them. It really is. The place is beautiful, it's always clean and the people are always smiling and humming-it's sickening really. My first experience at a Chick-FIl-A made me a confirmed customer for life after meeting a cashier who shared his experience on the streets and how grateful he was for having an opportunity for a job that gave me him Sundays off to go and worship. For a young impressionable girl, it hit hard and I always try to go back and support them so they can support others who need their help. read more

This place is freakin great. The food is great, but the people. It's the people. They are all ridiculously courteous and pleasant. Helpful. Every restaurant in the world should model their customer service after chick-fil-a. I like the waffle fries, the spicy chicken sandwich is great, the vanilla shakes are pretty darn good, and frankly, the clever ketchup "packet/dip-cup" is kinda neat. If I was going to say anything negative about them, it would be the lines are ridiculously long. But, even though the lines are long, they are fast and efficient, so you're through in no time anyway. Also, always closed on Sunday, but I applaud them for having the conviction to skip what would undoubtedly be a windfall business day in honor of their beliefs. 5 stars isnt enough. read more
