After a few days they let me know the price which I thought was too high for an older laptop. They offered 20 dollars off via coupon and another discount if I paid cash so I authorized the repair. When I went to pick up the laptop I was told the 20 dollars was to be off a future repair not this one and they knew nothing of a cash discount - about a 40 dollar difference in price from what i was expecting. It took exactly 15 minutes from drop off to pick up. It was about $100 and they offered me a screen protector. I paid $20 for a privacy screen protector and he put it on for me. They were very quick and efficient. I've had to leave my phone an entire day in the past with other businesses for screen replacement. So this experience was definitely ideal!
