Less than 1 oz of meat for street taco at $3.25 each. Absolute rip off.

Recommended to us by locals. Yelp won't let you give zero stars otherwise I would have. Spent $3.25 each for 7 street taco tortillas basically with more cilantro and onion than meat. $4.25 for pretty absent lingua taco but plenty of cilantro. What a joke. My wife worked in the food service industry and would have been embarrassed by the less than 1 oz of meat served to us. Will never go to this overhyped/over priced place again. So disappointed. My family basically ate the "appetizer" meatless tacos and then ate leftovers we had at home. We overall spent $45 for 2 Horchatas and 8 meatless tortillas that weren't very good. I'm from Cali so I know what a good street taco should consistent of and usually only a $1.50 at most. Wisconsinites dont get fooled by this rip off of an establishment. Maybe if you do sit down there you might get better service than take out. It's no wonder that Diablos taco food truck sits across the street taking their business and actually has good meaty tacos. Fast Taco was not around today otherwise we would have gone there. Chicken Palace never again. Have a great day everyone and happy taco hunting.

    Taco Fiesta Tray.... $36.99

    1. Prices on their website are wrong; 36.95 for a 20 taco tray, but when I call all of a sudden the price changes on the fly to 44.95. The fact that I was going to order 60 tacos for the hospital staff, they should have honored the lower posted price. When I spoke with the manager, he claims the prices went up because of COVID and they need to make up the money. Funny how that works. 2. Claim free delivery, yet when I called to place the order, the delivery guy wasn't interested in driving. So was going to send one of our staff to pick it up. Guessing I'll save the $20 tip Overall, kinda shady practice no matter what. I'm not expecting anything for free, but honor the price that's quoted, don't change it on the fly to earn a buck. Will likely not try to order from them again.

Ok I didn't actually go here to eat the Mexican food but I went here for the ice cream shop that they have in the restaurant, that intrigued me because I have not seen this combo before. The building is a retread of something from the past with a drive through that's not being used except for storage. The place is street side in front of a shopping center with plenty of parking. I actually drove over over just for the ice cream shop after having lunch somewhere else because I'm not going to be like 3 miles away and not stop by. There is so many good looking treats like fruit bars, chocolate dipped bananas, dipped bars etc so I will post the treat menu to give you an idea of what they have. The young woman helped me just after walking in and explained the treat options and when heard Strawberry creme I said that's the one I want. This was super fu#%ing good and nothing like your average ice creme bar because it was dipped in milk chocolate with sprinkles, I know what's so special about that. The center was like a delicious strawberry creme cheese/cheese cake thing dipped in milk chocolate, Wow this was so good and I am so glad I stopped by the ice cream shop.

This place is amazing! I've had tacos from all over the place and these are some of the best. Remember, we're talking real tacos on corn tortillas with cilantro and onions with amazing meats. If you think a taco is something else then you might see things differently, but I loved this place. I was in town only a week and went here twice. What does that tell you? The lengua was tender and flavorful. A really winner. Don't worry about what it is, i'm sure your grand parents used to east plenty of lengua back in the day. The barbacoa and cabeza were all very good good. But lingua was the tops. but the next day I came and had a carnitas torta which blew my mind. I have not had carnitas this good since I lived in California. Flavorful and a little bit caramelized. So yummy. Just basic things done very well with a wacky spot. Fox valley, you are lucky to have this place and you need to go there all the time. Sorry I didn't get to try the pollo asado, maybe next trip. Friendly service was great as well. I didn't even try the cream and juice bars as I was already freezing but if I was here in the summer I would totally go for them.

The best shrimp tacos ever! Whether you eat in the restaurant or you take food to go, we've never been disappointed with the chicken palace! Their salsa and bean dip is very tasty!

This is the most interesting Mexican restaurant I've been to. We had the margaritas and quesadilla. If we had been there for a meal I would have went with the chicken. People were leaving left and right with it. In the middle of the restaurant is a huge selection of ice creams and frozen treats. I believe it would take a lot of visits to try everything they have to offer.

This place absolutely confuses me in all the best possible ways! First, it is an authentic Mexican restaurant called... Chicken Palace.... And It is in an old Fazoli's building. So, are you with me...it's a Mexican restaurant, held in an old Italian restaurant, called by a name that makes you expect things like fried chicken, and drumsticks and all the fixings. MIND BLOWN. When you walk in.. There is a HUGE square of coolers. Which is the ice cream part of the store.. Ice cream?? NO, THIS IS WAAAAAY BETTER THAN ICE CREAM. There is a full-fresh smoothie bar on one side of the square. There are cases upon cases of freshly made and delicious looking popsicles and frozen treats on half of the second side of the square. The second 1/2 of the second side and all of side 3 is ice cream, and sherbert, and lemon ice flavors. And on the 4th side...and my favorite side, is their specialty drinks such as horchata, piña coladas, strawberry frescas and límonade with chia seeds... And like 12 other drinks. SERIOUSLY I WANT TO LIVE HERE AND DRINK THIS STUFF FOREVER. We came here on a Sunday afternoon, at 2pm...with 30 people... Seriously, I am not joking. Not only were we greeted enthusiastically and politely, but they barely batted an eye at our group size...each family with separate checks of course. (I am so sorry for that, by the way) 2 servers took care of us. One on one side of the table, the other to the other side. They served us beautifully. Drinks were always full. Our sometimes difficult Orders were executed perfectly. Our to go boxes brought, tables and mess pre-bussed, all while we gorged ourselves on fajitas and seafood, chips and salsa and beans, and those delightful drinks. On the off chance something was missed, like tortillas or a water, it was brought out within minutes. I am not sure why another yelper said you can't order at the tables, that's exactly where you order. Like, they seat you and everything. So idk what he was doing. In any case, I just found out about this place and I am definitely coming back for more. And when I do, i'm getting a large Horchata to go. Cause daaaang, that is goood!

Good place to buy snacks like Doritos preparados or ice cream but not the best place for tacos. Probs the worst tacos in the area.

Sadly, it was near flavorless with the exception of the red and green sauce on my enchiladas. Hubby ordered a mignon chimichanga with cheese sauce and I ordered the enchiladas with red sauce, green sauce, and cheese sauce. Both of us had rice and beans. Hubby's chimichanga had very few pieces of meat but LOTS of grilled peppers and onions. The vegetable pieces were large and chunky. He only ate half of it and only had a bite of the rice and beans. Both of them were flavorless that might as well been microwaved from a pouch or can. The trio of enchiladas were ordered with fajita chicken. Each was covered with a different sauce. I tried all but only ate the cheese sauce one as it gave some moisture to the chicken and it wasn't so dried out. The green sauce was so acidic it almost took my breath away. Perhaps it was on the verge of needing to be thrown it. Rice had no veggies, barely pink in color and no flavor. Beans were creamy but again no flavor. Overall the food was super bland and not tasty at all. I'm unsure why people pay those prices for flavorless food. Perhaps it all goes back to the presentation...a smear of sour cream and standing chimichanga must be impressive to Appleton locals. Service was just okay. We had to ask someone else for help as our server was nowhere to be found. She did apologize and said she was folding silverware in the other room. It's a beautiful restaurant but they should redirect some of that money to hiring a chef who can bring life to the flavor profile of the food.

The lighting was perfect and the music was catchy without being intrusive. In short, Antojitos nails the balance between trendy and original that so many restaurants strive for. It's not just a pretty face, either--they serve fresh, elevated Mexican cuisine that delivers on quality but doesn't skimp on the portion sizes. Their service is also unusually fast. Once seated, we immediately received a bowl of chips and three delicious dipping sauces. If the chips had been fresh, they would have been godly. Our appetizer, the sope, was superb, and our entrees--the bajio enchiladas and a chimichanga for entrees--were delicious and filling. They also have plenty of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink options! We went with the virgin pina colada and the virgin mango margarita and enjoyed them. Overall, our experience with Antojitos could not have been better, and we highly recommend it to anyone who likes Mexican cuisine.
