Extremely kind staff that went above and beyond to make my cranky 3 and 5 year old feel comfortable.
M J.

I was in need of a cam boot for my 3 year old. I arrived almost at closing time with both my littles in tow. They were tired, cranky, and hungry. The staff was extremely efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and highly recommend POP Prosthetics.

Ryan did a great job on my babies helmet. Thank u !

Happy July 4th 2026 in celebration of 250 amazing years! Cheers to ten quarters of a century old!!…read moreThat's a lot of quarters. What a perfect time to dedicate my 2,300th Yelp review to strong feet and great health. Let's move in comfy and supportive shoes! Both my daughters and I were in Las Vegas last weekend. My youngest was complaining about her bunions. I immediately Yelped for shoe shops. It lead us to Foot Solutions. Thanks Yelp! They are a premier foot wellness retail store that offers custom orthotics and insoles plus specialized footwear to help people with relieving pain and improving health. I made a 10:00 AM appointment online. Walk-ins are welcomed as well. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by Jack, the owner. He is a very nice, friendly, and cordial gentleman. This shop was very clean and organized. Felt very inviting and homey. Originally, we came here for my youngest daughter's foot concerns, but I said why not get all of our feet evaluated. Jack was open to helping the 3 of us. He attended to each of us separately. He spent almost 2 hours with us. He first asked where we are experiencing foot pain if any. He then measured our feet. Lastly, he went back to the stock room and came back with shoe options that could help our feet. He was very patient and listened well. He's quite knowledgeable on the anatomy of the foot and the importance of keeping it healthy and strong. After all said and done trying and fitting, we ended up buying 4 pairs of Brooks (2 pairs for moi of course), 5 pairs of orthotics (I needed one for my old Hokas, too), 4 pairs of Oofos sandals, and 2 pairs of toe separators. Yes, it cost a whole lot of moola, but for healthy feet, body, mind, and soul, it was worth every penny! Our feet supports our whole body so we gotta treat it well every day. Our feet are doing much better now! Highly recommend Foot Solutions! Thank you so much Jack for your professionalism, wealth of foot knowledge and helpful tips, answering our questions, friendly and courteous manners, patience, and amazing service. My daughters and I are grateful to have found you and your Foot Solutions. We'll be back for more comfy and supportive shoes in the near future. Happy Feet for Happy Life Always! Note on Exchange Policy: "WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS. Merchandise may be EXCHANGED for either different merchandise or for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Must be in original packaging. He answered any questions or concerns that I had and I did not feel rushed at all. He seems very genuine and took care of my foot problem right then and there. I have been a patient of this Dr. Wittenberg for quite some time, and prior to today, I had always…read morefound him pleasant and enjoyed seeing him. Unfortunately, my experience today completely changed my opinion. I have a plantar fibroma on the bottom of my left foot that has grown significantly and is now causing considerable pain while walking and even while sleeping. In the past, I received injections, but they were extremely painful and were no longer providing relief. Because of that, we previously discussed the possibility of surgery. During a previous visit, I was told that an MRI was needed before determining whether the fibroma could be surgically removed. My understanding from that conversation was that the MRI would help determine whether the fibroma was attached to the plantar fascia and whether surgery would be an appropriate option. I was unable to complete the MRI at that time because of financial circumstances. When I was finally ready to move forward, I scheduled it, but I was informed that the order had expired and that I needed to see the doctor again before a new order could be issued. That was the entire purpose of today's appointment. When he asked whether I had completed the MRI, I attempted to explain why I had not. Instead of allowing me to fully explain my circumstances, I felt that he repeatedly talked over me, called me "noncompliant," accused me of making excuses, questioned whether I was a surgical candidate, and ultimately told me that I should find another doctor to treat this problem. What made the interaction even more frustrating was receiving information today that seemed inconsistent with what I had previously been told regarding surgery. Today, he indicated that he does not perform surgery on these types of fibromas, which left me confused because our previous discussions were specifically about obtaining an MRI to determine whether mine could be surgically removed. If surgery was no longer something he was willing or able to perform, I would have appreciated having that explained to me clearly and respectfully. Instead, the conversation focused heavily on labeling me "noncompliant" and accusing me of making excuses. I understand that physicians make recommendations and that treatment plans can change based on medical circumstances. However, patients also have the right to make decisions regarding when they are financially and personally prepared to proceed with non-emergency testing or treatment. I did not continue returning for injections because I had already explained that they were painful and ineffective for me. My intention was to return when I was ready to complete the MRI and seriously pursue surgery--which is exactly what I was attempting to do. What upset me most was the lack of compassion and consideration for my circumstances. I did not feel heard. I felt dismissed and judged rather than treated like a patient who was trying to move forward with her care. I walked into the office expecting a routine follow-up and a renewed MRI order. I walked out feeling humiliated, extremely angry, and in tears after being told that perhaps I should find another physician. That was particularly disappointing because my previous experiences with this doctor had been positive. I never expected to be treated this way. Patients deserve clear and consistent communication about their treatment options, and they deserve to be spoken to respectfully even when a physician disagrees with their decisions or timeline. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received either during today's appointment, and this experience has changed how I feel about continuing my care with this physician.

Looking at the prices for the shoes, you can get it cheaper elsewhere. NOTE: Non Refundable!!!! If you believe so much in your product, why would you make it non refundable? Or give at least a 90-day option. I tried it for a few months. I followed the instructions as noted on the sheet they gave you. For me, it made my pain worse. I went to a chiropractor and mentioned he doesn't know how this company stays in business as the product is so hard and bad for your arch. Needless to say, I'm out $1500+. I just threw the insoles away because even the maintainers hurt my feet when I worked out. And yes, I'm using the right size shoes and it's sneakers. Lastly, they say you can put it on any shoe, even flip flops (worst). Well, so far, all my shoes other than sneakers do not fit right. The insoles are high that my heel keeps slipping out. And yes, I removed the current insoles. Horrible product and a waste of my money. I DO NOT recommend it. I got a drug store brand, and it's so much better on your feet.

After falling for their schpeel, I purchased the $1500 (yes, you read that right) plastic insoles. WHAT A RIP OFF. They call these a medical device so you cant return them. I have never in my life had such ill fitting supports in my shoes. Please dont fall for the deception that they present to you. They wont tell you the price until the very end of their sales schpiel. Then say "you can finance." Ive had better success & relief with inserts that I purchased for 8 bucks at Ross. Another issue is the store is quite far from me. 40 minutes. I returned the first set they gave me because the insert was hitting me at my heal instead of in my very high arches. The next pair...did the same thing. The final pair that I am stuck with also does the same thing. I couldn't keep driving so far every single weekend because they are unable to fit me correctly. Then, they say you have 3 sets of inserts. The first you wear for 20 minutes. The next pair, you wear for hours. The 3rd pair you wear at the end of the day. I mean....whyyyyyyyy? The sales associates are not medical providers. They are SALES people. I kick myself everyday that I allowed myself to fall for their sales tactics. I guess when you've been in horrible pain for so long, you want any help you can get. Ive not even told my Doc I went there because I am embarrassed that I fell for the scheme. I should've waited for custom orthotics that HE provides. Im still paying Care Credit monthly for these things that I now, never even use. Such a crock! Please dont fall for this!

I'm a retired medical professional, 28 years to be exact, and I was trained like every medical person should be. Patient care, professionalism, kindness, and actual knowledge of your job! ANITA is rude, unprofessional, loud talking a senior citizen in pain, everything that an employee dealing with people's pain, and discomfort should NOT BE! All this, because ANITA stated authorization was pending, and it wasn't! I gave the authorization number to her, so they'd release my brace, for my surgery tomorrow, otherwise, it would probably be canceled I must say that Santino was wonderful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient.
