I am a huge fan of Greek food, so I was super excited at the prospect of a Greek buffet! The place is quite large when you walk in and has a long set of cooling and warming tables. The first set is of cold salads and a great way to start your meal. Then it moves on to stuffed grape leaves, chicken, gyros, fish which was all delicious. I marked this restaurant down a star to four stars as there was a sign that you had to ask for lamb shank. This was the only lamb available besides Gyros. We were there for at least 30 minutes and never did anyone come out of the kitchen that I could ask for lamb shank. This was very disappointing as it is my favorite. And for nearly $20 per person for a lunch buffet, lamb should be included. So while dessert of baklava and rice pudding was great we most likely will not return.

Still very consistent with food quality. This locay is very close to my work place and I occasionally stop here for dinner. The buffet is fresh and plenty of choices available for an AYCE experience. The restaurant is very spacious from inside. They also have a reward program available.

The food is amazing. The eggplant is one of my favorites next to the lamb shank. Everything is good! There is no extra charge for your beverage. My first time having rose water, which was refreshing.

They have a good variety when it comes to food AND drinks. The customer service was great, restaurant was clean, and most importantly food was delicious. I will keep returning. I will keep enjoying. Dimassi's makes me smile.

Love Dimassis Excellent healthier food. I've been to all the locations and they're always so helpful I actually live in houston and get this for dinner on the way home.

Was near this place today for lunch, so i decided to stop by and see how they have been doing, and was ready for the weekend special of lamb shanks. When I got there come to find out they don't serve the lamb shanks till after 4pm, bummer. That's ok, I ate what they had. Good food, great tasting. My only complaint is that the area where I was sitting at, near the drink station, seemed pretty hot, no ac or fan seemed to be keeping that area cool. The music was blaring, and at times bursts of static sound. Other than that, everything was great, except for the fact of not serving the lamb shanks for lunch. Price is $25, if you're wondering, and thinking of checking this place out.

Love Dimassi's. It's 16.99$ for ACE buffet Monday-Friday 11am-4pm Love the variety of food. Everything is included. From appetizers, main dish, meats, vegetable rice, bread, hot and cold drinks, dessert and soft serve. The place is clean and everything is fresh.

We came to Demassi after couple hours of pickleball. We were hungry after the game. I've seen the restaurant in Houston. They have multiple locations. We came in around 8:30 pm. Place is pretty spacious. Not too many customers as it's pas dinner time already but food was aplenty. We sat ourselves in one of the unoccupied tables to drop our stuff and walked around the buffet. We started off with the salads, hummus, baba ghanoush and bread. They have different kinds of hummus... regular, spicy and avocado. Different salads as well... since I like beets, chose the one with beets. During weekend dinners, you can ask for the lamb shank. It was pretty tasty although I would have liked it to be with more sauce. We had the baked chicken with rice, meatballs, eggplant, grilled cauliflower (yum!), and baked fish. Probably missed a couple of dishes as there were so many choices. Buffet came with drinks (soda, rose water and tea). For desserts, they have baklava (it was good but too sweet for my taste) and namoura (like coconut macaroons). Staff came over a couple of times to get our plates. Pretty efficient. You pay after eating at the counter on your way out. Overall, for the price and food, well worth the visit. Will plan to come again when we play pickleball again.

Dimassi's Mediterranean Buffet has a wide selection of food. I came in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. While it is a bit more expensive on the weekends, you can get 10% off by checking in on Yelp! I particularly enjoyed the appetizers (including the fresh pita and different varieties of hummus). Most of the meats I tried were okay but a little dry. However I appreciated that all of the meat was halal. Dessert options included baklava and ice cream! I was too full for the ice cream, but the baklava I tried was also okay. I'll definitely be back if I'm very hungry and in the area.

We were pleased that this was also the case with the Cheese Burger. If I recall correctly, this is a 1/2 patty with all your regular trimmings on a Brioche bun. All three of us got the burger and an order of fries to split between three grown "Texas sized" men. The burger was awesome! My brothers and I love a good burger and this was a great one. It was delicious, filling, and a decent price. The gentleman who owns the place also couldn't have been a nicer guy. Glad to have found our 'go to" place for a quick meal. This is located on FM 1960 across from the O'Reilly Auto Parts in a food truck park. Don't let this scare you off. The plate is definitely heftier and tastier and the rice had a good season on it. The wrap was okay. Kinda got soggy from the tomatoes. The garlic sauce is mild but tasty. The chicken was way better, juicy and well seasoned. The beef was very bad. It was very dry and did not tasted seasoned at all. The bill... I didn't see the itemized charged until the text receipt afterwards. But every item was upcharged a little from the menu on the food truck. So you end up paying a couple bucks more. I felt like it was hidden and not transparent with the menu prices. Don't know if I would try this again. I have other places on my list to try. The chicken shawarma was very good and flavorful though.

This is the case with Lama Mediterranean Cuisine in The Woodlands. My wife had a doctor's appointment at 2 pm and we live about 35 miles away, I figured go early and get some lunch and then get to the doctor with a full stomach. We put the address into the GPS and pulled right up in front of the restaurant. While it was nice weather outside, we decided to sit indoors and I am glad we did because I noticed some diners outdoors were batting away insects. Our server, Abraham came quickly and took our drink orders while we studied the menu and admired the beautifully decorated interior of the restaurant. Blue is a strong color they have used effectively, there is a large dinging room for a big group just off the main dining room and a bar at the far west end. We ordered some appetizers and they came out quickly, We had a small order (4 pieces) of the Fried Hallumi Cheese and also Kebbeh. Both came with a small sampling of cucumber, tomato and red onion which paired well. The Kebbeh had the most fragrant seasoning, I believe a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and clove. The serving sizes were ample and after trying some we both agreed to save room for the entrees we ordered, my wife had the Gyro Sandwich and I had the Chicken Shawerma, both were wrapped in a super fresh pita that had to be house made. My wife had the regular fries and I had sweet potato which were cooked perfectly, so light and crisp. We couldn't resist ordering some baklava to go, my wife thought walnut sounded good but our server said he felt the cashew was the best so we ordered that. When he brought it out, he said that there were 2 pieces of the cashew but he also added one of walnut at no charge, what a treat. We will be coming back here, the restaurant overall was super fresh and clean, service was great and the food was fantastic.

I finally visited this Greek/Mediterranean/Persian restaurant on a Sunday for lunch to see why it's…read morerated so high. Inside is elegant and well decorated with glass tables and large rugs everywhere. Looking at the menu, it's a mix of various cuisines, but they do separate out the Persian dishes which are somewhat similar to Mediterranean ones just cost a little more and have different spices altogether. If you visit on weekend nights, you'll likely get to see belly dancing here. I settled on the chicken shawarma wrap, even though it costs a few dollars more than the chicken pita. It does come with one side for $21,and I chose French fries. It tasted pretty good, but you do have to get used to the pickles which gives the wrap an overall weird taste. These are not your typical pickles which go well with American fried chicken sandwiches. A Mexican tortilla is used as a wrap here instead of the bread they use for wraps in other Mediterranean restaurants in Houston. If I wanted a chicken burrito, i would have dined at a Mexican restaurant. The fries are previously frozen ones and lightly seasoned and really only decent when hot. Unfortunately this is one of those restaurants which takes care of newly seated guests and large parties but ignores the tables of 1. Not my fault I only have one in my party. They seated me in the corner and another gentleman came about 20 mins after me and I never saw a waitress go to his table after being served his entree either. The chef or kitchen hand is the one who brings out the entree from the kitchen here and my waitress never showed up until they try to take your plate away. However, I was still eating and also waiting for 10 mins on a refill. I can only eat so much before needing to take a sip of a liquid...but if you come with a party of one here..you will likely be waiting awhile. The lady taking my plate wasn't even my waitress either. Meanwhile, for the gentleman sitting outside alone, I observed his drink to be empty a while and they weren't refilling his either. He finally leaves and goes to a cash register to pay. What? A semi-fine dining elegant spot with mandolin playing in the background has a cash register where you have to go up to pay? What is this world coming to? With these prices, they should roll out red carpet from the front door to your table each time you walk in....and surely make the waitress do something for once and take your card and swipe it herself at the cash register which shouldn't be in the middle of the damn room. Sort of defeats the purpose of being elegant. Did I mention the glasses are plastic here too. If they want to be refined, try at least using glasses for drinks.

Some of the compartments were not all that hot, like the butter chicken, the day I visited. It was bland anyway, very different than the Indian version, so I don't think heat would have helped much.
