Your team was very pleasant, which is not my complaint. However, I was charged $40 plus a tip for a "Master Hot Shave" that did not include the services I had been informed of. Upon receiving the shave, I was surprised to find that the barber had only used a hair trimmer to trim the very minimal hair on my face, followed by a few passes with an electric razor, and then finished with an alcohol wipe down. No hot towel or straight razor was used as advertised. I was particularly disappointed when he removed the cape and declared that he was done.
