    Baby's last appointment.
    Mae Desirie D.

    1. The office feels like home. They think of every detail to make u feel at home. I have never seen a clinic with changing tables in the restroom with different sized diapers and wipes. It's always clean and comfortable too. 2. The staff are so professional and warm. Most of my baby's appointments are scheduled after my 12hr night shift so getting everything ready has been a challenge yet the staff are still so accommodating and flexible with the schedule changes. Alicia and her staff are very informative. They'd walk you through the procedures and paperwork step by step. Going in and out of there is such a breeze. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family! Thank you very much Children's orthotics! We appreciate all of u!

I was very skeptical when my doctor recommended a helmet for my youngest. I worried about how she'd take to it. I wondered if it would hurt and affect her sleep. From the very first appointment, Alice put my fears at ease. She took her time to answer all of my questions and at the end of the consultation I felt better. I felt confident in the process. They also have the nicest, most kid friendly doctor office. My 3 year old loves going to the appointments simply because of the toys she can play with while waiting (and it's never a long wait!) They also have a baby friendly bathroom with wipes and extra diapers just in case which comes in handy. Although our insurance did cover a portion of the helmet, we still had to pay some out of pocket. They were nice enough to allow us to pay in 3 increments which is very helpful for our finances. 4 months later and I have no regrets! Just as dr suspected, baby did NOT seem to mind at all and got used to it fairly quickly. Not to mention the results are amazing! If your baby is in need of a helmet, this IS the doctor to see!

I could not be happier with this facility. My son has a lot doctor appointments for various things. It is so refreshing to visit a Healthcare provider that really pays attention to detail and makes you feel comfortable. The front office has complimentary coffee and waters, the bathroom has a really nice changing table with wipes and diapers in all sizes, and the patient rooms are equipped with toys and books to keep your little ones entertained while waiting for the professional. We've had appointments with both orthotists, Katelyn and Alicia, and they are both really friendly and informative. I definitely recommend this facility.

About 4 months ago our pediatrician recommended we visit Alicia at Children's Orthotics. Since the very first visit the whole staff made us feel so comfortable and answered our every question. They are patient willing to work as far as appointments, insurance and payments. The office was always in spectacular shape, always clean and they were always offering us complimentary water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks. They have a full changing table stocked with diapers and wipes. Our son wore a helmet for 4 months. At first I was very skeptical thinking it would affect his movement or sleeping, I was assured by the staff that he wouldn't mind. Sure enough, he adapted right to it and didn't bother him one bit. My wife and I are extremely thankful for this office staff and what they have done for us. I would 100% recommend them to anyone else and feel comfortable sending my child there.

Couldn't be happier with the results. They are friendly quick and efficient. Alicia and Chris were very professional and I would recommend this place to everyone. We drove 100 miles to this office and trust me. There are plenty of other offices along the way.

Alicia and her team were so informative, caring and helpful with my baby girl's helmet journey. As a first time parent I was worried about every little thing but she made it a very pleasant experience. We are extremely happy with the results and the whole process. I would highly recommend her! She is so nice and gentle with her patients answers all your questions and takes her time. Very flexible with appointments. Office is very clean. There are snacks, bottled water and a Keurig machine with decaf and regular coffee available for patients. There is also the cutest changing table in the bathroom where they provide diapers and wipes. Book your consultation now!

In the last few years, I have become so weak that I have begun to use a cane and plastic AFOs that keep my ankles in a rigid position. At first, the plastic AFOs seemed to help but I quickly realized that it was akin to putting a band aid on a arterial bleed. I began to scour the internet in search of any cutting edge research or devices for CMT. I discovered www.ordesignslv.com, which had a video testimony from a woman with CMT. She is seen walking with the typical foot drop before the fitting and walking quite fast and running afterward. I was shocked and amazed when I watched the video. I never thought that walking or running would be possible. Fast forward to my appointment-I was the only patient in the office, and I felt that Mitch was a master cobbler. From the first day, he understood every nuance of my condition and knew exactly how to correct my posture and gait through the braces. The first time I wore the braces, he instructed me to stand in one spot for five minutes and I did it! I didn't have to think about leaning against a wall or using a chair to keep my balance. When you lean forward, the energy from your body transfers to the brace and can be used in movement or posture control. The design of the braces relies on return of energy, something you cannot get from plastic AFOs. In my opinion, Mr. Warner is a genius! I can't thank him enough for giving me back my life and freedom.

My timeshare week had been planned for several months, and I could not reschedule it. Although my provider in CA advised against travel to Las Vegas, I was determined to find someone to continue my treatment in LV. After many phone calls, I was referred to First Physically Therapy. They set me up with an appointment right away, and provided seamless care for my wound. I found them to be professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and most of all---caring. I reserved one star for cleanliness and hygiene.

Please Read Before Going to First Physical Therapy -- My Experience…read more I never really knew what physical therapy was or how these offices are supposed to run until a recent incident led me to need treatment. After my first visit at the Durango location, I immediately began to question the sanitation and safety of this place. This is by far the least hygienic physical therapy office I've ever seen. They never sanitize their hands, treatment tables, or equipment between patients. The exam tables are covered with cheap, wrinkled white sheets and pillows that are not changed throughout the day. The clinic is individually owned, and while they charge a fee for missed or last-minute cancellations, you would think that money could be used toward cleaning supplies or ensuring patient safety -- but it clearly isn't. If you are immunocompromised and were referred here, it's likely because your doctor knows the owner and wants to send them business. I strongly recommend against coming here. Even if you're healthy, consider your safety -- this facility is one of the lowest I've seen in terms of hygiene. You could easily be exposed to bacterial or fungal infections, skin mites, or respiratory illnesses by lying on unclean sheets or using unsanitized equipment. Thank God I left early enough and tried Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy -- it confirmed all my doubts. Their cleanliness, professionalism, and quality of care are truly 10 out of 10. The results and overall treatment experience have been excellent. They take hygiene seriously, clean and change everything between patients, and consistently sanitize their hands and equipment. I'm sharing this review purely out of concern for public safety, hoping that it helps others make informed and safe choices when seeking care. Writing this gives me peace of mind -- I feel like I finally have a clear conscience and a clear mind knowing that I've spoken up and hopefully helped others stay safe. Avoid First Physical Therapy (Durango location) at all costs -- unless your health and well-being don't matter to you.

I returned to Dr. Henry because he treated me well in the past, and I trusted him with my care. However, since my insurance changed to HMO, I wasn't told in advance that he no longer accepted it. I explained that I was willing to pay cash, as he already knew my case, but instead of being supportive, he was dismissive. He told me to "just get in a boot for six months and don't ask me anything else" since I didn't want or couldn't pay for an x-ray. The front desk staff was equally unprofessional--rolling her eyes at me, speaking in a flat, unfriendly tone, and even refusing to hand me a pen for paperwork. I left the office in tears from how poorly I was treated. Dr. Henry didn't even notice or correct that I had my air cast on completely inside out. He also made it clear he disliked filling out FMLA paperwork, charged me $75 for it, and still didn't complete it correctly. When I asked for corrections, I was ignored and had to go to another doctor to fix it. He consistently spoke over me and then tried to tell me it was my fault that he filled out the paperwork wrong. I don't know what has changed since my first visit, but this level of care and treatment is unacceptable. No patient should ever be made to feel dismissed, disrespected, or neglected this way.
