I talked to the clerk who said the line was wrapped around the building this morning prior to opening at 10am. Must've been around 200 people!! Well-organized into sections such as dresses, blouses, shirts, leggings & athletic wear, pants, shorts, some belts, hats & purses. Mostly designer names. Alba checked me out after probably a 20-minute wait in the line. She was bubbly & told me about the business & if I had any questions. They take in items for you to sell as well. The receipt said within 14 days, so today beijing the 23 of april i still have 3 more days to return. (I have the receipt and the tags for the shirt). I walked in to look at a dress. To begin it was pretty good - it was not in my size so an associate offered to look. But as soon as I got to the waiting room and they wanted my size in bottoms and shoes at which point I politely but firmly noted I was not looking for either , all service stopped at that point when the associate realized I was not going to be upsold. My husband had to look for alternative sizes and I bought one item online as there was no one to help us find it in the store. At the checkout the associate held us up as she was busy trying to find out who had ' helped me' to get the commission at which point I informed her that as no one had helped but she had at least tried to find me a size at the beginning then she should take it! To be fair she did redeem herself by excellent customer service at the register and helping me with a deal that scored me gift cards fur use later as well as the in store discount. So the two stars are for her. My previous experience involved being marched over to petites and told this was for me - I am not short enough - and being given countless pairs of jeans and shoes when I made it clear I wanted a dress.
