    Ajillo shrimp

Hands down the best food in Mazatlan! The views are spectacular right on the beach, great place to watch the amazing Mazatlan sunsets. Any shrimp dish I've had here ends up being my favorite! The ajillo shrimp, chipolte shrimp, & kahlua shrimp are to die for! We always order the shrimp & lobster for 2 at least one of our visits there out of the week also. The workers are so friendly & attentive that's part of the fun of going there! Do yourself a favor & check this place out, it will be on the top of your places to visit when in Mazatlan!

We ate at chili peppers on Monday, March 12. We had eaten there 4 years ago and we're glad to see that it hadn't changed. The food was great, the view is spectacular, and the staff was attentive. We had lobster and shrimp special. For a Monday night before spring break there was a good crowd and everybody seem to really be enjoying themselves. I recommend eating during sunset as the view itself just can't be beat and as you can see by the picture the food certainly is top quality. Oh by the way the margaritas are phenomenal.

My favorite spot in Mazatlan to watch the sunset. Best chips and salsa in town. Casual Mexican fare is consistently very good. Excellent service and very good margaritas.

This was a nice casual place to have dinner. Food was good and service was prompt. The view was the real win here. Good ice cream and coffee for dessert.

Fantastic food and great service by the beach. It is a hidden gem. Must have the shrimp ajarilla again. A plate full of large shrimps seasoned and cooked perfectly, yummy seasoned rice, buttery veggies. The bread that came with it is by far my favorite in Mexico. The octopus ceviche had so much seafood you actually don't need your own entree. Huge fresh chunks of octopus, some fish, scallops and shrimp mixed in as well. We will be going back before we depart mazatlan. The waiter sat down and showed us a few balancing tricks as well!

    Great views from the restaurant

Open air porch with spectacular beach views. Good customer service. The food is mediocre.

Set right on the beach, we were early enough to see a beautiful sunset as well.

This place is actually called Mr. Lions. Came here last year and was unimpressed but my friend…read morereally wanted one of their drinks in a coconut "coco loco" is what it's called. Some positives: - it's on the beach, - great view of the ocean, - the special guacamole is delicious That's all. It took over 20 minutes to get a server to take our drink order and the place wasn't busy. But in the meantime the tequila sample guy brought over 4 bottles of tequila for us to taste. Eventually a server came by after we flagged one down took our orders. My order came wrong twice. How do you screw up a beer. Oh well. The coco loco took a long time to come to the table, but it's a giant coconut and probably took time to break into. I shared the special guacamole with my one friend and the other ordered the chicken chimichangas. She loved them. If my friend didn't want to come to this location I never would have come back.

Nice venue. Nice hospitable staff. We loved Cesar and Jesus, they were extremely attentive and…read morekind. Drinks were great and the venue allows for live music and some dancing. Staff keeps the night moving with a fun party vibe. I'd definitely recommend this place for a small group looking for fun, music (acoustic 80s/70s top 40 hits) & drinks. Food was VERY bland. I had the enchiladas rojos and it didn't taste like anything at all... tortillas were dry and the chicken inside was dry and bland, the cheese was thick and greasy and it dominated the dish. I definitely wouldn't return for any food. Looking for authentic mexican cuisine and this was a disappointment to the taste buds.
