this is the worst Chili's I've ever been to in my life. The waitress was the rudest person who should never have a job like this. She was the equivalent of nurse Hatchet the waitress. If you're looking at these reviews and trying to find someplace in Atoka to eat, don't go here. We went to head down to Duran Duran Durant. Ate the chilies there and it was fantastic. The service is great. Food was good and it was totally the opposite of that garbage dump in Atoka. Just read some of the other reviews on yelp and you'll get an idea about this place. read more

Our server and food were amazing! The restaurant has a broken AC and it is miserable inside. the poor servers and workers are sweating to death! It is horrible they make them work under those conditions. Was told the AC has been broken for at least 2 weeks. 5 stars for the service and food but 1 star for the establishment therefore it's a 3 overall. read more

We recently visited Chilli's on the way to Dallas. This was at 2PM and restaurant was not crowded. Waited 15 min to be seen by anyone. Our waitress was so sweet and efficient. The reason for this review is the food. We both ordered Asada with cilantro pesto. The meat was raw, eventhough we ordered medium. The corn and rice was so salty, it was literally not edible. I honestly left still hungry but didn't want the hassle of making a complaint. Thumbs up for it waitress and Thumbs way down for the food. read more

Chili's menu has changed so much. I don't go there like I once did. Hopefully they will revamp their menu again with their selections but they will always be on my list for a late night place to go to if I want to sit and grab something to eat. read more

Had dinner here last night before checking the reviews. My main goal in choosing Chili's is because I wanted a salad and a margarita. I had the southwestern grilled chicken salad which was good and the drink was as well. Our waitress was busy visiting with the customers at a nearby table but did check on us from time to time. The check never came so we used the kiosk and paid with no problem. We were seated in a booth in the bar which was nice. There were 3 large TV's on. It was not very crowded. After a less than stellar first visit my family tried Chilis again. The waitress used the table next to ours as sort of a storage area for cleaning supplies rather than put them out of sight behind the bar.. The strong smell of disinfectant is not exactly appetizing. I asked the bartender who was wearing glasses if she could move them because my daughter has respiratory issues. She rudely rolled her eyes and said "oh God really" then walked away... As a drug and alcohol counselor I'm trained to spot traits of usage. The bartender in glasses who was rude to us had pinpoint pupils, shakey hands and very fast speech. It was comfortable in the restaurant and cool outside so the light perspiration on her forehead seemed excessive. No one else seemed to be sweating. Another waitress heard my request and moved the items for us. The food delivered to us after 27 minutes was mediocre at very best. I don't have unreal expectations of a small town chilis but it was unremarkable and bland. My husband's burger was cold. The bartender was again passive aggressively rude when he asked if it could be warmed a little. Our drinks were never refilled and no waitress at all came by to check on us. We paid for our lackluster meal without tipping. This is the second attempt to enjoy a meal and support out local businesses and people. Over all my experience was mediocre. The waitress a rather inattentive to our drinks, removed our bottomless chips without asking if we wanted more and then proceeded to mix up our check that evening. As a matter of fact, many other guests were having their checks mixed up and some payed the wrong check on purpose. The food wasn't much better. It was a little on a salty side (compared to a regular visit to Chili's) and my burger that I ordered medium was certainly well done. My wife commented that her Sweet and Smokey Burger seemed "off". What's worse is my family intended to use and gain rewards points and we were unable. I contacted Chilis and apparently this is only a franchise location and does not qualify under their rewards program. I wish it were easier to identify locations not offering the same quality service, food and points as regular Chili's locations. read more

Our family eats here quite a bit! Our favorite is the 2 for $22 deal- we really like their chips and salsa- lots of televisions to watch sports and staff is friendly- restaurant is always clean- great place to eat when you are traveling through! read more

Just finished a very tasty dinner! My grilled chicken burrito was full of shredded moist chicken, and the smokey sauce had some lovely kick to it! My husband's bone-in wings were reportedly, "excellent" with sauce so good he was licking it off his fingers! read more
