Not the best doctors. We have had some issues with getting the care our daughter needed and even ended up at the er for missed diagnoses

I highly recommend this facility to all parents. Great doctors and perfect 5 star quality. They do accept most insurance and I have never had any problems.

It's far away from us, but I did…read moremy research and wanted a diverse and knowledgeable group of providers given I have an internationally adopted child. It's important for your child to see providers who look like him. We absolutely love Dr Roopal Patel, she's very thorough, funny, to the point, and knowledgeable. She has a great way of relating to both children and their caregivers. She also responds to messages left on the RN line or via the patient portal. We book our well visits in advance to ensure we get her as I believe she works part-time and her schedule fills up quickly. We've also seen many other providers (e.g. Dr Yee, Dr Gaynor, Dr Greene (now retired), and ARNPs) if it was urgent matter or Dr Patel had a conflict. We've been very satisfied with the care and communication provided by this practice. The front office really does try to get your child in ASAP if it's an urgent matter. I love that their office has late and weekend appointments and has many locations in the Tampa Bay Area. The other practices allows parents to bring your kids there for an urgent visit if this Madaca Ln location is closed. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hartman saw my son as a newborn 2 days old, who didn't have any immune system and she proceeded to put her finger in his mouth! So he can get sick after the appointment?! Dr. Wilde told me that my sons grows is slow and he will not grow. Does that mean he will never grow? What kind of dr tells a parent their child won't grow at 1 years old appointment?! Nurse Gabby (who doesn't work there any longer was our favorite). Dr. Perea-bonet is also a good dr. That's where the good ends. The front office is rude, makes you check in and wait in the car then has a nurse call you to ask a bunch of questions before letting you come to the office. The biggest problem Is the billing and office manager. My daughter had her 1st appointment (wellness) and they billed us for wellness and a sick visit. When I called they said that was due to a rash she had and nurse Patricia Friedel who saw my daughter prescribed an incorrect medication for a ring worm. Ring worm is anti-fungal and she prescribed antibiotics. So they charged for a double appointment even though child was not sick and incorrect medication was prescribed. The billing department said they can't help and sent me to office manager who didn't care about this situation and said the charges will stay as is. They would rather lose 2 patients instead of make any kind of arrangements! The office manager is unkind and plainly doesn't care. Stay away from this practice!
