The mall is great, but the staff here are outright offensive and discriminatory towards customers. I had a great experience midweek picking up an online order and I took advantage of the additional discount for buying additional items while I was there. Today, the store manager decided it was prudent to eavesdrop on a private conversation I was having with my disabled daughter. This "store manager" made outrageous claims and threatened to inform her district manager about me. This same "store manager" refused to provide even her first name. The issue was that the so called manager was demanding the other associate to help customers while she stood behind the counter appearing to not be doing anything. While waiting in line another customer jumped the line and this "manager" helped them without any delay. When my daughter looked at me questioning what was happening we began talking. The associate ordered to help customers was struggling with basic tasks such as inputting a customer phone number for their rewards program. She was friendly, but slow and appeared to need additional training. Training, service, and the issues my daughter and I observed were discussed while waiting for the associate to retrieve my paid order. My primary concern is the disrespectful behavior and unprofessionalism of this supposed nameless manager. Not only did I call her out for discrimination when she claimed it was acceptable for her to interrupt our conversation, but also claim I was being loud. Perhaps a loud whisper is her definition of loud, but when my daughter has multiple disabilities including hearing loss, this "manage" is discriminating against the customers of the store. Then to threaten to tattle about my concern to her DM is just comical. I'd LOVE to speak to her DM! 0/5 stars. I would never recommend this location due to this middle aged blonde "manager" and her behavior. I will not shop this location ever again. I am debating canceling my store card and never spending one more dollar at any Torrid location as this attitude seems embedded into the culture there.

Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they set up fitting rooms for you while you shop but they also leave you alone if you just want to browse. The store is well organized and pretty clean. The newer styles will be near the front and then it moves back into the clearance and intimates. I love finding "finds" in the clearance section, sometimes you can get a super good deal. The only thing I think that can be worked on is the fitting rooms. They need an update because they look really run down and smell really weird. It's hard to try on clothes when you desperately don't want to touch the ground, walls or bench.

Like every kid I knew began wearing clothing from Hollister once I started 6th grade. Every time I went to the Galleria at Sunset when I was in middle school, I would ALWAYS buy all different types of clothing from here, from shirts to sweaters to pants and even perfume. I remember when they used to be on the first floor next to one of the department stores, now they're on the second floor next to Bath & Body Works. It has been a VERY long time since I stepped inside Hollister, I think it's been almost 20 or so years since I last bought something here. I was looking for some new clothes for my upcoming trip to Europe and wanted to make a quick stop here before wrapping up my trip to the Galleria. I ended up buying a really cute green sundress (pockets included, score!!!) and a matching green sweater. Usually, I fit in a small, but I got a medium in both of these, just a case a small wouldn't fit me. In most cases, clothing in a medium is too big for me! I tried them on when I got home and they both fit perfectly. I can't wait to wear these with summer coming up just around the corner. Hollister is nostalgic to me and I want to come back again on my next trip to the Galleria. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful, too!

Now there was another girl that was rude and dismissive, her name was Marianna who, if she is a supervisor, or manager over Ria, she NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED BELOW HER!. This was when she "informed" us (while Ria was looking for an item we already asked about and we were waiting for her) she was busy (showing another rep something at the register) showinganother employee something even though initially she wasnt.. First of all, Im an adult, more than likely make 4x as much as her, and ive worked retail as well before.. I spent close to $200 in that store and If my daughter could've passed on her purchases, I probably would've kept my money and moved on but I wouldn't allow someone's else's small mindedness ruin her shopping trip. Ria is a gem so please put someone such as her in charge who knows how to treat customers and works hard cause she was hustling with a positive attitude and a smile!
