We have been going to the office since 2019 They recently got a different dentist. April 2025 I brought my four year old in and 15 year old in. The staff were really nice and sweet and they deserve five stars BUT this new dentist. He has 0 table side manner, he wasn't a bit inviting and I feel like he needs to work with adults. I couldn't believe the way he acted with my kids. And my kids weren't jumping around and acting crazy, they were very calm. He acted like he didn't even want to be there and he wouldn't even look at me when talking to me about my 15 year olds mouth. The past dentist was very kind and pleasant. We have switched offices and thank goodness for that. read more

My stepson and his young family recently moved here and the kids were referred to this practice through their insurance. Scheduling was easy and they are even open Saturday! What a great convenience because my husband was able to take them and all 3 kids got seen (baby, child, teen). The dentist and staff are friendly and considerate. They discussed possible braces when the child is ready (still has some baby teeth). The staff is easy to connect with and we're so helpful in scheduling quickly (within a few days of our call). The Wait time was 1hr . Whats the point of making an appointment? If they make patients wait for an hour?? They don't call up patient in order. Such a messy system and bad customer service. Not recommend this place . When I complained about wait time , staff/ dental hygienists are making unreasonable excuses. Not apologies. I came there at 2:10pm got out 4:00pm what a horrible place to be to just have teeth cleaned. Actual tx time with xray took less than 10 mins . They dont put any endeavors. read more

The dentists & technicians are great and very understanding with kids. Wait times can be long depending on the time of day you go. I have had long waits and zero wait times. Biggest issue? Waiting on desk staff to follow up with insurance and call you back or make appts. My daughter has had to wait months to get fillings done and I have had to call them multiple times to find out what was going on. Sometimes the referal wasnt even put in! Currently waiting for an infected tooth to be pulled (no antibiotics given) and wait time from end of May to somewhere in July.. With possibility of a cancellation mid June? And ONLY because i called. Was told to wait for THEM to call me for an app?! When would that be? December ! Like i said.. Great docs & techs. 1st visit- they claimed my kid had multiple cavities and needs a referral for the orthodontist 2nd visit- appt Confirmed by phone, we show up and the lady says we arent on the schedule but they can squeeze us in. 2 hours later the dentist comes out and says they made a mistake and my kid has zero cavities and I need to come back for the referral since this visit was a waste 3rd visit- took 2 min, they just gave us referral and say, wait for someone to call and schedule with ortho *Friday someone from the orthodontist office calls and we set an appt for 1:45 the following Monday 4th visit- So we show up Monday at 1:45, and the lady says we aren't in the schedule!! I live by IKEA, this office is in Henderson, it's a far drive. 2times I've had confirmed appts and show up for nothing. They also messed up my sons first set of X-rays somehow. I do not recommend this place, especially if you value your time and gas. read more

My son has been a patient here for 3 years. Nice staff, always called back quick & detailed explaining if there are any issues. We were there yesterday & a baby tooth that never came out needs to be pulled. (15 years old now) and they explained everything that would happen at that appointment so he's fully prepared. read more

The most horrible Children's dental office I have ever been to! Parents please do not bring your children to this office. I was 7 minutes late with my two daughters and they basically told me to leave because I was late and the dentist would not allow my daughters to get there teeth cleaned. I asked to speak to the dentist, Dr. Amanda Campbell and she said it wasn't up to her and that those are the rules of their office! She was so rude and didn't care that I had just picked up my daughters from school and drove to get there as fast as I could. Earlier that day I called to confirm my appointment and they said that they had canceled my appointment because I didn't call sooner to confirm. I told them to please check there voicemail where it's obvious I confirmed but THEY didn't check there voicemail in time. They also were going to charge me a $25 no show fee but when they realized that I did indeed leave a voicemail they decided not to charge me! This is a horrible way to do business! Has Dr. Campbell forgotten why she became a children's dentist in the first place? You're supposed to help children with their oral hygiene and dental care not tell them to leave when they're only 7 minutes late! Unbelievable that this office can treat people like this! This office is running scams. They scheduled a fraudulent appoinment for my 76 year old mom without ever speaking to anyone directly. She was hospitalized and suffering from expressive aphasia unable to ever speak. The text stated that if appointment was missed a $25 fee will be charged. Today I took my daughter to her appointment I was on time they said you miss your appointment and they want to charge me 25$ actually they miss the appointment and when I show them approve she start saying I need to talk to my supervisor and after all they told me I have to reschedule appointment after when they miss the appointment it's one of the worst experience. We went here for years and had an okay experience. Alot of long waits. But the doctors were nice. Last appt my daughter had extreme anxiety. I felt we were rushed and my child was treated like an inconvenience. So we decided to switch. No hard feelings. Its been years. I request the records to switch, had to request twice. I read the records. In the record it states my 9 year old used profanity. My child never used profanity once. Never has in life. Shes only 9 and I was in the room the full time. The way they wrote about my daughter for her new dentist, was unethical and a lie. They took an anxious scared kid and made her into a monster. The office staff are so polite and helpful and both dentists we've seen make you feel so comfortable. Do not take your kids here. Dentist said my 11 year old son had 3 cavities and could not schedule a filling appointment for over a month. Got him in with another dentist who said he has no cavities. A messy desk full of papers and one receptionist. My son was taken back to an exam room that had no chairs for parents. Dentist took one x-ray and opined he had 3 cavities. Our new pediatric dentist said he would have taken more X-rays than this place did and there were no sign of cavities. read more

Im giving one star to a Dentist, and another woman answering the phones back in the begining of July. Outside of those 2 people this place really is 5 stars! This one man has been giving badddd names to this practice! In JUNE i brought my son in for an emergency consult due to his pain. A plan of care was made, awaiting approval for insurance i was to expect a call from scheduling and go fill our antibiotic. Only no script was given. Almost a week later that was fixed finally. That wk the rest of my children were also seen. Plans of care and awaiting a call from scheduling. With all recommended to have extensive work done, 2 wks later the one in pain still waiting ! I call, and get no help just some lip from this woman who said shed call back w appointments. Another almost 2 wks later I reach a lovely girl named Ruby who helps and schedules ALL appointments. When my son went in...they sure did turn him away because we did not return the "confirmation call" ...yes thats confirming the appt that was just made. If you dont answer and actually speak to someone, (not just leave a msg like every other office nor do they warn you of this) they cancel and give away your appt and dont even tell you until you arrive, in the heat, car packed of kids. Etc. Not even an attempt to resched. Nothing. Never mind who missed work or what have you. Not even an acception to the rule for the toddler in pain for 6 wks waiting for this appt. I called and complained. We get called back in and Dr says he can at least help the one tooth in pain. Does a hack job and sends him home w a script for pain medicine 3 times the normal dose. Over dosed the numbing med. And nitrous. And left the whole nerve exposed tooth cracked and left in. Said follow up in a couple days if pain....SERIOUSLY!!! there are great drs here. Thats why i trusted them so much! . This person is a fraud! You hear that DR. NGYUEN! FRAUD!!! Ever wonder why your children need soooo many extractions and/or root canals and fillings?????? Because hes a FRAUD!! Another denstist same company, saved the day!!! (And someone else saved the day i just cant say, but are forever in debt and grateful!) Not without flying across town praying novocaine doesnt wear off. And even then , almost went til saturday in that condition awaiting general anesthesia!!!! Just getting pain control probably via pump in the hospital would had been the only way around waiting! Not an exaggeration! THAT is how bad you should avoid that man at all costs!
