It was really good, if not a smidge on the runny side. The star of the show here was the smothered burrito. I ordered mine with carne asada. The sucker was huge, and loaded to the rim of the plate with a green chile sauce that was just, well, ridiculous. The melty cheese on top, with tomatoes, lettuce, and a respectable dollop of sour cream on the side, was a full-on party for my tastebuds. Why the 4 stars then, and not 5, you might ask? Well, the carne asada was a bit too charred for my liking. Just a few too many crispy/crunchy pieces for it to be perfect. The chunks that weren't crispy were super tender though.
