Move over Buffalo Wild Wings - there is a new wing place in town and I am so glad there is! Wing Snob is a must try and I prefer it over Buffalo Wild Wings. Ordered online which was easy and our order was accurate. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Good portion sizes as well. Great value for the price! Menu wise the wings are king of course but they also offer sliders, fries, and coleslaw. The garlic parmesan fries are a must! They were still crunchy and had awesome flavors. The sliders is also a favorite of mine and you can customize the flavor you want for your chicken. I went with Awesome Sauce which is a sweet honey mustard based Carolina style BBQ sauce and yum! Loved the mustard tang and bbq sauce combo. The coleslaw was creamy and cold, perfect side for a bunch of fried food. I really tried to like this place, and have been here multiple times hoping that I would fall in love with their food, but I just can't. I really tried folks, but unfortunately, I'm just not impressed. I've had a variety of different menu items here, mostly a variety of their sliders and last night, their boneless chicken wings. While the wings were good, I still left underwhelmed. Pros: The menu selection here and price point is really good. Lots of items to choose from, a variety of different things going on, and the staff seems to be well versed in their product line. You can mix and match, do a combo or just go al a carte, which is awesome. Food is reasonably fresh and comes out in a jiffy. Cons: The sliders are absolutely nothing to write home about. I've tried a variety of their different sauces and most are kind of a let down. It's not the biggest selection of flavors, maybe 10? Half are spicy and hot because people do like that, and the others are more my speed with much less spice and heat so my head doesn't explode. But, their completely underwhelming. I had the 6 piece boneless wing meal deal last night which comes with seasoned fries and a drink. I went with their honey BBQ sauce and their standard seasoned fries. I got tons of food and the gal who took my order was really helpful. But, I wasn't in love with the whole thing. They have seasoned fries and their a okay. I think they have a parmesan flavor and a garlic something or other as well? I know I've tried both and their pretty good, but I prefer sweet potato fries if I can get my hands on them. Give them a try as they were pretty decent. As with most chicken places like this, they just coat the chicken wings in the sauce you want, whether it's a dry rub or the liquid. Not bad, but sometimes the sauce ends up heavier on one section then the other. I know this place has many fans, and I don't think it's bad. Everything' was correct for our order( which seems to be hard to come by these days for carry out) We ordered wings with Awesome sauce which is very good, it is sweet. We also ordered the garlic Parmesan which was like a dry rub. Those were good too. Coleslaw was good and the fries were crunchy and hot! I was very satisfied with my dinner. These parts used to cost a couple dollars for a dozen. Supply & demand. The higher prices aren't a reflection of a tremendous markup. The texture and slight flavoring of the breading itself is not as noticeable as at BWW across the street. You're getting your money's worth here. The fries are great as well. The app says my order is ready but when you get there they just ask for a name instead of an order number and then just tell you to wait. 5 stars for the counter staff. They were super friendly and enthusiastic. 2 stars for the wings. Got a 10 piece traditional with Buffalo Sauce and "Awesome Sauce." Didn't really know what awesome sauce was, but I was expecting it to be, well, "awesome." The only thing awesome about it was the amount. The six drums I received were SLATHERED with it. Yes, there was a copious amount of sauce. Unfortunately for me, I found it to be the exact opposite of Awesome. Way too sweet and way too much of it. Ended up throwing half of these away, which is a shame because the drums themselves were cooked perfectly - crispy skin and moist inside. Then there was the other half of my box. I had 4 wing flats. These were the ones with Buffalo sauce (which I really liked. Just too bad they didn't make the sauce an even split with drums and flats with both types of sauce). The flats were over-cooked, dry, and barely had any sauce. They lost a star for not having beer to serve with wings. I ordered the hottest and second hottest wings that they had. The hottest one tasted like Siracha. It left a lingering heat on my lips for a couple of minutes. I think that Bdubs hottest wings are hotter though. The second hottest wing that they had was a mango habanero. It was sweeter and less hot than Bdubs same flavor. I prefer the Bdub's heat to Wing Snobs sweetness. I also had the fries, which were good. Just not as good as potato wedges at Bdubs. read more
