Horrible experience!! Dr. Seretis should lose his license!! I went here with tooth pain last…read moreOctober 2025 and was told by Dr. Seretis that I would need a root canal my very first. Little did I know what a nightmare this would spiral into. Before he even started he mentioned drinking baileys in coffee as he belched it up, I should've known better and left right then and there. After the surgery (which took numerous times to numb me) I was seemingly fine but when the crown came in that's when things went south fast. The first crown I told him it was way too big to fit. Instead of pulling it out and agreeing with me he insisted it should fit and instead sanded down my perfectly healthy top teeth that I will now need crowns for. It took over 6 visits to finally receive a crown that fit and even then it looked like a freaking marshmallow! I cannot believe he thought this passed as good work at let me go home!! This is insane for how much I paid, I received below suboptimal work! The other staff that works there were very nice and apologized to me repeatedly due to all the screw ups but there is no taking any of this back. My teeth which were once perfect are now permanently ruined! After a while my crown started hurting, I ended up not going back for fear of further risking tooth destruction. I later went to 2 different dentists to get second opinions bc my crown was hurting so bad. They both literally told me the same thing. Turns out micro instruments had broken off deep in my tooth and along with the gaps he left in the crown it was a perfect recipe for an abscess. My top teeth were sanded down to the dentin, (the yellow part as you can see in the pics). Both other dentists said they couldn't save the crowned tooth and I would need an implant to fix it, and crowns on the teeth that were sanded down. Now on top of the bill I'm still paying Seretis, I'm also paying off the start of a long road for an implant. 8 months for this to be completed due to Dr. Thomas J. Seretis's negligence! Please if you value your teeth do not go to this butcher! Shame on you Dr. Seretis! You told me you love being a dentist but hate mean people, well now I see why so many people are mean to you!

They observe all of the COVID protocols and I felt safe throughout my entire visit. They are always friendly, pleasant and gentle with their patients. I had my teeth cleaned by LaShawn and she was lovely and made me comfortable throughout my appointment. Dr. Min was efficient and knowledgeable and explained everything during his exam. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Well, well, well.....Here we are again 11 months later since my last review and this will be my…read morelast. Today, my children were scheduled for appointments at 1 pm and 1:30 pm. I received text messages the day prior to confirm appointments, and I responded with "C". I arrived at 12:55 pm. Only to be told my appointments were rescheduled for an hour earlier... But who did they inform? Not me, of course! Now they want me to schedule into the New Year! And this is not the 1st time it's happened, but the 3rd time. The lady reviewing the appointment told me I should have never been scheduled between 1-2 pm because it's their lunch, and she didn't know how that happened. Then, she said well someone called me and left me a message. NOT ON MY PHONE!!! Not the phone you sent the text message to. I asked for the number to launch a formal complaint, and the 1-800 number given only directed you as a caller to leave a message. I refuse to be inconvenienced yet again. Guess I'll start looking for a new dentist for me and my family. PREMIER HAS TO DO BETTER!!!! When you see that it is "YOUR ERROR", there should be some accommodations made for patients, especially with it being a repeated behavior. Doctor is very thorough with her exam and detailed with any work that needs to be performed and why. She prioritized issues and her staff is amazing. Tracie provided a very detailed plan of services and cost associated with service, so no surprises at time of payment. Doctor, Tracie and the rest of the staff do a wonderful job to inform, educate and make you feel as relaxed as possible (while at the dentist). Looking back now, I'm really grateful I got a second opinion before moving forward. It's been about 6 years and a lot of the major work I was told I needed never actually became necessary. Rita Patel-Miller seemed friendly enough, but the experience felt more money first than patient-first. To be fair, it's been a long time since I've been there and I genuinely hope things have changed. But I do think this is one of those situations people should be aware. My new dentist shared that this happens, sadly. The aggressive upselling and unnecessary dental work. If any provider tells you that you suddenly need thousands of dollars of treatment, please get a second opinion before agreeing!
