Located on the main drag going through the heart of the city, Corona Burger is in its own standalone building. The parking lot is pretty small and some of the houses next to it use it to work in their cars lol. Interestingly enough there's no drive thru. The menu is your standard breakfast, burgers and Mexican. I've eaten multiple items here but I have to say the Club Sandwich is one of the better ones I've eaten at these types of establishments. The ingredients are very fresh and it's put together very well. I wish I had right now tbh. The zucchini is also top shelf. They use shorter, thicker pieces which make for a nice ratio when dipping it in ranch. Staff is always friendly and the food comes out fast for being freshly made to order. While reviews are all over the place but my experience with Corona Burger has been nothing but positive. The food has always been fresh and tasty. Met up for lunch with a friend who introduced me to this place. Nice parking lot with plenty of space for larger vehicles or trailers. Outside has that old town diner feel. Walking in doesn't reflect the outside. Updated with lots of booths or table seating. The two entry doors were open sort of made it feel more spacious. Kind of like you're eating under a covered patio. It was a cool enough day, didn't mind the summer breeze this time around. Service was so friendly and welcoming. I was in good hands. Brenda was kind to explain some of their popular choices and house specialties. For me, being a first timer I opted for the latter a Mr. Corona burger, with of course some zucchini sticks. Whoa mama! This burger was a big serving. Nice piece of grilled chicken seasoned well. That pineapple and teriyaki sauce was a surprise twist that left a zing! Zucchini still had a nice bite to it with a thin crisp layer to crunch into. The team here works hard to take care of their guests. While this isn't a 5 star restaurant, it is 5 stars as an old fashion burger joint! It is rare to find one that does burgers like those I loved as a teenager and this one brought me back. The people were so friendly, and the place is clean and comfortable. We had cheese burger combos that were made fresh and to order with onion rings and French fries. I have been coming here and supporting this place since I was young. The burgers here are delicious and the current owners that took over are very nice and supports the local community. They have added some new items recently to their menu. One of them is called "The Mr. Corona". It's a Hawaiian teriyaki grilled chicken sandwich that has swiss cheese, bacon, onions, tomato, and pineapple. Comes with a side of fries or u can upgrade to fried zucchini or onion rings with a drink. Very delicious! Highly recommend if your a chicken sandwich lover and it's a big sandwich! Other items ive tried in the past is their Philly cheese steak sandwich and their bacon avocado burger. Another burger recently added to the menu is the Mr. Angel Baby which is a chorizo burger. Another good burger to have! The current owners took a few months before reopening to renovate the place and make it look more up to standards. I love restaurants like this. However, this one is one I'll never return to, and will never recommend to anyone. We placed an order for lunch, got their chicken strips, combo, a BLT combo with a side of half-and-half, which is zucchini and onion rings. 99% of this was a disappointment. My wife ordered the BLT combo. She asked for the bacon to be well done and the bread not that we toasted. Pretty simple, right? The bacon was nearly raw. And there was no substance to the sandwich. When we opened the half-and-half, you could tell that it was fried and bad oil due discoloration of the zucchini. The only thing about what we ordered was the chicken strips that I got. Everything else looks stale or not cooked. They have a fountain drink station that they pour the drinks at and apparently it's broken because they were opening cans of soda and pouring it into the cups. Like any husband I make sure my wife is happy, and that she likes what she has or eats, and it was just a disappointment. I drove the food back for return, and I showed the lady my food and explain to her that it was undercooked, old, or not cooked at all And she gave me a refund. Then under her breath, she said that I was rude. I asked her what she said, and she repeated it . I'll admit I was frustrated and probably a little rude, but when you're paying nearly $40 for food for two people, you expect a little better quality and better customer service. read more

I was shying away from trying this place because of some bad reviews and I'm glad I gave it a chance. The service was really good, the lady and gentleman that work the front were very polite and friendly. The ambiance was quiet, there were a couple people in there but the service was so fast you really don't need to be in there long. The food was also very tasty! I got a club sandwich and my daughter got a bacon cheese burger plain and onion rings. All in all it was delicious, also love how the lady brought us our drinks and condiments without asking and she even checks in to see if anything else is needed and that's amazing customer service. It takes A LOT for me to give a 1-star but this place truly earned it. I was so excited to see the menu on their website and the variety. But if you ever watch shows on Food Network, you know that a menu with too many options is a recipe for disaster. I wanted to believe the good reviews I read and decided to order chicken katsu, milk tea boba, a taquito plate, a double cheeseburger combo with Pepsi, and extra fries. I walked in at 4:35PM with only 1 person in front of me already ordering. Upon placing my order, I was told they don't have chicken katsu (it's still on their website and the paper menus on the counter) and they were out of milk tea. I opted for the chicken strip plate and Thai tea with boba. Altogether, this order was $49. I sat down to patiently wait. It wasn't until about 5:05PM that the person in front of me got their food only to find out one of their burgers was made wrong. At 5:10PM, a Hispanic lady asked me in Spanish what my order was (I don't speak Spanish.) I told her my number and she handed me my food in a bag but no drinks. I watched as she painstakingly struggled getting powder out of a bag and mix it around with hot water. Someone else put a container of boba in water in the microwave and set it for 2 minutes. I'm a very patient person. Like almost to a fault sometimes. But MANNNNN those 2 minutes were the longest of my life. And even after the microwave beeped, she fiddled around with the boba in a strainer and then finally sealed it and handed it to me. But I still didn't have my Pepsi so I had to ask and wait for that. All the while, hobos were coming in and out and it was hot as Hades up in there. When all was said and done, I walked out of there at 5:15PM. A full 40 minutes up in that place with only 1 person in front of me. It was possibly the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Once I got home, I discovered the taquitos were flavorless and even the rice and beans didn't taste authentic in any way. The Thai tea was thick and powdery (no surprise considering how they made it.) The Pepsi was flat and tasted like a syrupy chemical (now I understand why she didn't want to give it to me.) And the fries were soggy and slightly undercooked. What a fail. What a fat L. That was a one and done. Never ever again. I would rather have moldy bread & sink water than go through that again. read more

I haven't been to this location in several years. The quality had taken a nose dive but it appears they may be under new ownership. The electronic menu boards weren't working so there were a couple of small printed menus with tiny print and and dark background on the counter. Unfortunately, there was also a sticker on the menu that said that the prices listed were incorrect! I placed my order. It was about $15 for a cheeseburger combo. They charge $1 extra to grill your onions. Too bad they never put them on my burger. The fries were really good. The burger was large, but just average. Maybe they should season the patty just a little to give it some more flavor. There is nothing memorable about it. The place looks much better inside. There is plenty of seating, and it looks clean. There are a few TVs but only one was on. I may return to try something different on the menu. Possibly breakfast. read more

I love coming here to support the community and always nice to get a good hole in the wall burger, but this last time was not so hot. When my hubby placed the order, we confirmed no onions or mayo on my Hawaiian burger, twice just to be sure. The employee in the front said "No mayo comes on that burger". Sure enough when we got home my burger was slathered in mayo. Went straight to the trash. Called and received a refund which of course is appreciated. But then I opened my onion rings and half the batter is falling off of them. Not one was fully coated. Plus the zucchini was soggy in the batter, when I only live 5 mins. from there, that shouldn't have been a problem I've gotten food from farther burger joints, that stayed hot, fresh and all together. I used to come here in the 90s and back then the burgers and fries were a dream come true. I finally went back a couple times this year to introduce my kids to it. It still looks the same! The menu is EXTENSIVE. They even have boba! One of my kids swears by the lobster burger. I don't know how they have a lobster burger at this little old joint lol. So, a couple months ago we came and everything was served on large white plates. Big meals. We came in again about 2 months later and the same meals were served in smaller red plastic baskets. It was definitely smaller portions. Seems like there may have been a change in management but the food still tasted good. I think the chili cheese fries were a disappointment being that they were really small. One of my kids usually orders them as a meal but these were not enough to make a meal. I can't give them only 3 stars because I do have love for Corona Burger and some of their food is SO GOOD. I hope they stop shrinking the portions. read more

Stopped by for the first time as the restaurant recently reopened with new owners. The staff were very nice and attentive. I ordered the hamburger combo for 9.99 and I was stuffed, they give a big portion of fries. My sister also asked for ranch and lately everywhere you go they charge you for it but not here. He was in such IMMENSE PAIN AND Sweating puking out whatever he ate had to come out. Was SO SO Horrible, Idk if it different now under new management hoping they can turn things around for them. The food is good just absolutely hate the fact that they NEVER answer the phone. I'm lucky enough to live close by so when I go in to place a togo order it frustrates me when I go in and I see the owner just sitting in the corner doing her paperwork or whatever. But there are always two people ( the cook & cashier) standing around I never mind waiting for my food but there are times where I wanna order and just go home. Other than this incredibly small inconvenience.
