As I told them, they have earned their 5 stars! They are very, very nice, helpful, and professional. I waited for a little while in their nice office, but I didn't have to wait long. When I saw Dr. Burris, he had actually read my file (information submitted prior to visit)! He also had already looked at the x-Ray I got just prior to the appointment. He examined my knee thoroughly and listened to whatever I had to say. After that, Dr. Burris went through all treatment options with me after telling me that my knee problems were from severe arthritis; because I'm also concerned about costs, we discussed that as well. I chose the cortisone shots in my knee, and received one right away. No follow-up necessary until I need him again. It's rare that I can say this, but it was a very pleasant medical experience. The facility is very well equipped and pleasant to be in (and I'm really glad they opened a Georgetown satellite and I don't have to deal with the Austin traffic). Home exercises that are specifically for my needs are posted on line each week, and have videos as well as written instructions. They're pretty easy to follow (though not necessarily easy for me to do ). I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be at Symmetry and especially to work with Brad.
