Decided to take my teen daughter to Chili's since the only time we've been here I told her was when she was a baby. I was beyond pleasantly surprised. Walked in for a later lunch & it was not full. Plenty of seating was available. We were greeted & seated immediately. Our server came & took our drink order immediately. We got the 3fer special where you get a starter, main, & drink for a great price. Our starter was small chicken enchilada soup. It was piping hot, cheesy and delicious. We both said we could have had a large bowl it was that good. Daughter ordered chicken strips & fries. I ordered the smash burger & fries. The burger was so good, pickles, chopped red onion, and fries were nice & hot. Overall, the food was delicious, big portion, price is great too- it's better than going to fast food which is so expensive nowadays. The service was fast and courteous. Our server kept coming by asking if we needed anything or a drink refill, really liked the attention. We'll definitely be coming more often. read more

YIPEEEE CHILIS!!! The stick up thoties in the reviews don't know good food when they see it. Chilis is not a five star restaurant it's a place of worship. I worshipped my triple dipper. I got a lot of sauce and I bet the server thought I was being a fatty sorry I didn't know the sauces were already included. I like the vibes it was really chill. As for ambience, I worked at lazydog in the past and though it was great there it was LOUD AS HELL!!!! and this place not so much. Chill and pretty quiet you can hear your thoughts. We were regulars at this restaurant but some of the finest waiters that were our servers no longer work there. The only person that works there, that is awesome with great customer service and friendly is Amy. Ask for her when you go there. The main female that's the general manager, I believe is a snob. She l's been there for years, she should go around to different tables and see how people's food is or their service. Her not having good customer service explains why this place has gone downhill and her employees act the same way as her. You'll be blessed if you get a smile from her. Chili's is a household staple type restaurant to go to when you don't feel like cooking. This specific Chili's was extremely crowded. The wait-list was 35 min and no tables in the bar. They seem to have a couple of new items on the menu. The place was clean nothing crazy, just really crowded. Service was good. I got the boneless wings, husband got the fajitas. Not bad. Boneless wings could have been better. Chips and salsa was good. Wouldn't be back only because we don't live in this area. read more

We recently popped in for dinner after a day of running around. I originally was going to come on here and leave a very negative review about my experience with the hostess however my interaction with our waitress completely changed the whole dining experience. Kylie was our server. She was very friendly and attentive. She made sure we had an everything we needed and kept coming around to make sure everything was ok. Her upbeat vibe and energy was infectious and changed the evening for the better. If management reads this I would most definitely have a talk to with your hostess's about how to be professional and not talk about your customers while they are still inside dining. Came into Chili's and greeted quickly. Decided to sit at bar where Amy also greeted and offered a selection of pwrsonal choices for drinks. I always appreciate a variety of channels on display. The music is never over-whelming here at Chili's. I ordered my steak Medium Rare and came out perfect. Amy would occasionally check on me, but no complaints here due to the great meal I was served. I have been to lots of restaurants in my years. On this particular night, it was kind of crowded and we sat in a nice booth against the wall in the bar area. Dodgers were in the playoffs against the phillies. So you can imagine the crowd. I don't want to go on too long about the story.But the waitress was so nice. But it was like she was our best friend.And she had no reason to be like that.It was busy and crowded, and we just both said to each other.How nice she was and how good she made us feel. She suggested a deal that they had on their menu that turned out to be great, we both loved our meal. Both of our meals came with baked potato Soup that she had recommended and I tell you it was delicious. I'm sorry. I don't remember the lady's name, but it sounded like Mary Kay, and she was a tall happy black lady with a beautiful smile and super super friendly. Now​, enough about the service... the food that we had. I think we paid eleven dollars each for our meals. Which is pretty much unheard of these days. And it was delicious. Never been to chilis before and came here in a party of 7 on cinco de mayo for margs duh! First of all every single girl working here is gorgeous, the drinks were very good and did the job, and the food was shocking super delicious! Love the Asian style sauce they have for the chicken tenders! Everyone was so nice and our server Danielle was amazing as well! My family and I have been going to this chilis for about 16 years and it started to decline in 2020. The food got worse but the service is still pretty good. The ambience has improved. So these cooks don't know how to make a ribeye or any type of grilled meats. The meat quality is very bad. The baby back ribs are also mediocre. Even sides are just okay. Sorry to say this place was pretty good for a long time till it started to decline. I hope they make a change to improve. Not looking for any gift cards or anything like that just needs better cooks and managers since they probably order the food for the restaurant. read more

Been coming to this Chilis location for the past year and it's been interesting experience. Some days we get good service and good tasting food. However today our dine in bar experience was under par. Bad service. Took while before any server came to give us menus. Other customers that came after us already ordered and got their food while we were still waiting to order. That's not cool. Food was good. We got the loaded baked potato soup and chicken enchilada soup. Both were served hot but it was too salty to my taste. Our chicken pasta dish was good and my bacon burger was juicy. Closing out our bill took a long time as well because there was no server to come and give us to go boxes and check us out. Again bad service. Bathroom was OK. Highly recommend this store to do frequent cleaning and restocking of bathroom supplies and soap. Overall 2 stars for this chilis location. read more

The food was delicious but the service was treating us like hurry up and get out. We barely placed our order for our dinner. And everything came out at once. Our one appetizer was delivered before our drinks. Then our entree was delivered within 5 minutes. And then my the second appetizer was delivered after the entrees were delivered. So you barely had time to enjoy your meal and you had all this food sitting in front of you. Refills were few and far in between. Thanks for rushing us out, but the food was great. read more

The food is always good at Chili's or I've never been disappointed. I usually order a steak but this time I just got soup because I wasn't feeling good last night. When you put your phone number in and you come every 30 days they give you free chips and salsa. If you've not have their chips, they are amazing! Today I got the joy of meeting Abby. She was behind the counter at the bar and took my order. Abby gave me amazing service and pretty much brought my whole day up Definitely plan on coming back to give her a better tip next time! Came here for dinner had a 45 minute wait which is completely fine. We sat in our car in the parking lot the entire wait and got the table ready text at 7:21pm. We walked in at 7:27 and were told our table was already given away and they had a 5 minute wait period for checking in. No where on the text nor did the hostess ever mention the 5 minute wait. When I asked how long the wait would be for a table she said we would have to wait ANOTHER 45 minutes. She could have easily apologized for not communicating to us and said we could have the next available table. We were not unreasonably late we missed the 5 minute window by 1 minute due to lack of communication on their end and they did nothing to fix their mistake. read more

Went tonight to celebrate my best friend visiting from Australia, and it was SUPER busy, understandably so as it was Saturday. We were able to snag a table in the bar, and had the pleasure of having Lucas as our waiter. He was AMAZING. So sweet, so helpful, extremely attentive, and actually took the time to talk and have conversation with us, even though I know they were swamped. Customer service great, but the food was not! They were so packed when I went, the wait was an hour. Lots of people walked out, while still a lot of people stayed and waited. A lot of the waiting, was due to the bar area, since happy hour is only available in the bar area. They must have been short staffed, because there were about 10 tables not being seated with guests. They were only seating so many guests and using a certain amount of tables. In the bar area. After that long wait of waiting to be seated, I was disappointed with my food.
