I'm trying to figure out why this place got 2.5 stars. Granted we went on a non-busy evening, we had great service and the food was good. Love their refillable chips and salsa! Also, they have a rib deal right now for a limited time as part of a promotion. Half slab of ribs, side salad, one side item and a dessert big enough for two, all for $10.99!! This was my last time ordering from Chili's. The restaurant clearly cares less to make the food correctly and appear appetizing. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and a bowl of the potato soup. Everything arrived cold which was crazy for how close we live by the restaurant and I had to microwave the food. The first time I ordered the quesadillas the food was wonderful! They were stuffed full of the items and presentation was nice like how it should be in the restaurant. The past few times there has been little items in it and a couple of the pieces barely had cheese. I did not get the side items for my meal that I requested. I will not be supporting Chili's in the future. This happens each time and they could care less for my repeat business. Sadly, it is just as bad when you eat at the restaurant. read more

Very disappointed. My daughter and I came for what wed hoped would be a relaxing dinner and left disgusted and $45 poorer. We both ordered fajitas and after waiting more than 20 minutes, received about 5 pieces of meat on a huge mound of green peppers. This was less than half the amount shown in their pictures. Someone should have stopped this plate for quality control before it ever reached us. What's worse is the steak was hard to chew, and the meat tasted like it was rubbed in ashes or charcoal and was cobered in 'crunchy black stuff'. Both of us ended up with crunchy rice. We ended up wiping off our couple pieces of meat and drowned it in sauce and ate it. (Big mistake) We didn't touch the rice or beans. I paid our bill and walked out, sickened. Hard to support local workers when you're literally served old nasty food. There's no way I would have said anything in the restaurant about it or made a scene. The night was already ruined. They would have wanted to remake the food anyway ( sure, and spit on it or drop it on the floor...again) And we wouldn't trust anything from that kitchen. I sound angry, I know. But we loved coming here and now I'll never come back. We both got sick when we got home. What a nightmare for a quiet Tuesday night dinner. Eat here at your own risk!! I still have the server a 20% tip and share this thought to all the restaurant workers out there. The people who eat at restaurants are struggling too. I didnt have $56, including your tip, to just literally flush it down the toilet. Show some pride in what you make and serve. Chili's lost a customer. A few reasons why I will not be returning to Chili's based on our most recent visit of 01.14.2020. 1.) An email has been generated to me for a "what looked mighty and delicious" steak dinner w/loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli for only $6.99. Below are my unfortunate results! So I chose "3 for $10" soup and/or salad entree with a beverage. My soup was extremely, cold which leads me to believe that it has been sitting with the temperature being checked throughout a 1-2 hour time allotment. Then just scooped up and served to me like an animal. When mentioned to the server all he did was "MICROWAVED" this same soup. Oh yeah, then brought it back to me like I would not notice it was all of a sudden scorching hot! 2.) Kids no longer eat free on Tuesdays! I was totally unaware of this! I figured let's go "kids eat free" and the meal looks amazing it's a "win/win!" My entree was cold except the protein not too mention that it didn't match the picture in my email. Patrick the manager on duty came to speak with me I informed him of my cold soup and entree by this my son has delved into his fries and they're stale and cold from sitting under a lamp probably. I simply asks to have my soup replaced with salad along w/ fresh fries and fresh sides for myself. My salad was devine to say the least. The staff at this location is always great! I've seen several customers treat staff horribly when they did nothing wrong, and the staff was very accommodating. Always have great food and service! Bad experience. First, I think Chili's is overpriced for what you get and I would prefer to go other places in the area. It was not a crowded day but our service was very slow. We waited over an hour for our food. The food came out at different times within a 10 minute period and was luke warm or over cooked. The waitress was not very pleasant as she said "sorry I hate being the middle man" (that's your job) and the manager did not seem to care about anything. I placed a to-go using the Chili's app and not only did I have to wait 20 extra minutes for my order but it was wrong. I received cold shrimp tacos instead of chicken, one of the three egg rolls had exploded out the side and was almost empty, the corn was burnt on one side and mushy everywhere else. I had a sleeping child in the back or I would have returned everything for a refund, but I made a choice. I would not come here again, and would avoid it. read more

Got told their online waitlist doesn't actually put you in line and it would actually be over an hour wait. If their waitlist online doesn't actually help you reduce wait times then they shouldn't even offer it. read more

Waitress was very nice. I enjoy the lunch chicken fajita special, but seems portions get smaller every time I visit. You get 4 soft tortillas, which may be more than enough but might only be able to apportion two slices of chicken each which barely overlaps the width of tortilla (3/4" wide and just over 1/8" thick). This is about half of what is pictured in the menu. Still not a bad meal or a bad value; just feels a bit short-changed. read more

We live near this location and used to go occasionally and really enjoyed it. Over the years the quality has dropped a notch, or two, or three, with each visit. Our last visit about six months ago was a new low. Our experience matches what many others have already noted. Super slow lackluster service and once the food finally did arrive it was a huge disappointment. Overcooked, reheated, hard as a rock. Wished we were across the road at Chipotle. Too bad. With proper management it could be so much better. Don't know any locals who go anymore. All those "let's give it another chance" goodwill visits are about used up. read more

So many open tables and the wait for 2 was somehow 20 minutes, so we went to the bar. We stacked the dishes from the previous guests to the side and waited 10 full minutes before two servers came over to wash dirty bar glasses and stacked them on the bar right in front of us. Nobody ever took our order or even brought water before a different server tried to deliver someone else's food to us. Tried to visit this Chili's and was more than understanding when the host was obviously new/in training and they were only seating a very small section of the restaurant. However, when I discovered we (a 2-top) had been passed over for seating 20 mins later and asked about it, I was told I 'didn't answer my text fast enough and was deleted from the list'. I informed them I had not received the text and that we had been seated less than 10 ft away in the lobby the whole time. I was told again there was nothing they could do but add us to the bottom of the list. Manager was found and he pulled up the text I supposedly received which was not my number. And then the manager repeated that we could only be added to the bottom of the list. Obviously we walked out. This is beyond training, it's basic customer service and could SO easily been corrected with very little effort. Also in the 20 mins we sat waiting for a table we couldn't help but notice the floors are visibly and disgustingly dirty- at least at the entrance of the restaurant. If that's an indication of the rest of the place, it's probably good we skipped this one. read more

I only get spicy shrimp tacos but the got rid of the spicy sauce which totally makes a huge difference in the flavor and spicyness,they have also cut down on serving sizes which sucks. Service,at this location is sometimes on point on other times it's iffy. I don't know if I will be coming like I used to since they don't have the old recipe for their spicy tacos! read more

Got really excited about the ad about chilies with their queso burger and all the cheese oozing over it we ordered it tonight and we're so disappointed that cheese was hardly visible and not recognizable by taste at all. The crispy chips were not crisp they were tiny little soggy but it was a very disappointing order. This was a carry out order but I'll bet it would have been just as disappointing if we had eaten there. May be a long time before we do. read more

7/1/21 Not the best. Took 5 minutes for staff to notice that there was multiple people waiting to get sat. There was no bartender as one of the waitresses was the bartender. Drinks were good and came quicker than expected. We got the chips with salsa, chips were soft and soggy and a lot of them stuck together and not crispy. For dinner I got the smoked brisket quesadilla, presentation was nice but the meat was chewy and barely any sauce was in them. My wife got a a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries and the chicken was undercooked and chewy as well. Fries were undercooked as well which is not good and were cold. Used to go here a lot about 6-7 years ago as it was good but it is going downhill quickly and is truly sad. Most of the time the staff was in the back all grouped together talking while many people were waiting for drinks or had questions. Saw multiple people try to flag down their server. Don't know the reason for this but the Owner or Head manager asked a waiter if he could use his credit card, which is strange. read more

Really disappointed with customer service,the table was very sticky and I asked politely to have it cleaned. The waitress used a dirty soaking wet towel and just wiped it then just walked away? I had to get paper napkins and try to dry. The table was still very sticky so I asked a manager to please clean table, he looked at me and said just move. Well we had a big group and wanted table, I asked please clean that table, he refused so I moved all our gift bags, drinks etc to next big table and it was soaking wet. I decided to give the review a two star vs a one star primarily because our server did the best he could. We went there for my birthday and I was excited because I really enjoy their food. What I did not enjoy was sitting in the restaurant at 78° temperature with no relief in sight. There was no one seemingly trying to do anything about it or let the customers know "hey we're having some type of AC issue". I did my best to overlook that piece and press forward with my birthday dinner. What I could not get past and what I have decided to make the review is the absolute disaster in the ladies bathroom. I complained and I heard another customer complaining and I went back to check just to confirm not one thing had been done about it. I do not know if anything will result of putting this review here on yelp but I felt like since my voice was not heard in person maybe a public review will provide some action on getting the restaurant back in order. We go here weekly and have for 10 years. Never had a bad meal or service. Constantly playing the tennis channel too. FANTASTIC.

Service was pretty good. Chips and guacamole were a great start, and my chicken avocado sandwich was a bit greasy but overall delicious. Be careful with little ones and the table top electronic game piece: you can end up charged for apps/game access before you realize it! (Experience talking hehe). Took longer for an early lunch than I would have liked with a preschooler or on a typical lunch time budget, and prices are a bit high for a simple lunch. Then halfway through the game we are watching they change the channel took over 5 minutes to get it changed back to the game. be careful of the touch screen hit a wrong button and get charged $1 99 you don't find out till you get your bill. I've been to a lot of Chili's restaurants across the country, as their varied menu is always good for large groups, and the food is dependable when traveling. And I can easily say that this is the best Chilis I have ever eaten at. I've had dinner there 3 times now, and each time the service has been really above and beyond. I have never had such routinely friendly and attentive waitstaff at a restaurant as I have had there. Even though we almost always are going in with a coupon (which sometimes, I have found, leads to less than stellar service), the level of service never wavers. I have not been to a Chili's in a very very long time though The Princess has fond memories of it with her Father and keeps trying to get me to go there. So off The Frog, The Princess and I went. I highly underestimated the place. The waitress (Alice) was bubbly and talkative, the definition of the word Cute, in my opinion. The place was a little chilly with tank tops on and it so hot outside so I would suggest something more than shorts and other summerwear. The Princess ordered cheese pizza and fries. I would estimate that it was a full nine inch pizza. She seemed to like it as she refused to share a bite with me. The fries disappeared so quickly I'm not sure she had any. The Frog and I opted for the 2 for $20 special. That is a special of an appetizer and a selection of two entrees from a specific list. We ordered fired-grilled corn guacamole: fresh avocados, cilantro, house-made pico de gallo, fire-grilled corn and jalapeños, served with tostada chips and house-made salsa. The guacamole was amazingly fresh with chunks of avocado, just how I like it. You can tell it is definitely not made from a premix. Yummmmm. The Frog ordered the cajun chicken pasta (penne pasta with creamy garlic Alfredo sauce with Cajun spices and topped with tomatoes and green onions). The aroma was intoxicating as it was served. It was a large serving of flavor explosion. The chicken was grilled perfectly, not dry at all. None of it made it home. I had the chicken fajitas and was in heaven. The chicken, green peppers, and onions were cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and so filled with flavor (not salty) it was unbelievable and not at all greasy. It came with four small flour tortillas, a plate of tomatoes, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and for an additional $0.99 I got a caddy of beans and rice. All of it fresh and flavored superbly. I did end up taking half of it home. The service: Outgoing, friendsly and full of smiles The food: Exceptionally The price: moderate So do we like the place? Definitely. Salmon was too dry to eat; steak was a cheap cut of meat; had to ask for refills; had to stack up dishes we were through with because the table was full; asked if the server could take some dishes and he said, "I'll be back around to get them." The new refresh menu is good, but the fresh guacamole is out of this world! I'm addicted! The fajitas are ok, the separate add ins are minuscule we did the 2 for $20, which is a great deal. But the onion rings were so over cooked and hard they were inedible. The menu items I've tried meal wise were ok. The mashed potatoes were also so dry they were inedible. But the fresh cut fries my husband got were very good. And he said the burger from the "on the menu" show was amazing. So we'll keep going back for the guac, and I'll try something else. read more
