I have nothing but good things to say about Children's Dental Associates. I was looking for a dentist for my daughter who just turned 1 and of course you want their first experience to be a good one. Thankfully my mom's dentist told her about them so I immediately made an appointment. It was super easy to get an appointment. I requested for Dr. Chau just because she's a female and thought maybe my daughter would be more comfortable with a female dentist (also she has the same last name as me haha). The dental office is located in the building that has the Easy Music Center. It's free validated parking. The office itself is nice, clean and has a little play area with toys and books which my daughter loves. I had no idea what to expect as my daughter is only 1 and didn't know what they were going to do but Dr. Chau made us feel very comfortable! She let my daughter sit on my lap while she brushed her teeth. Of course there was some crying but my daughter did great and was totally fine after she was done. Dr. Chau addressed a concern I had about my daughter's front tooth and made me feel at ease as I was a little stressed about it. She is very thorough in explaining everything which I like as a first time mom. We've had to come a couple more times due to my daughter's front tooth and yes there's always a bit of crying, but she is totally fine once it's over lol. And she gets to pick a sticker and a toy in the little machine. love that Dr. Chau and the staff are so welcoming and nice. They definitely are good with children and have so much patience! I'm sure they hear crying all the time lol. I am so glad I found a good dentist and that my daughter's first experience wasn't a bad one. Highly recommend them! read more

The quality of care, promptness and adaptability of this office was impressive. My family and I were in the area for vacation and our toddler chipped her front tooth. We were able to get a same-day appointment (the only office in the area that could). Dr. Mary Chau was incredible with our (very scared) daughter. She sang songs to her while she worked on her tooth and had no trouble getting her to open her mouth; something we haven't had luck with at other dentist offices. She was thorough and quick with the procedure and gave us excellent instructions for when we left. We are so grateful for this office and dentist! read more

Brought my son to the dentist & chose this location due to distance. It is located on the 6th floor of the interstate building. There's covered parking & it's pretty narrow at the entrance even for my small BMW. Parking is validated with the front staff & free which was great. The front staff was nice & there's a little cute play area for kids in the waiting area. It wasn't busy at all which was a plus. The wait to be seen wasn't long at all. My son's dentist was really friendly & my son liked him a lot. The staff rewards the kids with goodies after the visit which is always fun. Waited about a month for an opening as a new patient but that's normal these days for most dentist/doctors appointments. But overall, great staff. Quick & simple. read more

Dr Mary Chau, front desk team, and nurses all went above and beyond to help take care of my 1 year old daughter. I accidentally scheduled my appointment during my daughter's usual afternoon nap time, so she was quite fussy. But their team showered my daughter with stickers, a toy, Netflix cartoons, and nursery rhymes which was a life saver. Super impressed by their hospitality and services. They can also validate for their parking garage. Setting up or changes appt dates/times was flexible and super easy as well. I have been going here since my oldest was an infant. He's now 12! This review is long overdue but Dr Asato and Dr Lee are wonderful and professional pediatric dentists. Their practice is very convenient because it's right on King Street (the old First interstate building, Cafe Sistina is on the bottom) You can enter either on Young St or King Street. Parking is validated and I usually have no problem finding a stall. There is a comfortable waiting room and I usually only wait a few minutes for my appointment. In the back there are chairs with TV screens to keep the little ones occupied, the office is clean and bright. Dr Asato is very patient in explaining the situation and explaining what procedures he's doing. He's also very quick and definitely makes a usually negative experience for kids go by so quickly they don't give me grief when they need to go to the dentist. NOW they are finally old enough to know that if you don't brush and floss you suffer the consequences! LoL Dr Asato has a great attitude with the kids and he's so nice! He's got 2 kids of his own so he can definitely relate to parents and what we're going through. I recommend Dr Lee and Dr Asato to friends and family that are looking for a pediatric dentist. read more

He's caring and can explain cleanings and treatment modalities in simple terms for the kids and parents. My youngest always acts scared and he's great arty comforting her. My kids go to see Dr. Christopher Lee and he is really an awesome, compassionate, and caring pediatric dentist. They have been seeing him for the last few years. My older child has always been fine going to the dentist but my little one has always had difficulty which is what makes Dr. Lee so great. Dr. Lee is very patient with him and shows a caring attitude. He always explain things very thoroughly and makes me feel comfortable. My father is a retired dentist, and is often critical of other dentists. He always goes with me when I take the children to see Dr. Lee and he was very impressed with Dr. Lee's knowledge and skills. If my dad likes him that says a lot!! We will definitely be back to see Dr. Lee. read more

Dr Mary Chao is so great with my toddler! She is instantly warm and makes him feel comfortable. She sings while she cleans his teeth, can talk to him about all the different paw patrol characters and amazingly gets him through a teeth cleaning with no objections or tears from him at all. I absolutely LOVE having Dr. Asato as our children's dentist. The staff is so pleasant and nice. Dr. Asato is always so gentle and caring with our children. I appreciate how he gives us every option possible and doesn't pressure us into certain decisions. We've had experiences in the past where dentists were just rude and pressure us to do something we didn't see was fit at the time. After a few terrible experiences we decided to just purchase our own dental insurance so we could go back to Dr. Asato. He's amazing and his staff is amazing. read more

This Debtal office is amazing! The staff is always professional and friendly. Dr. Asato is amazing with both my children! I have a disable child who is non verbal and developmentally delayed. He takes nothing but mouth and never keeps still. Dr. Asato is great with him. He patient, understanding and always has tips for us to keep our sons teeth healthy and clean. As for our daughter, hes always great with her as well. He talks the kids through everything hes doing but never in a manner to scare them in any way.
