Pigg towing accepted the dispatch, and Dispatch said they'd be here around 1:00. At 1:00, I got an electronic update that their ETA had changed to "TBD". It's now 5:00am, as I still sit here waiting. AAA Dispatch has tried calling them multiple times as have I and neither of us has gotten an answer or update. I realize that, in the towing business, things happen that prevent tow trucks from getting to you when they expected - that's life, but to get absolutely no communication from them for going on 5.5 hours is just bad business.

Their communication seems horrible from the other comments I have read. I guess I am getting to experience that as well.
