Pablo went completely above and beyond. Not only did he make the trek out to find me, but he was there in under 40 minutes! What I appreciated most was his communication; he stayed in constant contact and kept me updated on his exact arrival time so I wasn't left guessing. He was professional, incredibly fast at getting me back into my vehicle, and the process was seamless since they accepted my AAA. Chico's turned a worrisome situation into a positive experience. The driver, Giovanni Garcia, was so kind and helpful. He problem-solved, to make sure we couldn't address the car issue without the tow. Then, when we took it in, it turned out I made a mistake and the first shop was the wrong location. Giovanni and Chico's quickly helped me fix the problem by moving the car to the correct shop and was super nice and efficient about everything. Highly recommend Chico's and would use them again. AAA sent these people out. They arrived without the proper vehicle to tow our car. The guy seemed clueless. "The boss" was worse. He told us they could come back tomorrow. Seriously? My wife got into her Lexus 250 H hybrid this morning and all the lights on the dash came on and it would not start. She called Lexus of Albuquerque and they informed her they would send a tow truck. It was more than likely the hybrid battery needed to be replaced. When the driver arrived, the vehicle, of course would not start or go into neutral. His only idea was to either use my 7 series BMW which was in the garage to jumpstart it or he would drag it out of the driveway. I did not have time to tell him there should be an override button near the gearshift to put the vehicle in neutral . Of course I gave him a confused look and stated that was not going to happen. He told me "well if you're going to have an attitude, I can leave". Needless to say, I told him to leave, he was not the only Towing company available. Called Triple A to get my 1968 3/4 ton pick up towed to my mechanic in Santa Fe. Tow truck arrived in less than 30 min. Driver, Richie, was super efficient and very nice.
