I highly recommend this day care! My two boys went there for couple years they loved it. The teachers there are very nice and knowledgeable when it comes to kids, I love how they keep you up to date with everything on their app and share learning moments, activities that the kids do I had enrolled my new born daughter she learn so much they taught her how to speak in sign language which I never knew baby can learn. Request a tour for the same day and Ms. Jill was able to squeeze me in. She was very professional answered all of my questions and was very understanding when I addressed my concern and what I was looking for when it came to my son. The center was clean, the kids appeared to be happy as well as the staff. I am looking forward to my Son attending this facility. read more

Ms. Jill and Anissa are the best!! Every teacher my child (2years old) has had while here has been amazing! The communication is great if you have any concerns they address them immediately. They don't believe in disciplinary actions, just redirecting. So the child never has a consequence to their actions or bad behavior yet they expect the child (3years) to understand and change. This establishment has been the worst since day 1. Highly disappointed in the people working here, especially after Chevon left. read more

My daughter has gone to #182 since 2020 and we have loved every bit of it. They always do a great job communicating, hold cute little family nights and always try to keep everyone included. This place is my daughters second home and I know she is well taken care of when she is here. read more

My daughter has been attending Childcare Network #182 for awhile now. I can honestly say it started out about the convenience (close to my job), but now it is about the people we have encountered. Ms. Jill has been one of the best experiences for us! I feel extremely comfortable leaving my child in her care. She is very informative with the monthly calendars and I can only appreciate the numbers of years she has invested into these babies! My little will be leaving soon, but we will sure miss Ms. Jill!! If it were possible I would ask her to take the journey to Kindergarten with my baby. read more

To start, it makes me sad to write this review. I'm going to try to write my thoughts without insulting anyone, because I do like the staff on a personal level. But I feel like parents REALLY need to know my experience, because I would want to know if I was considering sending my child there. My daughter (age 4) has attended this daycare since 4/2018. I was very happy with it and gave a 5 star review (after much prompting to review them). I got such good vibes from CeCe and Felicia, who were the Director and Assistant Director until they both left for personal reasons. I assume everyone was heartbroken to see them leave, especially CeCe because she was so extremely on top of things. She was replaced with Karen, who I has only been there a month, and I don't know well enough to make clear judgements on her, but I can't be alone in feeling upset that CeCe was replaced by her. On with my reason for leaving. This weekend my daughter told me that she saw a boy licking a girl's private area during naptime. I felt confident that there was some truth to this story- she listed specific names I won't mention here to respect the privacy of those two families, so I thought, at the least, these children did exist, and something must have happened. I asked Ms Karen (the director) and a teacher (Ms Stephanie) if there were kids with those names in my daughter's class, and they told me that the boy was in the 4 year old class, and the girl was in the 3 year old class. I was sure that when I asked Ms. Karen about this, she would whole-heartedly assure me that this was an impossibility, and that there is always someone in the room with them, and that is not what she told me. She and another teacher, Stephanie (who was probably my favorite worker up until this point), told me what I understood to be reasons why there is not always someone in the room, and that if there's not, there's always someone close by. The next day before dropping my daughter off, I spoke with Stephanie, and pretty much demanded that someone always be in the room during naptime. She told me that there IS someone in the room at all times, and they DIDNT say that to me the day before. I felt really upset by this, because I am confident that they expressed that there was not always a teacher in the room, and even gave reasons to justify that. But the next day, after the spoke with the district manager, they told me something different. I asked 2 of the people on my daughters pick-up list about this, and they both told me that they have picked up my daughter and noticed that there was NOT an adult in the room when they picked her up. I believe these two people who unconditionally love my child, over the daycare workers who could possible just be trying to cover their tracks. And I believe my child, who told me that her teacher leaves the room and watches through the window. My daughter is an articulate 4-year-old, and she would have never even known that "boys lick girls' private areas" without having been exposed to this. She meticulously explained this scenario, in great detail, and I have never caught her lying to me. She knows the seriousness over the rules about "private areas" which is why she openly told me this story without any prompting. Her little innocent eyes can not unsee what happened. The damage is done. Karen let me know that Family Protective Services would be notified, and they did call me to interview me. So I believe they are handling it in the best way they know how, but I absolutely do not feel like my daughter is safe being left there. I fully believe that a little girl was molested while my daughter watched, and this is a serious problem. I immediately removed my daughter, and we are seeking new childcare. There were other issues also, such as my daughter coming home with a bruise under her eye, and me having to ask them the next day what happened (her grandmother picked her up that day, so I didn't have the opportunity to see it until later that night). I've had this review on google but felt it was also much needed on yelp. It breaks my heart to write a negative review for a childcare facility, but it breaks my heart more to leave my child with people who neglect her. My daughter started childcare for the first time on 08.06.2018. I was done with this facility 11.30.2018, not even a full 04 months later. All of the teachers as well as the director are very kind, but I am lead to believe that is all an act. This facility is good a telling you things they think will make you happy. In mid November, my child started coming home with a diaper rash. By late November, after talking to her doctor, it was found that it was actually a yeast infection. I started to record all of my diaper changes as well as her bowel movements until it was healed, which is hard to do when the teachers here cannot be honest with me. I had asked if my daughters teacher accurately records diaper changes, when informed yes, I started to push on why my child's diaper would only be changed 02 times in a 09 hour time frame. This is when another teacher stepped in to see they witness more frequent diaper changes than what was recorded, so they will do better at recording such. After this, I noticed my daughters diaper changes increase to 05 changes a day, but that only lasted about 02 weeks. But my daughters yeast infection was still on and off. So when my daughter moved up to the two year old class, it was frowned upon that my daughter still wears diapers because they potty train. My baby was not ready for that. But these teachers are so persistent in potty training, that they go as far as potty shaming the children for over using their pull ups. I let this go for a few days until I realized the issue is the teachers lack of proper care! The children are not changed properly. They had my baby sitting in a single diaper for 04/05 hour periods. She had a yeast infection for two month at this point and medicine was not even being applied! Can you imagine how it would feel to be burnt and itching in your most sensitive areas but not have the voice to say "give me my medicine" or "I've peed 06 times since you last changed me". Children should be changed no less than every two hours, not twice a day. The new director had no explanation, but dare ask me for another chance. How dare they neglect my child and ask for another chance to neglect her more! One week out of daycare, and her infection is finally cured. read more
