Thank You Southern Tire Mart, you really Helped My Disabled Mother and I out of a bad situation…read more My Mother and I were in a restaurant here in Bridgeport, when a lady came in to let us know our Back Driver Side Tire was almost Flat. I immediately Called Southern Tire Mart , and I asked when they closed. It was 4:47 and I was told they closed at 5:00. I asked if they knew anyone open after 5:00 and they asked we what was going on. When I explained what had happened they asked me if the car was still drivable and when I told them I thought it was , they told me to come on up and they would take care of us , even if it was after 5:00. Well my Mother and I made it there and they fixed us right up! Our big fear was that there could be damage to the rim, but they assured us that was not the case and it only called for a patch. What a relief all around, and the cost was so reasonable at 10.00! They even made it easy for my Mother to get back in the car by backing our car up instead of her having to walk around! When the gentleman that fixed the tire personally came out to make sure we were happy, my Mom offered him a tip , which he refused saying he was just doing his Job! Thank You all again! She did some checking and she found a way to get someone to me and they had the tire I needed on hand. The tech that came out was friendly, fast and efficient.
