I can honestly say that this is the best Dental practice I have ever been to. Dr. Teddy has Mad Skills - I got shots in the front tooth seaction of my gums & barely felt a pinch! She also is so caring & honest, her advice was enlightening & actually saved me money...Unheard of in Dentistry now a days. Her Tech/Assistant was super sweet, smart, & funny too! (I feel bad names are hard for me to remember) The office plays upbeat/comforting music at a reasonable level. I really love that It also has ample parking & a securely locked & monitored entrance. Everyone in the office was very kind and interactive, so was the dentist.. everyone was amazing. Only thing that went wrong was my overall procedures. I came in with one issue I wanted resolved, got checked out and was given several issues that needed resolved.. totally understand and was okay with moving forward fixing these issues. Once everything was done, my personal issue that I came in for did not get resolved and the importance of it was not recognized.. then got a bunch of fillings and after my first month I am now unable to eat hot or cold foods. All the fillings are super sensitive so now Im left with eating room temperature food and drink. I called to get the fillings fixed so they weren't so sensitive, but was told I had to pay for extra services and appointment. For having to pay upfront for these services and now experiencing a worse outcome with no resolution... very disappointing. With this place having great reviews I thought I was in good hands.. maybe I was the bad apple of the day, but with multiple appointments with the same procedure done and now half of my teeth crazy sensitive, I have to say I won't be coming back nor recommending for filling service. read more

I come here for my cleanings, and I've always been seen pretty quickly. There was one time the hygienist was out during my original appointment, and they called me the day before to ask if I would like to reschedule (instead of making me come in twice for X-rays and cleaning). I also appreciate that I've never seen unexpected charges from them. The best part is that they're in the same parking lot as Starbread, so I can get myself a treat after each appointment lol. read more

Do not trust that they will properly authorize treatment. I went in telling them that I wanted a bridge but I did not think my insurance would cover it. The woman handing the billing assured me that it would be covered. Then I was wanting to make sure of my anniversary dates to make sure that I was going at the correct time and called my agent. I went ahead and scheduled treatment. I wrongly assumed that Paula had done her due diligence. After treatment I received a rejection from my insurance. At time of receiving the permanent tooth, I was told that they would split the loss and they charged me an additional $750.00 saying they would write it off the balance. Two months later I started receiving statements for the balance and now they are saying they can only give 20% off of the balance. I am happy with the work they did, but they will tell you things and then get amnesia. Just make sure you have it in writing that they are preauthorizing your work. She actually had 2 to 3 weeks to verify it and she did not do it. I went in for the work thinking she took care of preauthorization. Then they stick you with the bill. Buyer beware. read more

My partner goes to this dentist so I started to. Both times I have been there was never anyone at the counter for about 20 minutes after I walked in. Other than a long wait to check in the service is great. The staff is super friendly and efficient. They make sure they are taking good care of you, and your teeth. There are TVs to watch while you wait and while you are having your teeth cleaned, always a nice distraction. Glad I finally found a dentist close by and super through! read more

If I could give a 0 star to this dentist I would. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST! They will charge you an arm and a leg for simple procedures get it ok'd by your insurance and then send you a bill for fees that don't make any sense. On top of sending you additional bills, they will also threaten to sue you. DO YOU WANT A DENTIST THAT WILL SUE YOU OVER A $31 bill. Again, save yourself time and money and go to another honest and sincere dentist like Abbey Dental. They are more efficient and have more knowledge of what your needs are. This dentist does not care about their patients and are only concerned about ripping you off and billing you after your service has been finished. I'm honestly pretty disappointed to even have to write this review. I've been an affordable dental patient since I was a kid but I grew up going to the location on Flamingo and Sandhill which has alway been a great location for my family and I ! But I stopped going as an adult because I got a job at a Dental office myself and got all my work done there but once I left that job I needed to get a new office to go too so I decided that I would go back to Affordable dental but try a new location closer to where I now live. So I called in to set my appointment for a cleaning and exam which is pretty standard so I didn't think anything of it and I showed up to my appointment at 10am. I was there for 2 hours and all they did in that time was do my bitewings and pano after that they sat me in a dental chair where I waited for the Dr. to come in and look at my X-Rays just to tell me I had no cavities and was in great shape then said I could go and needed to schedule another appointment for a cleaning. I was so upset and confused. I've never ever had to set up 2 separate appointments for an exam and then a cleaning. I was there from 10am-12pm and only got x-rays done. I work Monday-Friday and have to use my PTO or go unpaid to take time off of work so It was very upsetting to me to have taken the time off of work to only get X-Rays done and be told I would have to take another day off of work for a cleaning because all they could do that day was a exam. As an adult we don't have the luxury to just take time off of work whenever because they can't schedule properly and with that my hunt for a new dentist begins. read more

Went in as a new patient for x-rays and cleaning. Received x-rays and was informed that I also needed a deep cleaning, root canal, new filings, crowns. They refuse to do the cleaning said it was a waste. They then ran a detail cost of services that they recommend. Total cost would be $8000.00 + . I don't think so. Absolutely worst dentist I've been to. I had a 1030 appointment. Wasn't seen until 1115. 1115 I was taken back for X-rays. I met with the dentist who tried to up sell me on a tooth replacement which I didn't need. Then they came in and tried to tell me I needed a "laser" deep cleaning which would cost me out of pocket over $500 and I would need to reschedule that appointment. I told no and they offered to do a regular cleaning and told me that would work as well. After 1.5 hours and nothing done. I left unhappy. Scam. Felt like I was at a used car dealership. All they wanted to do is up sell everything. Telling me my insurance would cover it. Complete waste of time. While I was waiting, the receptionist told several people leaving that they if they leave them a positive yelp review they would not have to pay the $20 co pay. Don't waste your time! read more

If you want to be taken for a ride come here. I came here a month ago and it was a joke. This was worse than going to a used car dealership. They try to upsell you on everything possible. The dentist, I think its Prix told me I needed a root canal and 2 fillings which is a joke because I have a friend who is a dentist in New York who I visited this past weekend and he said everything is absolutely fine and not even close to being in the "watch" zone on anything this Prix "diagnosed". They also tried to up-sell me on a deep cleaning which again was a joke because I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and have absolutely no calculus under my gingiva according to my dentist friend. I had a regular cleaning and its usually not painful but this one was. Probably the hygienist was angry she couldn't make commission off me or something. I give up on looking for a dental office in Vegas because it seems all the dental offices here are shady. I rather fly back home or to my friend in NY. read more

This location is the best! The hygienist is experienced and informative. To be honest I didn't really know how to floss and she showed me the right way with tips on good floss picks. The Dr. here is kind and cares a lot about her patients. She remembers her patients and what they go through. Her recommendation for a oral surgeon was spot on and my mouth feels great. Had to have a a very painful tooth pulled with no insurance and very little $. Honestly I am so frightened by going to the dentist that I'd rather go to 4 different gynecologist in the same day the. The dentist, hence the very painful tooth that had to be pulled. Receptionist very kind and helpful, the dental assistant same. Because of my nerves my blood pressure kept climbing and they didn't want to pull the tooth because of the epinephrine in the Novocain. I almost started crying because there was no way I could afford an oral surgeon. With concern Dr. Pritz went old school, using a topical, Novocain without the heart chaser and had it out in 3 seconds! Awesome!! Just made an appointment for my husband! read more

Unfortunately we got stuck with this place for my daughter's braces. The original place we used stopped using our insurance. Make a long story short, they never call or message to let us know when her appointment it is. We called and asked why don't they call to let us know. They said "we do call". Ummmm no you Don't. Ever. Why are you arguing with us. We just want to get this straight. Maybe they had the wrong number. But who knows because they didn't ask. Then she came back and said "it's your responsibility to make the appointment" what!!!!!!!!! You have to be kidding me. How can anyone treat their clients this way? Let me start off by saying I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist! I came to this location based on location and my insurance provider and I'm so glad I did! I want to say the Office Manager was awesome, had a small situation but she called and worked it all out. The hygienist was EXCELLENT! I could barely tell she was giving me a cleaning because she was so gentle. The actual dentist was nice as well, I didn't get to spend much time with her because I didn't have to but she was very nice. I think I have found my dental home Update to my last review. I had to end up going back to the dentist to get a filling removed (had them since I was about 13) and replaced! Again I was completely horrified just at the thought alone! So I get there and again everyone is absolutely friendly and the wait time this day of course was like 2 mins lol. I go get situated and am about to just say no and go home, but I talk myself into staying. Here we go it's needle time and it's gonna hurt so bad!!!!! Yeah well it didn't...I felt one small prick by the dentist and we were done. I think she's some sort of magician lol. Now that's how an experience should go. read more
