There was basically no customer service at all, and we felt like we were bothering them just by asking for help. On top of that, the room wasn't even fully functional. The second TV wouldn't turn on, and the lights were malfunctioning. I can't believe we paid full price for a room where multiple things weren't working. We also chose to use their YouTube Karaoke, and there were already 100+ songs in the queue from the previous groups. Shouldn't the queue be cleared before the next customers come in? I went out to ask the staff a simple question the volume, and once again, they just looked visibly annoyed that I was even asking. After reading the recent reviews, it seems like we're definitely not the only ones who have experienced the poor service here lately. Really disappointing considering how much better this place used to be.

It felt disrespectful and dismissive. He also gave us "4 free waters," but later used that against us by saying they were originally $2.50 each. That made no sense because they were presented as free, then suddenly treated like a favor when we pushed back on the price. Overall, the experience was frustrating, shady, and completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun karaoke night. Customers should not have to argue over unclear pricing, be charged for time they did not get, or feel disrespected for asking basic questions. Save your money and go somewhere else.

And Carlton took such great care of me and my party from beginning to end. He was timely in responding to our requests despite being the only staff there! He seemed to be juggling so many duties but me and my party did not feel neglected or any dissatisfaction. My friends and I really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back! For a lot of us, it was our first time doing karaoke and we had an absolute blast. Super cool that it is local to Redlands too. As always, everyone working so hard to provide customer service and while Im still wary, I'm still coming round for karaoke and ordering and tipping and trying to be respectful of everyone person around. The main point I wanted to make is that I don't feel like a nuisance here anymore. I don't need to be friends with the servers but being acknowledged as a customer already speaks volumes. New waitress is very sweet and she hustles! The original bartender who was here when I first started coming is back and training other bartenders. Which makes the rest of the patrons really vibe together. Talking to each other. Making new connections.
