He then filed a police report stating she "refused to pay" (NOT TRUE) even though she asked up front how to pay and he did not tell her. He claimed "i did not see her text asking how to pay because another text came in" He then impounded her vehicle and told us we had to pay an additional "non payment fee" All in all, he charged us $120 for towing (although he never took it to where it was meant to go, charged us $120 for impounding it AT HIS GIRLFRIENDS HOUSE (not even an impound lot), then an additional towing fee $200 to take it to the impounding lot after taking it to the police department, then an overnight fee of $40 TOTAL $480 to take us NO WHERE and cause a massive headache for a 20 year old woman that then had to go to the police department once he filled an erroneous police report. Our 20 year old needed a police escort to get her car from this crook. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON HE IS TRYING TO ROB YOU! we then ultimately hired a different company to take our car to the Subaru dealership he was hired to take her to and paid another company to do his job.
