After we finished with the visit, we had someone come in to give my daughter her vaccines. They told me to stand at her head and keep her calm. Well, I guess I was in the ladies way. Instead of asking me to move up, she moved me. I'm sorry but we're in the middle of a pandemic, please don't touch me unless absolutely necessary. Words would've worked just as good. Then yesterday, I took her in for her second round of flu shots. We waited 30 minutes for my daughter to get a single shot. At least this time the lady apologized for the long wait time. I don't like that there's no consistency, I never have the same doctor, and that they seem to take on more patients then they can handle. I will from here on out be taking my business elsewhere.

We used to live in LA and were referred to this Dr by family in Temecula. My kids were born in LA. We moved when they were newborn to Hemet. We drive to Temecula from Hemet just to see this doctor. He and his staff have been nothing but amazing. ANYTIME I call, they have answered and even have given us same day appointments if need be! They NEVER have multiple patients piled up in the waiting room for hours which is nice when you have young children and covid/flu going around. I also never have to wait more than 3 minutes TOPS in the waiting room. This doctor is the expectation of what I want in a doctor as an adult. I believe when you make an appointment, you should be seen at that appointment time and that's exactly what this doctor does. He's never condescending or rude, but he does tell the truth and is straightforward with you. It sounds like some of the comments that people can't handle the truth. I went through pediatric partners when my son was born and every time I went, I had to wait over two hours. That's really difficult with a newborn and a mom who is just giving birth. I also saw a different doctor every time which is also frustrating because having to re-explain certain medical condition conditions or situations is also frustrating. Pediatric partners and Hemet really dropped the ball with us several times his first year of life. So we ended up switching over to Dr Azhand and let me tell you it's been a game changer. Please don't read the negative reviews on this app and think that he's just the worst doctor in the world. He isn't he's actually opposite of all the big mainstream companies that are treating patients like a number. I'm a truck driver. Dr. Camacho failed over and over again as a doctor who could not even identify child abuse because she was so self absorbed in the conversation with adults. There was no follow up and symptoms were dismissed over and over again. I was prescribed medication I ended up being allergic too and it took almost a year to figure it out because she couldn't be bothered to do her job, but definitely collected her co-pay and insurance funds. All she had to do was look into the back of my throat to see the burns that were preventing me from being able to breathe correctly. Any guess of infection-- didn't matter the kind was given a Z pack. The doctors that are competent that I have seen as an adult are appalled at the amount of Z packs I was allowed to take and be prescribed for any little issue. Once again if she didn't take it to be social hour and sit there and discuss issues for an adult that wasn't her patient, maybe just maybe she would have questioned why a small child was so anxious and having a lot of health issues (bladder etc) that are related to childhood abuse. Maybe me and several others would not have been diagnosed with CPTSD had she been more diligent in being a "doctor". Mandated reporter, ALRIGHT. We won't get started on nurses at the practice allowing my mother to make health care decisions for me at 17 when I was of age legally to make my own healthcare choices. I am so glad my mother doesn't live with the health issues I have today because they allowed her to make choices for a person above the age of consent.

Rocio has been such a friendly and familiar face over the years, she's truly amazing. She feels like part of the family. Dr. Winter and Dr. McChesney are both wonderful with our kids and make every visit comfortable and reassuring. Never a bad experience here. UPDATE: My daughter…read morejust had her 15 month well visit with her new pediatrician at Children's Primary in Murrieta. They discovered that my daughter was not up to date on her immunizations because Pediatric Partners had not followed the recommended vax schedule. Pediatric Partners had also failed to administer a vision screening normally given at 12 months. They ALSO failed to refer her to a dermatologist for a skin issue, instead minimizing it and dismissing my concerns for an entire year. Pediatric Partners did less than the bare minimum of care for my daughter. I am so glad I no longer use them. If you can switch to a different pediatric group, please do so!
