Happy July 4th 2026 in celebration of 250 amazing years! Cheers to ten quarters of a century old!!…read moreThat's a lot of quarters. What a perfect time to dedicate my 2,300th Yelp review to strong feet and great health. Let's move in comfy and supportive shoes! Both my daughters and I were in Las Vegas last weekend. My youngest was complaining about her bunions. I immediately Yelped for shoe shops. It lead us to Foot Solutions. Thanks Yelp! They are a premier foot wellness retail store that offers custom orthotics and insoles plus specialized footwear to help people with relieving pain and improving health. I made a 10:00 AM appointment online. Walk-ins are welcomed as well. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by Jack, the owner. He is a very nice, friendly, and cordial gentleman. This shop was very clean and organized. Felt very inviting and homey. Originally, we came here for my youngest daughter's foot concerns, but I said why not get all of our feet evaluated. Jack was open to helping the 3 of us. He attended to each of us separately. He spent almost 2 hours with us. He first asked where we are experiencing foot pain if any. He then measured our feet. Lastly, he went back to the stock room and came back with shoe options that could help our feet. He was very patient and listened well. He's quite knowledgeable on the anatomy of the foot and the importance of keeping it healthy and strong. After all said and done trying and fitting, we ended up buying 4 pairs of Brooks (2 pairs for moi of course), 5 pairs of orthotics (I needed one for my old Hokas, too), 4 pairs of Oofos sandals, and 2 pairs of toe separators. Yes, it cost a whole lot of moola, but for healthy feet, body, mind, and soul, it was worth every penny! Our feet supports our whole body so we gotta treat it well every day. Our feet are doing much better now! Highly recommend Foot Solutions! Thank you so much Jack for your professionalism, wealth of foot knowledge and helpful tips, answering our questions, friendly and courteous manners, patience, and amazing service. My daughters and I are grateful to have found you and your Foot Solutions. We'll be back for more comfy and supportive shoes in the near future. Happy Feet for Happy Life Always! Note on Exchange Policy: "WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS. Merchandise may be EXCHANGED for either different merchandise or for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Must be in original packaging. Custom, worn, or modified merchandise cannot be exchanged."

What else are you looking for? He orders & stocks quality products. I liked a brand & style from Germany called Finn Comfort and Jack ordered them to make it happen! Had to get the euro size right a couple times, so it took several weeks for the eventual shoes to come from Germany. He called me back to let me know to pick them up as soon as they arrived. I was very happy with his customer service, location of the store, hours and knowledge of shoes. You just don't get that kind of knowledgeable & courteous service very often anymore. Used Apple Pay for the purchase. Thank you Jack! I'll be back for more shoes when the time comes. Foot solutions solves problems! You won't be disappointed.

I have been a patient of this Dr. Wittenberg for quite some time, and prior to today, I had always…read morefound him pleasant and enjoyed seeing him. Unfortunately, my experience today completely changed my opinion. I have a plantar fibroma on the bottom of my left foot that has grown significantly and is now causing considerable pain while walking and even while sleeping. In the past, I received injections, but they were extremely painful and were no longer providing relief. Because of that, we previously discussed the possibility of surgery. During a previous visit, I was told that an MRI was needed before determining whether the fibroma could be surgically removed. My understanding from that conversation was that the MRI would help determine whether the fibroma was attached to the plantar fascia and whether surgery would be an appropriate option. I was unable to complete the MRI at that time because of financial circumstances. When I was finally ready to move forward, I scheduled it, but I was informed that the order had expired and that I needed to see the doctor again before a new order could be issued. That was the entire purpose of today's appointment. When he asked whether I had completed the MRI, I attempted to explain why I had not. Instead of allowing me to fully explain my circumstances, I felt that he repeatedly talked over me, called me "noncompliant," accused me of making excuses, questioned whether I was a surgical candidate, and ultimately told me that I should find another doctor to treat this problem. What made the interaction even more frustrating was receiving information today that seemed inconsistent with what I had previously been told regarding surgery. Today, he indicated that he does not perform surgery on these types of fibromas, which left me confused because our previous discussions were specifically about obtaining an MRI to determine whether mine could be surgically removed. If surgery was no longer something he was willing or able to perform, I would have appreciated having that explained to me clearly and respectfully. Instead, the conversation focused heavily on labeling me "noncompliant" and accusing me of making excuses. I understand that physicians make recommendations and that treatment plans can change based on medical circumstances. However, patients also have the right to make decisions regarding when they are financially and personally prepared to proceed with non-emergency testing or treatment. I did not continue returning for injections because I had already explained that they were painful and ineffective for me. My intention was to return when I was ready to complete the MRI and seriously pursue surgery--which is exactly what I was attempting to do. What upset me most was the lack of compassion and consideration for my circumstances. I did not feel heard. I felt dismissed and judged rather than treated like a patient who was trying to move forward with her care. I walked into the office expecting a routine follow-up and a renewed MRI order. I walked out feeling humiliated, extremely angry, and in tears after being told that perhaps I should find another physician. That was particularly disappointing because my previous experiences with this doctor had been positive. I never expected to be treated this way. Patients deserve clear and consistent communication about their treatment options, and they deserve to be spoken to respectfully even when a physician disagrees with their decisions or timeline. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received either during today's appointment, and this experience has changed how I feel about continuing my care with this physician.

The front office took no responsibility and didn't try to fix the situation. The girl we dealt with also appeared heavily medicated and kept slurring her words and had no remorse which made the experience even more frustrating. Because of this, my mother never even got to see the doctor. I would not recommend this office.

Updated Review: I'm very sad to be updating my review, but…read moremy recent experience was extremely disappointing. I returned to Dr. Henry because he treated me well in the past, and I trusted him with my care. However, since my insurance changed to HMO, I wasn't told in advance that he no longer accepted it. I explained that I was willing to pay cash, as he already knew my case, but instead of being supportive, he was dismissive. He told me to "just get in a boot for six months and don't ask me anything else" since I didn't want or couldn't pay for an x-ray. The front desk staff was equally unprofessional--rolling her eyes at me, speaking in a flat, unfriendly tone, and even refusing to hand me a pen for paperwork. I left the office in tears from how poorly I was treated. Dr. Henry didn't even notice or correct that I had my air cast on completely inside out. He also made it clear he disliked filling out FMLA paperwork, charged me $75 for it, and still didn't complete it correctly. When I asked for corrections, I was ignored and had to go to another doctor to fix it. He consistently spoke over me and then tried to tell me it was my fault that he filled out the paperwork wrong. I don't know what has changed since my first visit, but this level of care and treatment is unacceptable. No patient should ever be made to feel dismissed, disrespected, or neglected this way.

I was afraid to get a cortisone shot in my foot because I heard it was also very painful. I put off having the shot for a few months and when my heel pain became too much to bear, I went back to Dr. Utley. He is very nice and made me feel at ease. He gave me the shot and I was instantly relieved of all the pain I had been enduring. It felt like the elephant on my back (and foot) was finally gone.
