AAA Dispatch has tried calling them multiple times as have I and neither of us has gotten an answer or update. I realize that, in the towing business, things happen that prevent tow trucks from getting to you when they expected - that's life, but to get absolutely no communication from them for going on 5.5 hours is just bad business.
