We had such a great experience at Chili's in Corona! We were seated right away, and our orders were taken super quickly. Our waitress was absolutely awesome--I wish I had gotten her name because she was so sweet and attentive. She kept our drinks refilled right away, and the service was excellent from start to finish. We ordered the Trio for Two and the Triple Dipper, and wow, the portions were HUGE! We had so much food left over to take home. Definitely can't complain about the serving sizes! Say what you will.... but .... Quick and easy here. I ordered online and went with their 10.99 burger meals... got it to go... Tbh, i didnt expect much... but for the price I got a drink, chips, and burger n fries... Cant complain because it's value for money. Burger was pretty hefty, fries seasoned well.... and nachos ... are nachos... Sad to say tho,,,, i ordered diet coke and it tasted like normal... so I didnt drink it and just threw it away... I paid at the table using the "ziosk", got a receipt, then I was told that the payment didn't show on their end even though the payment showed up on my bank. They made me pay again and assured me the other charge would be dropped soon. 2 days later both charges posted. I called for a refund and they assured me again they'd make it "right" emailed receipts, then followed up days later to no response. I finally called over a week later and the manager offered for me to come in person to pick up cash, because the refund process hadn't even been started. Didn't offer me even a free appetizer for my trouble. I'll be looking up recipes for the queso and making it at home from now on. I will never step foot in a chilis again. read more

I always have a great experience everytime i come to this chilis. They have plenty of seating inside as well as a bar area. The staff is always friendly and welcoming when you enter. And I've never had any issues with my waiters either . Usually they even refill our drinks without having to ask. Some days there can be a longer wait time but there's also plenty of seating areas outside for you to wait. This past week that we went i ordered the triple dipper appetizer which is always really good. And i also had free chips and salsa with my chilis rewards account. For my entree i did the 3 for me which included a drink, a loaded baked potato soup, and the Cajun shrimp pasta. All for about 16.99. I will say chilis might not be the highest quality and some of the menu items have changed in recent years but if you're looking for a cheap restaurant with good rewards points and fairly large portions i recommend chilis. read more

I came here around 7 pm and there was no wait time but a lot of seats were filled. The service was quick and I ordered two three for mes which was so worth it. It comes with a cup of soup, a drink, and entree for only $15! This is affordable for a sit down restaurant and the food portion was huge I took half my burger home. I got a blue lagoon for the drink which is on the secret menu and tastes sweet and carbonated. The pasta and burger was highly filling and tasted so delicious. Let me be clear: the food was good. I got the triple Dipper and it was bomb the big back in me was thriving. My mom had the full rack of ribs, my dad got fajitas, and everything tasted solid. But the service? Embarrassing. Our server kept raising her eyebrows at me while I was ordering like I was inconveniencing her by... ordering food... at a restaurant. Then she basically disappeared. No check-ins, no "how's everything," nothing. I had to hunt her down for a refill and ask for napkins like that was a special request. It's wild because Chili's is supposed to be easy-mode dining, and this felt like I was bothering the staff by existing. Thank GOD for that little kiosk on the table so we could pay and dip without having to deal with more attitude, because I don't need that energy when I'm just trying to eat. I'm so sad about the quality of food and service after being a regular here for over 10 years. I always leave excellent review with their surveys but I skipped it today. - the Host sat us at the bar booth area . The bartender/ waitress who I am familiar with was taking care of the bar and all of the tables. It was understaffed. Because of this every time she swiftly asked how things were, I had no time to think- refills of water or beverages or needing condiments, etc. it was not her fault but this is the third visit and received the same rushed, lack of service due to poor staffing. Quality of food has decreased. Ordered additional food to go, smaller portions, greasy and no condiments to go with it. This chilis used to be my favorite place to go. Amazing staff! I appreciate seeing the manager running food and checking on guests. The two bartenders that took care of us were phenomenal. I heard them constantly communicating to one another. Hi everyone! I have eaten at this Chili's three or four times in the past couple of months. For the life of me, I can't imagine why this one gets such horrible reviews. I had lunch at this Chili's today. As most of you know, I eat out quite a bit. So, is Chili's fine dining? No, it is not. But I had today, and usually have, an excellent experience here. Let's start with the service.... My server today was Mike. He gave me incredible service! He was attentive without being pushy. My food came out hot and in a timely manner. And most importantly, for me, my drink was never empty! Good job Mike! Now to the food. I had the 3 for me combo. Chips and salsa. Smashburger and fries. And a bottomless ice tea. All for $10.99! . Come on. This is the deal of the century, when a fast food burger can be easily that price and more! The chip were good and a large portion. The burger was very tasty as were the fries. Particularly bad experience tonight. Sat at the bar for about 7-8 minutes before I was greeted, another 5 min or so before I got a drink. Ordered a double burger. One of the patties was completely raw. Nobody ever came around to make sure my food was ok. I was done with the burger (raw patty removed) by the time someone came around to check on me. My visit there on Sunday was a total disappointment . First of all I ordered their monthly lemon drop drink it was horrible I should have just ordered a lemonade. The woman that was our waitress was also the bartender I don't know why they do that because she was all over the place. It took us 40 minutes to get our food only because I ask for it to someone else. So the food comes out I ordered ribs 2 sides it came out with only one side and she couldn't remember what the 2nd side was. My niece ordered their magarita chicken the whole meal was cold not cool but cold. I called over the manager he took it probably put it in the microwave and brought it back. We came on a Friday night for dinner and it was packed. The wait time was 35 minutes so we decided to sit at the bar. Our server Lucas was amazing and so attentive! He kept checking on us and refilling our drinks. The food came out quickly and it tasted fresh. The bar area is pretty loud and always busy since its first come first serve. We enjoyed our visit tonight with great service by Lucas and good food made by the chefs in the kitchen. read more

Food and service is good the only negative thing I have to say is that it's not very clean. You can visibly see the dust and the smell kind of smacks you in the face when you walk in. It smells a bit dirty and like there's no ventilation and all the bad smells are just trapped in there. read more

I understand staff can get busy especially around this time of year but today we had the most disappointing experience here. It took them maybe 30 minutes after we were sat to take our order. Drinks weren't refilled and missing silverware never came to our table. Moving on to food... where do I start, orders were all messed up. Nothing arrived correct and had to send back a couple of plates. Sides had to be asked for since server forgot all about what we ordered. It was a mess! Horrible experience. I was a party of 2 come in around 10pm, terrible I know, BUT the staff was warm and sat us quickly. We ended up getting a triple dipper as one does and it was all great except one mozzarella stick wasn't cooked all the way (think crispy hot outside but cold cheese inside). Definitely threw me off but everything else was great, our waitress (also bartender but I didn't get a chance to get her name unfortunately) was stunnin' we always had full drinks and plenty of sauces which can get forgotten sometimes. If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in, party of 2, and we were told that they were going to clear a booth by the bar. The booth is cleared and we waited for the host to come back and as the host is walking back, a white couple walked in and told the host they were taking OUR table to which the host didn't even bother saying we were waiting first. Anyway, the host let them take our table came back to us, said "sorry about that" and then tried to see if anyone else was getting ready to leave but by this point I was so upset that the host even let that happen. Their friendly inviting demeanor honestly made up for the kid who came from the kitchen and almost poured my whole drink in my lap in his rush to slap the drinks on the table.
