Try to avoid ordering platters, it's not worth the $60 and pictures on the chili's app are very misleading. Very disappointed. Out of all days my birthday (date August 21). I wanted to go out and have a nice dinner with my family. Turned out to just be terrible.! We called ahead trying to ask if they had room for a party of three and rudely said we don't do reservations then just hung up. We arrived shortly after took about 1 minute to get seated which wasn't bad. Our waitress was nice took our order got an appetizer (mozzarella sticks 6 count) I asked if we could get both sauces ranch and marinara. They ( some other guy) only brought ranch asked him if I could get the marinara I asked for three minutes went by. He didn't get it. Turns out he completely forgot about it. Had to wait. 5-6 minutes till my waitress came back. Then she got my marinara sauce right away. but after we got our appetizer, a huge group came in and I get that they are a big group, but our waitress pretty much forgot about us and was just focused on that big group and her other table When they took my order. I had ordered the just a bacon burger and I asked if I could have a side of the mac & cheese turns out they just substituted it for my fries which I did not want. I wanted my fries and my mac & cheese but I wasn't gonna make a big deal of it. My friend had ordered the Old timer with cheese and a side of steamed broccoli. She never got the steamed broccoli till we were leaving so she politely declined it. My mac & cheese was poorly filled it just looked like a tablespoon of mac & cheese and they're not even a half cup and it didn't even look appetizing. It look like somebody took a piece of it and, my burger had three small shriveled up pieces of bacon on it. They were cooked great but my burger patty not so much. It was very tough and crispy on the outside was not very enjoyable and it had no flavor It was disgusting. I tried to give it a shot to keep eating, but it did not taste very good and, not long into getting our appetizer my friend told the staff that it was my birthday during our whole meal. Nobody did anything didn't sing happy birthday nothing so I paid for our food and left. This was a very sad and disappointing dinner on my birthday.!!! read more

Worst setvice of any Chilis I have ever been to. I have visited a lot of Chilis. I stood at the hostess stand for several minutes before I finally just sat in the bar section. 12 minutes I sat there without being ackowledged. Another customer sat in the booth near me, Aftet the bar tender helped them they asked if I had a server. I sais no. She brought me a drink. 10 minutes later someone from the kitchen brought me chips and salsa. I was there over an hour. The bar tender ws too busy flirting with the guys t the bar to wait her own tables. I usully love Chilis but this location has the worst service!!! No one evet came back. The service quality depends completely upon which server you get. I have had terrible service and great service, so it's kind of a crap shoot. Ambiance is standard Chili's, no complaints, we all know what to expect. The ribs are always good, same for the burgers. I feel terrible that I can't remember her name, but there is a bartender who has red hair, and heavy, but lovely eye makeup, and she is always attentive but not overbearing, even when she's very busy. So it's Chili's. You get pretty much what you'd expect. If you go, I recommend sitting in the bar area, and leave a good tip. read more

We lucked out & made it to happy hour (which we didn't even know they had 1) the bar staff were super nice & attentive! We got the triple dipper which was plenty of food for the 2 of us! The bone in wings were meaty & delicious! On top of happy hour we got yo watch some preseason football & little league world series! Def will come back if in this area again! read more

Ok hear me out, El Presidente margaritas a the bomb and I won't listen if you say other wise. I had three. So maybe I over indulged. But really I enjoyed the apps platter, and whatever else I ate and the guy behind the bar was cute and funny and doing a great job. His first job ever! Bar was packed with a mix of people. They had like game tablets at each seat, I have never seen that before but it was a small town so I can see folks being bored. 7/10 would return and was happy they were open late. read more

Not bad Not bad, let's first start off with the bartender that told me she could change one of the televisions for me to watch my Redskins one Sunday afternoon to the middle-aged manager who was pretty talkative and affirming that everybody is allowed to enjoy themselves in this place. Kudos to both of you. If you are from out of town and are weary of all of these mom and pop time battled places you can escape to here and it will bring you back to your big city feeling that you are in an up to date chain restaurant. You get the same menu items as all of the other places as well as you being able to pay your ticket at the table (I overheard some of you saying that most of them are broke, hope you got it fixed by now). Parking is plenty. The neighborhood is dated but not much to worry about, no thug life running around rampant here, enjoy your meal. read more

We were in this restaurant on Friday night. While the restaurant wasn't busy the service was absolutely horrible. The appetizer came in 2 parts, we got the skillet queso first then a couple of minutes later we got the chips. When dinner came, 3 of the 4 plates came out first. We waited about 5 minutes for the last plate and when it came the chicken crispers looked like they had been packed so tightly in the fryer that parts of them crust wasn't done. We waited at least 10 minutes to see if someone was going to come by but no one did. The table behind us had gotten 2 orders of fajitas but didn't get any tortillas. They couldn't get any service either. I got up and walked back to the kitchen and the entire staff was having a meeting. When I asked for the manager to let her know that our food wasn't acceptable she said "yes, that's why we are having the meeting" . How about instead of having a meeting, you should take care of your guests the best way you can. They did comp our entire meal but the service in this restaurant was far below the standard that Chili's has. read more

I told the bartender/waitress it was too damn cold and that it was ridiculous to be that cold and that we'd be taking ou food to go. She got an attitude and smarted off and I did too. We stopped by for a late lunch. We started out with the Texas French fries they were good. I had a sweet tea it was weak and watery. The service was very very bad. Chili's are a usually solid 3 as far as restaurants go. This chain has some very good food options to choose from. This location was fairly clean and a very good atmosphere. I ordered the 2 choice smokehouse grill which is alot of food for the money and the street corn is probably my favorite part of the meal. Service here was quite slow. I waited a very long time for my meal. All in all my dining experience was as expected at this location. Chili's is usually a safe bet anywhere you go. read more

The service is poor at this location. Walked in and has to wait to be seated. No one else was waiting to be seated. The restaurant wasn't anywhere close to being busy at the time. After being seated, our server appeared after a few minutes. Our order was simple: An ice water, a frozen margarita and guacamole with chips. This is an amazing place to eat! The atmosphere is phenomenal and Blake Reddick is the best bar tender. He treats his customers like family and always has a smile on his face when you walk in. Horrible service ! I came from Out of town to visit my husband that is working here in the city, and wow let me say that i have never experienced bad service at a Chilis EVER in my life before. Food was OK not that great, took 15 min till we were able to get refills, 45 min to get our food, it was so cold and 20 min to get our appetizer. So we were pretty much there for almost 2 hous.
