The restaurant has a trendy, down-home vibe, kind of like being at a cool aunt's house. The girl at the counter was great and very helpful with ordering, and I like fast-casual places that bring the food out to your table. I ordered a Dixie Chick chicken salad sandwich with macaroni and spicy pimento cheese. My wife got the Classic Carol on a croissant with broccoli soup and grape salad, and my son ordered the turkey club with macaroni and a side of buffalo chicken salad. The chicken salads were fresh and tasty. The Dixie Chick and the pimento cheese were my favorites. The macaroni was a bit of a letdown, not bad, just nothing special. The other standouts were the broccoli soup and the grape salad. The Classic Carol was good but a little plain for my taste. I also tried the red velvet cake, which was really good with excellent cream cheese frosting. I ordered their Olivia's Old South chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with their pasta salad and it came with a pickle spear & small cookie. At the time I didn't know that it came with a cookie and grabbed a slice of their white chocolate cake. When I say that everything was good! Honey even the sweet tea was sweetened to my standards. Ordered a Chicken Salad BLT on a croissant. Was 1/2 scoop of chicken salad, instead of a whole scoop with two thin strips of bacon, 1 tiny slice of tomato and came on white bread slices. The taste of the Dixie Chick Sandwich is great! The ambiance of the restaurant is great. In person customer service is great. However, if you are calling in your order, double check your order before leave the restaurant. My last 3 visits they have gotten my order wrong and I had to go back and get it corrected. It was either wrong type of bread, wrong toppings or toasted bread when I asked not to be toasted. I call in my orders due to my short lunch break but still end up having to wait as they correct my order. I actually stopped going for a couple of months, went back two weeks ago, placed my order over the phone and it was incorrect. Flavorless. 2 small apple pieces in the entire sandwich, and zero walnuts. And flavorless, which is worth mentioning twice. Add some tarragon, citrus, cayenne, for some flavor! I had the Cranberry Kelli which was decent, Original Chicken salad was just okay it lacked flavor and to go I tried the Jalepeno Holly it is very salty and was not to my liking. I also ordered Doritos the odd thing about the Doritos is that they were not in a small bag alone they were place on the side as if they came out of bag.
