The student body is…read moreengaged, taught to think critically, diverse and inclusive, taught to support one another and allowed to excel to the best of their ability. Smaller issues, like a younger child sometimes needing to stand up or move are thought of as "not a problem- some kids just need to move more". Kids are not penalized for being kids- amazingy difference in this from our last school. Bigger issues with learning etc are taken seriously, and children that were allowed to "slip through the cracks" ata previous school are made to be responsible for their own learning in an age appropriate way... And, whenever possible issues solved right away with engaged teachers like Ms Hosie, Ms Jaia, Ms Jessica and Ms Laura. Positive administration. Thank you Ms Alma and Ms Tazeen. The school does not push intelligent students down but strives to bring each child UP, to eventually reach their potential no matter what they struggle with.... each child is met at their level as an individual.. Thank you Pinnacle Prep

Primrose Schools are wonderful in concept, and this one is also fantastic in action. The…read moreadministrative staff is welcoming and knowledgable, and the infant caregivers are absolutely gifted. I was so hesitant about leaving my baby girl... she is my first child, and I'm a total worrywart. But at Primrose Coppell, I know that she is getting the three most important aspects of childcare, to me at least: 1. Her basic needs are met. She is fed, changed, and given naps on a consistent basis, and those are all included on a daily report for me. This should be pretty standard for any daycare. 2. She is educated and encouraged to develop milestones. This unfortunately isn't provided at all care centers. At Primrose, children are read to, taught sign language, listen to music, venture outside in good weather, and care providers do little art projects like handprint paintings with them. You might think a three-month-old won't benefit from all of this, but studies show that the first three years of life is crucial for brain development and exposing them to all sorts of new experiences and education at this time is highly beneficial. 3. She is loved. I have seen many of the staff snuggle and play with, make silly faces until the babies smile, and generally delight in my child's and other children's interactions. I couldn't leave her with a cold, uncaring staff, but that does not happen here. I am a bargain shopper, so the pricetag is a little higher than I originally wanted to pay. However, it is 100% worth it. I haven't second-guessed this choice since Day One, and I love watching my baby girl grow and thrive in this environment.

Mixed Experience -- Some Good, Some Not So Great…read more Primrose has a lot of positives, like a clean facility, a structured environment, and some very caring staff members. The curriculum is solid, and it's clear they focus on learning and development. That said, there were a few things that could have been better -- communication wasn't always consistent, and at times it felt like there was a lack of attention to individual needs. It's not a bad place by any means, but with a few improvements in leadership and parent engagement, it could be much better. Overall, it's okay -- right in the middle for me.

As parents, we did not feel the concerns were handled with the seriousness or urgency they deserved. Following our withdrawal, Guidepost Montessori confirmed in writing that we were owed a refund totaling $2,156, including deposits and an overpayment. We were told a refund check had been requested. Unfortunately, nearly four months passed without receiving any refund, despite repeated follow-ups. We contacted school administration, regional management, and were later informed that refunds were being handled by a new entity after a change in ownership. Even after being redirected and providing all documentation again, we received no payment and no response for an extended period of time. The lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism--especially after concerns related to our child's well-being--has been extremely disappointing and stressful for our family. A school that promotes trust, care, and Montessori values should demonstrate the same responsibility in how it treats families, both emotionally and financially. I strongly encourage prospective families to ask very detailed questions about administration stability, classroom oversight, and refund policies before enrolling.

The staff and owners treat you like family, and it will be emotional to move onto kindergarten at another school. If you are looking for a place that cares about kids, curriculum, and growing your kids from infancy through little kid, this is the place to go. They will work with you for any preferences you have and pay special attention to your/kid's needs. We will miss you TLE but will continue to recommend this place to friends and family! From 2018: The Learning Experience in Lewisville is one of the few places I've found that really cares about the well-being of our children. After visiting several places to send my infant, TLE stood out as a place that is hands-on through all developmental milestones, and goes above and beyond in ensuring that each child is cared for according to his/her preferences and personality. It's not a 'one size fits all' place where they merely babysit; staff and caregivers get to know each child and provide the appropriate care based on his/her needs. As a first-time mom, I was extra scared and skeptical about daycares, and from the moment I stepped into TLE I knew this was going to be my baby's 'home away from home', and all my skepticism melted away. I encourage anyone who is looking for childcare to visit this location; so far, it's the best decision I've made for my child.
